POSTURE ANALYSIS ACCORDING TO MATTHIAS’ S PROTOCOL USING FREEEMG
No full textA vizsgálatban 22 gyógytestnevelő szakos hallgató vett részt. A kutatásom során a szubjektív-megtekintés- vizsgálatot ötvöztem az objektív, eszközös vizsgálattal. A kutatásom során három tesztet végeztek el a gyógytestnevelő szakos hallgatók, amelyek az alábbiak voltak: alapállás, Matthias I., illetve Matthias II. teszt súllyal. Az első részben a 30 másodpercig megtartott testhelyzetek közben megvizsgáltam a medence és vállak állását hátulnézetből, majd a medence, a mellkas és fej helyzetét oldalnézetből. Az eszközös vizsgálat során BTS FREEEMG rendszerben néztük a m. latissimus dorsi és az erector spinae csoport két oldalára felhelyezett elektródákkal az izomaktivitását a hallgatóknak. Kiolvasható a diagramokból és táblázatokból, hogy a gyógytestnevelő hallgatóknak is vannak különböző irányú és arányú elváltozásaik, amelyek szabad szemmel láthatóak. Az alapállás során feljegyzett elmozdulások a Matthias I. és II. teszteknél kisebb arányban maradtak meg, ez a kompenzációnak köszönhető. Az eszközös vizsgálat eredményeiben látható, hogy milyen mértékben tér el a hallgatók bal, illetve jobb oldalának izomaktivitása.
