Desde el primer momento advertimos que García Linera no es solo un autor de reflexiones meramente teóricas, sino un lector de su coyuntura, afectado por sus propias condiciones de existencia. Desde el primer ?Qhananchiri? y su paso posterior por el grupo Comuna, hasta convertirse en vicepresidente del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, la producción de García Linera está atravesada por Marx, Lenin, Mariátegui, Aricó y Zavaleta Mercado. La negación de la multiplicidad indígena en Bolivia, la guerra del Agua como una crisis social general y un punto de bifurcación, y la pregunta leninista ¿qué hacer? motorizan su búsqueda de una nueva forma estatal que reúna la dispersión, no anule la autodeterminación de la sociedad civil, reactive las prácticas comunitarias, sea capaz de revertir el desencuentro entre el Estado y la composición sociopolítica de Bolivia y logre hacer durar un proceso revolucionario. Contra las críticas que insisten en que hay un García Linera ?autonomista? y otro ?estatista?, Parodi muestra que estamos más bien ante un teórico de la novedad que elabora una idea de Estado como proceso paradojal, incompleto y abierto al devenir de la historia.Ramiro Parodi brings us closer to the thought of Álvaro García Linera. From the outset, we recognize that García Linera is not merely an author of theoretical reflections, but rather a reader of his own context, deeply affected by his own circumstances. From the first "Qhananchiri" and his subsequent involvement with the Comuna group, to his becoming Vice President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, García Linera's work is permeated by Marx, Lenin, Mariátegui, Aricó, and Zavaleta Mercado. The denial of indigenous diversity in Bolivia, the Water War as a general social crisis and a turning point, and the Leninist question "What is to be done?" drive his search for a new form of state that unites the fragmented population, does not negate the self-determination of civil society, revitalizes community practices, is capable of reversing the disconnect between the state and Bolivia's sociopolitical composition, and ensures the sustainability of a revolutionary process. Against the criticisms that insist there is an "autonomist" García Linera and a "statist" one, Parodi shows that we are rather dealing with a theorist of novelty who elaborates an idea of ??the State as a paradoxical, incomplete process open to the unfolding of history.Ramiro Parodi nos aproxima do pensamento de Álvaro García Linera. Do primeiro "Qhananchiri" e seu subsequente envolvimento com o grupo Comuna, até sua ascensão à vice-presidência do Estado Plurinacional da Bolívia, a obra de García Linera é permeada por Marx, Lenin, Mariátegui, Aricó e Zavaleta Mercado. A negação da diversidade indígena na Bolívia, a Guerra da Água como uma crise social generalizada e um ponto de inflexão, e a questão leninista "O que fazer?" impulsionam sua busca por uma nova forma de Estado que una a população fragmentada, não negue a autodeterminação da sociedade civil, revitalize as práticas comunitárias, seja capaz de reverter a desconexão entre o Estado e a composição sociopolítica da Bolívia e assegure a sustentabilidade de um processo revolucionário. Epoxidación de polibutadieno con peracidos generados in situ
No full textEl polibutadieno (PB) es un homopolímero amorfo insaturado. Por medio de su epoxidación se generan grupos oxirano altamente reactivos sobre la cadena, lo que permite el anclaje posterior de diversos nucleófilos. La reacción se lleva a cabo en un sistema bifásico acuoso-oleoso. El agente epoxidante es un perácido, generado a partir de un ácido carboxílico y H2O2. De esta manera, se consigue modificar las características del material post polimerización. En este trabajo se realizaron una serie de reacciones modificando tipo de solvente (tolueno, hexano, acetato de etilo) y temperatura (30?50 °C). Como precursores del perácido se utilizaron acido fórmico o acético; con este último además se agregó ácido sulfúrico como catalizador. A las 16 h se detuvo la reacción, se realizaron lavados con agua de la fase orgánica hasta neutralidad y luego se secaron bajo vacío. Intravitreal bevacizumab for juxtafoveal choroidal neovascularization secondary to multifocal choroiditis
No full textPURPOSE: To assess the effects of intravitreal bevacizumab injections in the treatment of juxtafoveal choroidal neovascularization associated with multifocal choroiditis. METHODS: Prospective interventional case series. Fourteen patients (14 eyes) affected by juxtafoveal choroidal neovascularization secondary to multifocal choroiditis were examined. All patients underwent a complete ophthalmologic examination, including measurement of best-corrected visual acuity using Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study charts, optical coherence tomography, and fluorescein angiography. The protocol treatment included a first injection, followed by repeated intravitreal bevacizumab injections over a 12-month follow-up period on the basis of optical coherence tomography parameters and angiographic features. RESULTS: Mean best-corrected visual acuity changed from 0.41 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (approximately corresponding to 20-51 Snellen equivalent), at baseline, to 0.16 ± 0.13 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (approximately corresponding to 20-28 Snellen equivalent), at the 12-month examination (P 0.002). A functional improvement of at least 3 Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study lines was achieved by 6 eyes (43percent) at the 12-month examination. Mean central macular thickness at baseline was 318 μm, reducing to 239 μm at the 12-month examination (P 0.001). No eye showed choroidal neovascularization extension to the fovea. CONCLUSION: Intravitreal bevacizumab is a beneficial treatment for juxtafoveal choroidal neovascularization associated with multifocal choroiditis. Further studies are warranted to confirm these preliminary results. Universalism and Citizenship: The Civic Incapacity of Womens in Kant’s Polítical Thought
No full textEn este trabajo se analiza el alcance de las afirmaciones kantianas en favor de la libertad y la autonomía con el fin de comprender su potencia emancipatoria en relación con la ciudadanía femenina. Se intenta repasar la estructuración teórica mediante la cual el autor restringe la ciudadanía de las mujeres aun contando con un instrumental teórico coherente con la libertad política y civil de las personas en general. Para ello se pondrá énfasis en la operación a través de la cual Kant priva a las mujeres de la capacidad de actuar según principios y se relacionará dicha privación con la ciudadanía pasiva. Por último, se analizarán las dificultades de conciliación de la teoría política kantiana con la ciudadanía activa de las mujeres y las posibles formas de armonización.In this paper, the grasp of Kant’s assertions in favor of freedom and autonomy is analyzed in order to understand the emancipatory power of his political thought in connection with female citizenship. It tries to review the theoretical structure by which the author restricts women’s citizenship and nevertheless, he has a theoretical instrumental completely consistent with the political and civil freedom of people in general. To this end, emphasis will be placed on the operation through which Kant deprives women of the capacity to act according to principles and this deprivation will be related to passive citizenship. Finally, the difficulties of reconciling Kantian political theory with women's active citizenship and possible ways of harmonization will be analyzed.Fil: Parodi, María Betania.
