No full textThis article aims to find out how the concept of moral education is in the Qur'an Surah Al-Imran verse 159 and Surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is backgrounded by the emergence of the phenomenon of moral decline that occurs among young people. One of the causes of moral deterioration is the presence of criminal activity and fights. The Qur'an is very important for mankind, especially for Muslims. Therefore, we are obliged to understand its content and content. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of moral education in the Qur'an surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is a library research using an interpretation approach. The author seeks to understand the concept of moral education by using interpretation as a supporting analytical tool, such as the books of interpretation and also the interpretations of educational figures related to moral education. Therefore, there are two main sources that are used as the basis for this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources here are obtained from the Qur'an, while the secondary data sources obtained use references in the form of books, articles, magazines, and so on, as well as from educational figures, whose materials are related to moral education and several topics that support this research. The results of this study show that the values of moral education contained in surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-12 are that humans are encouraged to always be gentle towards their relatives, sincere when giving forgiveness to others, respect the opinions or suggestions of others, abstain from attitudes and deeds of making fun of others, and abstain from prejudiced attitudes and deeds towards others, Because muslims are actually brothers.
 
PENGUATAN KAPASITAS ADMINISTRASI PEMERINTAHAN DESA

Fenomena yang terjadi pada mitra menunjkan bahwa belum tersedianya data administrasi desa secara lengkap diantaranya yaitu data kependudukan yang masih belum sempurna serta Tingkat pemahaman pemerintah desa dalam mengelolah administrasi desa masih rendah yang disebabkan karena factor sumber daya manusia yang sangat terbatas. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini tidak lain adalah untuk memberikan penguatan kapasitas dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pemerintah Desa Bumi Beringin Kecamatan Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi terhadap aparatur desa dalam aspek administrasi pemerintahan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan aparatur desa terkait administrasi pemerintahan. Terdapat perbaikan dalam sistem pengarsipan, efisiensi pelayanan publik, dan akurasi pelaporan. No full textPermasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah diketahui tingkat pengangguran terbuka berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan di dominasi oleh lulusan SMK. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis, permasalahan ini juga ditemukan pada SMKN 8 Kota Bandung program keahlian Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif. Jumlah lulusan yang bekerja masih rendah dan penyerapan lulusan yang belum mencapai pada persentase ideal. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mengetahui gambaran kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMKN 8 Bandung untuk menghadapi dunia kerja yang sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif SMKN 8 Kota Bandung dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran kesiapan kerja bahwa: Berdasarkan aspek pemahaman, sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki kesiapan kerja dan termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan aspek pengetahuan, sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki kesiapan kerja dan termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan aspek keterampilan, lebih dari setengahnya peserta didik memiliki kesiapan kerja dan termasuk pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan aspek kepribadian. sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki kesiapan kerja dan termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi. Based on the results obtained by the readiness of that: Based on the understanding, most learners have a readiness to work and included in the category of very high.
