Il saggio pone l'attenzione sulle decisioni pubbliche relative alla fruizione delle risorse locali e agli usi del suolo, sempre più spesso soggette al rischio di suscitare opposizioni e conflitti. La diffusione di pratiche negoziali in campo urbanistico, a partire dagli anni '80 del Novecento, viene indagata presentando oggetto, metodi e finalità della negoziazione, con l'auspicio che venga dato sempre maggiore spazio a questa modalità di relazione tra gli attori che intervengono nei "processi di produzione" della città e del territorio

Plan de marketing digital para el posicionamiento de la empresa Ferretería Roldan del cantón Cumandá
El presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un plan de marketing digital, a través de la propuesta de estrategias y tácticas que permitan el posicionamiento de la “FERRETERÍA ROLDAN”, en el cantón Cumandá. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, se consideró un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, el nivel descriptivo, de carácter no experimental, transversal, el tipo de estudio empleado fue documental y de campo, con los métodos deductivo e inductivo, necesarios para orientar la investigación, para ello se realizó una entrevista al propietario de “FERRETERÍA ROLDAN”, la observación directa en las plataformas digitales de la empresa y finalmente una encuesta a la PEA de Cumandá, cada una de ellas sometidas a un proceso de validez y confiabilidad. Entre de los hallazgos más relevantes de la investigación se encontró que la gestión de las redes sociales es decisiva en un posicionamiento exitoso en el mercado, la comunicación entre los usuarios y la empresa se fortalece potencialmente, ya que estos acuden a espacios como Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp para obtener promociones y realizar; además el reconocimiento de marca se incrementa notablemente, por lo que la inversión en herramientas que fortalezcan la presencia de “FERRETERÍA ROLDAN” y sus productos en línea, es necesaria. Se concluye que la empresa, a través de la gestión del marketing digital y sus herramientas, pueden crear escenarios altamente favorables para un fuerte posicionamiento de la marca por parte de los consumidores, es así que se recomienda el continuo diseño de estrategias y monitoreo de los mismos para satisfacer los requerimientos del mercado.The aim of this degree project was to design a digital marketing plan, through the proposal of strategies and tactics that allow the position of the “FERRETERÍA ROLDAN”, in the Cumandá canton. To carry out the research, considering a qualitative and quantitative approach, the descriptive level, non-experimental, cross-sectional, the type of survey used was documentary and field, with deductive and inductive methods, necessary to guide the research, for this an interview conducted with the owner of “FERRETERÍA ROLDAN”, direct observation on the digital platforms of the company and a survey of the PEA of Cumandá, each of them subjected to a process of validity and reliability. Among the most relevant findings of the research, it found that manage of social networks is decisive in a successful positioning communication among users and the company is strengthened since they go to spaces such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp to get promotions and perform; In addition, brand recognition significantly increased, so investment in tools that strengthen “FERRETERÍA ROLDAN” and its products online, is necessary. It concluded that the company through manage of digital marketing and its tools, can create favorable scenarios for a strong brand positioning by consumers, so it recommended the continuous design of strategies and monitoring of the same to meet the market
