Bufarra y la hombría como simulación
¿Qué es ser hombre? ¿Cómo se es hombre frente a los otros y frente a uno mismo? La amistad, los códigos, el diálogo entre los cuerpos (masculinos), la palabra vociferada, los silencios, el modo de vincularse con las mujeres enmascaran temores, bajezas, deseos inconfesables, desvíos, traiciones y cobardías en Bufarra, de Eugenio Soto. Lucha de géneros, pero también lucha de clases en torno a lacarne, en torno a ese espacio emblemático que es la parrilla: lucha entre elempleado del banco (consumidor) y el carnicero (macho proveedor) por el cuerpo de la mujer pero también lucha y complicidades en torno al cuerpo sacrificial del hijo devenido en trofeo, poco a poco se va configurando la imagen del matadero como espacio que retorna una y otra vez y que no cesa de explicarnos. Estas luchas están en las palabras, pero fundamentalmente en los tonos, en el tono del lamento de Silvio y en la compasión/complicidad que genera en su amigo y en el público, pero también en el tono desafiante que solo pretende que el que vaya al matadero sea el otro. Baltasar Porcel i la Mediterrània
La mar Mediterrània té una presència constant en l'obra literària de Baltasar Porcel. A més, va escriure diverses obres en què parlà de la Mediterrània i teoritzà sobre el concepte de mediterraneïtat. Entre totes aquestes obres destaca Mediterrània: onatges tumultuosos, un assaig extens que tracta dels orígens dels pobles mediterranis, dels canvis experimentats al llarg del temps, dels trets comuns i de la problemàtica actual que pateixen. En aquest article estudiam totes aquestes idees de Porcel i les relacionam amb les dels principals pensadors que el varen influir.The Mediterranean Sea was a constant reference in the litterary woks of Baltasar Porcel. Furthermore the mojorcan writter wrotte different works where he tolk on the Mediterranean Sea and theorized on the concept of "mediterraneanhood". Between these different works the author points out "Mediterrània: onatges tumultuosos", an extensive essay on the origins, changes, common traits and troubless of mediterranean peoples. This paper is devoted to analize Procel's ideas on the afore mentioned tòpics and makes reation of these ones with the differents thinkers who influenced him
