The core of the first one is the background research including basic theoretical and practical knowledge of magnetic susceptibility measurement, with an emphasis on field prospecting and the application of this method in archaeological research. The theme of the second part comprises the areal geophysical survey of the segment of the Hussite siege camp by Novy hrad u Kunratic realized by means of magnetic susceptibility measurement and other selected geophysical methods (magnetometry, conductometry). The author of this thesis tries to demonstrate the influence of new media on the success of candidates in the elections. Specifically, the author works with the Presidential elections in 2013 in the Czech Republic. On thi example author tries to verificate the hypothesis that without the use of new media in the election campaign, candidates can not succeed in the campaign . To confirm the hypothesis, author uses the QCA - quantitative comparative analysis. This type of analysis brings mathematical elements to the social sciences. The main tool for this analysis is to statements manner , as we know from mathematics. In addition to the analysis itself, diploma thesis also describes the functioning of the new media , specifically social networks: Facebook , Twitter and Youtube, that is social networks, which are used by most Czech Republic . Jsou popsány zásady nasazení sil a prostředků Armády České republiky ve prospěch integrovaného záchranného systému. V praktické části jsou popsány a zhodnoceny možnosti logistiky vybraných jednotek nasazených v postižených oblastech České republiky. K řešení zjištěných nedostatků v logistickém zabezpečení nasazených sil Armády České republiky jsou navržena řešení.The main issue of this thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of logistics security systems the Army of the Czech Republic used for the benefit of the integrated rescue system. In the theoretical part provides the basic concepts of legislative and normative acts related to solving problems. It describes the principles of deployment forces of the Army of the Czech Republic in favor of the integrated rescue system. In the practical part are described and evaluated for the logistics of selected units deployed in the affected areas of the Czech Republic. THE HISTORY OF PHARMACY IN THE REGION OF VELKÉ MEZŘIČÍ AND IN TŘEBÍČ Thesis target: To capture the dominant features of the historical development of pharmacy in a defined part of the Vysočina Region including the town of Třebíč and the area of the former judicial district of Velké Meziříčí. Methods: The historical development of pharmacies is traced in connection with the historical development of the entire region. It is evaluated and dealt with in connection with main historical milestones in health care. The thesis captures chronological characterization of pharmacies and tries to give a complete overview of the ownership and staff. At the same time, it focuses on collecting of documents in question. Results: The history of the oldest pharmacy in the region of Velké Meziříčí comes back to the 16th century. The pharmacy "U Černého orla" was the only pharmacy in Velké Meziříčí until 1993. There were two pharmacies established during socialist era - first in Křižanov in 1952 and the next year in Měřín. There have been established 5 pharmacies and 1 dispensary in Velké Meziříčí since establishment of the Czech..

Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Thesis target: Outline of historical evolution of pharmacies and pharmacists in Litomyšl from its very beginning up to the present day. Methodology: Elaboration of information from available historical resources, its classification and historical logic arrangement, interviews with owners and employees of individual pharmacies, newer publications and internet websites. Results: First pharmacy appeared in Litomyšl as early as in the year 1383. However, the continuous line of pharmacists begun later in the year 1701 and has been going on up to the present day. From the very beginnings of the town, there had always been just one pharmacy "U Zlaté koruny" and it was not sooner than in 1886 when another pharmacy "U anděla Strážce" was build up. Both pharmacies functioned until 1950 when they were nationalized and taken over by national enterprise Medika. The pharmacy "U Zlaté koruny" was being conducted for four more years by pharmacist and at that time also accountable manager Jiří Řechka until the pharmacy was abandoned in the year 1954. No full textAgency Employment Abstract My diploma thesis is focused on the agency employment. The institute of agency employment was integrated to our system of the legal regulations in 2004 and nowadays it is a very popular alternative of traditional employment. Employers perceived it as an institute that enables them to react quickly and effectively to the changes which take place on the labour market and therefore gain the needed employees in the right time. I decided to write about this topic mainly because agency employment is very interesting issue with great business opportunities, but unfortunately the Czech regulation isn't as complex and clear as it could be. Therefore, I find this topic quite intriguing. The thesis is divided into introduction, conclusion and six more chapters. First chapter introduces the term and origin of the institute of agency employment within the Czech system of legal regulations. Next chapter focuses on the legal regulation of agency employment. Firstly, I mention very briefly history of the agency employment legislation, then I focus on the international legislation of the agency employment and last but not least I also give a short excursion into European legislation. Drug Problems in Youth in the Region of the Town Vsetín

Aim of the study: determine the drug issue of school youth in the region Vsetín, motivation to use drugs and find a way to prevent drug use. Methods: survey of 80 students, consultation with students Results: The survey shows that students encounter the first drug already at 9 years 5% and most often at 13 and 14 years of age 18%. As for illicit drugs students reported experience with cannabis 45%, other drugs 11%, alcohol 87% and cigarettes 80%. The drug was mostly offered in the company, 60% of students say. 100% of students stated that drug brought them fun, relaxation and integration into society. When asked if they knew where to find professional help if needed, 100% said they knew but would never need that anyway. Conclusions: I have come to the conclusion that most students try first narcotic drugs and other addictive substances just because they see it as a source of entertainment, incorporation into a society, relaxation, etc. My research shows that many students have tried drugs berween 13-14 years of age. It is the period of puberty, a period full of changes, turns and new emotions. I think that this is why puberty is strongly related to the fact that..
