Fostering employee creativity through creativity-contingent extrinsic and intrinsic rewards that emphasise creativity: A systematic review of creativity academic papers
Creativity is widely believed to be necessary to increase quality performance. Thus, in today’s more challenging and competitive environment, the contemporary organization frequently utilizes rewards practices to stimulate creative activities among employees. Existing research on reward practices shows evidence that creativity contingent rewards play a vital role in improving employee creative performance. This study presents a systematic review of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards that contribute to creativity and their effect on employee creativity. The findings show that regardless of the degree of importance of the rewards perceived by the employee, both the extrinsic and intrinsic rewards were positively correlated with the behaviour of creativity behavior. Interestingly, the results showed that creativity-contingent intrinsic rewards have relatively stronger effects on employee creativity when compared to creativity-contingent extrinsic rewards

Workplace harassment is a problem that affects the well-being of workers and the organizational climate, with repercussions on productivity and performance. The objective of this study is to design a strategic plan for the prevention of workplace harassment in a company of the construction sector in Barranquilla. For this purpose, a diagnostic analysis was carried out through the application of a survey proposed by the author Pedro Gil Monte, identifying the prevalence and manifestations of harassment in the work environment. It is expected that the proposed strategies will contribute to improving the work environment and prevent situations of violence, workplace harassment and gender harassment in the organization intervening. The results show that, although most of the workers perceive a positive work environment, there is a significant percentage that has experienced harassment situations, such as inappropriate task assignments, social exclusion, offensive comments and threats of dismissal. In addition, evidenced relationships between variables such as type of position, gender and organizational benefits, suggesting possible structural inequalities within the company.
Based on these findings, a set of strategies is proposed focused on the prevention, management and eradication of workplace harassment, including the improvement of organizational communication, the implementation of reporting protocols and the promotion of a culture based on respect and equity. This strategic plan seeks to ensure a safe work environment, healthy and free of violence, contributing to the well-being and productivity of workers.
Climate and Bioinvasives drivers of change on South African Rocky shores?
Includes abstract.Includes bibliographical references. The overall aims of the thesis were to assess spatio-temporal change in macro species assemblages at sites located around the South African coast. Detected changes were considered in parallel with regional patterns of bioinvasion and climate change driven shifts in temperature trends over comparable time scales
