Analysis of the Distribution of Fracture Toughness Values measured with 1T C(T) Specimens at Loading Rates higher than dK/dt=105 MPa√m s-1
No full textAbstractIn a research project investigating the correlation of dynamic crack initiation and crack arrest, funded by the German government, tests at -20 °C on specimens of 22 NiMoCr 3 7 steel (A 508 Cl.2) were performed with different specimen geometries and loading devices in the range of dK/dt=105 MPa√m s-1, Mayer (2012), Böhme et al. (2013), Mayer and Offermanns (2013). New results were obtained in the current follow-up joint IWM-MPA project in a temperature range from -20 °C to +20 °C from test series in this range of loading rates, Mayer (2015). Results from tests with 1T C(T)-specimen tested at MPA Stuttgart at loading rates higher than dK/dt=105 MPa√m s-1 are analyzed. This analysis shows the need of modifications to the standard evaluation method in ASTM E1921 if used for tests at elevated loading rates. The assumed distribution of the fracture toughness values and the form of the master curve has to be adapted and a more precise correlation of the measured reference temperature T0,X to the loading rate at fracture initiation has to be considered. Suggestions for suitable changes in the annex of ASTM E1921 for the evaluation of elevated loading rate data are presented

Sensitivity relations for the Mayer problem with differential inclusions
No full textIn optimal control, sensitivity relations are usually understood as inclusions that identify the pair formed by the dual arc and the Hamiltonian as a suitable generalized gradient of the value function, evaluated along a given minimizing trajectory. In this paper, sensitivity relations are obtained for the Mayer problem associated with the differential inclusion F(x) and applied to express optimality conditions. The first application of our results concerns the maximum principle and consists in showing that a dual arc can be constructed for every element of the superdifferential of the final cost as a solution of an adjoint system. The second and last application we discuss in this paper concerns optimal design. We show that one can associate a family of optimal trajectories, starting at some point (t,x), with every nonzero reachable gradient of the value function at (t,x), in such a way that families corresponding to distinct reachable gradients have empty intersection

Regulation of working time in the Republic of Slovenia and in the Czech Republic
No full textV diplomski nalogi sta predstavljeni in primerjani zakonski ureditvi delovnega časa v Republiki Sloveniji in Republiki Češki.
V prvem delu so predstavljeni mednarodni in nacionalni pravni viri in opredeljeni osnovni pravni pojmi, kot so delovno razmerje in individualna in kolektivna delovna razmerja. Nato so obravnavani instituti, kot so delovni čas in odmori in počitki. Slednji so natančneje obravnavani v drugem delu diplomskega dela.
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno delovno pravo, kakor tudi razvoj delovnega prava v obeh državah in posamezni elementi delovnega časa, kot so ureditev polnega delovnega časa, krajši delovni čas, nadurno delo, razporeditev delovnega časa, nočno delo, odmori, počitki, dopust in drugi.
V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela je opravljena primerjava obeh zakonodaj in so predstavljene ugotovitve in vpliv razlik na delodajalce in delavce.My diploma thesis presents and compares the regulation of working time in the Republic of Slovenia and the Czech Republic.
In the first part is a brief presentation of basic legal concepts such as legal relationship, employment and individual and collective labor relations. It also presents some basic institutes such as working hours and breaks and rest periods which are presented and compared in detail in the second part of my thesis.
In the middle part is an overview of the development of the labor law in both countries, followed by a presentation and comparison of the individual items of working time such as full-time work, overtime, working hours, night work, breaks, rest periods, holidays and others in detail in both legislations.
In the last part of my thesis I will compare both legislations and present the findings of the comparison and the impact of the differences on employers and employees
Determination of floodplains on river Vipava in the village Brje
No full textDelo predstavlja način in potek določevanja poplavnih območij za manjše vodotoke. V začetku so podana potrebna teoretična izhodišča za izdelavo analize poplavnega območja. Naloga se nadaljuje s pregledom veljavne zakonodaje v republiki Sloveniji. Na koncu pa je predstavljen praktičen primer izdelave poplavne analize na reki Vipavi v naselju Brje.The work represents a way of determining floodplains for small rivers. The theoretical background necessary to determine floodplains is given at the beginning. Project continues with the review of the current valid legislation in the Republic of Slovenia. In the end a practical example of flood analysis on the river Vipava in the village Brje is presented
