No full textDette projekt giver et forslag til et overordnet koncept for Rand- ers havnepier og et byrumsdesign på pieren. Fokus i projektet er byrumsdesignet, der skaber sanselige oplevelser baseret på stedets egne fortællinger om ådalen og havnen. Stedets egne fortællinger udnyttes som udgangspunkt for byrumsdesignet for at skabe en stedsspecifik identitet. Stedets atmosfære opleves af personen på stedet og ved at skabe sanselige oplevelser i byrummet, forstærkes relationen mellem person og sted. I ud- viklingen af stedets sanselige oplevelser og fortællinger anvendes virkemidlerne beplantning, vand, materialer, belysning og mødet imellem dem samt den foranderlighed tiden og vejret bidrager med.This project puts forward a concept for Randers harbour pier and an urban space design on the pier. The design of the urban space is the focus of this project which generates sensuous ex- periences based on the stories of the place of the river valley and the harbour. By exploiting the stories of the place itself as point of departure of the urban space design, an identity specific to the place is created. The atmosphere of the place is experienced by the person at the place, and by creating sensuous experiences in the urban space, the relation between person and place is emphasized. Greenery, water, materials, lighting and the relation between these plus the changeability which time and weather contribute, are used as tools to develop the sensuous experi- ences and stories of the place

Full text linkViby An Interspace is an urban development project for the suburban expansion of Viby Sjælland based on the theories of landscape urbanism as its philosophical foundation. Viby an Interspace intervenes on Viby’s current direction of expansion by proposing a public belt as the overall structural principle for the town - a belt that consolidates over time concurrently with the construction of suburbia’s detached houses – a way of grasping the mechanisms of suburbia’s market forces. Viby An Interspace thus reverses the image of suburbia and marks a shift away from the perception of a district that is dull and conformist to that of a landscape that is rich, lively and educational.Viby An Interspace er et byudviklingsprojekt for pendlerbyen Viby Sjælland samt et teoretisk projekt, der finder sit filosofiske ståsted i landskabsurbanismen. Viby An Interspace foreslår et offentligt forløb som greb for byens fremtidige udvikling – et forløb der konsolideres over tid i takt med, at forstadens parcelhuse udbygges. På denne måde griber projektet forstadens og markedskræfternes dynamikker. Viby An Interspace ønsker at få vendt det sædvanlige negative syn på forstaden, fra opfattelsen af forstaden som kedelig og småborgerlig til at være levende og lærende landskaber
