It is noticed that Japanese management methods are effective because they provide refusing of narrow employee specialization, promote universal development of the workers. The author analyzed a practical application of this model in the Russian commercial bank «Moscomprivatbank» which has been developed in construction business concept kaizen. The positive results of its introduction directed to management efficiency increase are described, such as employees' competence index increase during annual testing of a professional standard

Отмечено, что японские методы управления являются эффективными, поскольку предусматривают отказ от узкой специализации кадров, способствуют всестороннему развитию работника. Рассмотрено практическое применение модели построения бизнеса кайзен в ЗАО МКБ «Москомприватбанк». Описаны положительные результаты ее внедрения, направленные на повышение эффективности управления, в том числе увеличение коэффициентов компетентности сотрудников при ежегодном тестировании уровня профессиональной подготовки

Get PDFThe article examines the place and the role of journalism in modern Russian TV content. The terms: "information", "TV sinkrez", "morphological analysis method" are revealed. The processes of the boundaries blurring between different elements of telesinkrez are studied. Characteristics of 2014 year TV watching in Russia are given. The author makes a conclusion that journalism as an important institution, which explains the modern life, should be separated from the other types of mass-communication activities on television.В статье рассматривается место и роль журналистики в современном российском телеконтенте. Раскрываются понятия «информация», телевизионный «синкрез», «метод морфологического анализа». Изучаются процессы размывания границ между различными элементами телесинкреза. Приводятся показатели телесмотрения в России в 2014 году. No full textОхарактеризованы условия телевизионного восприятия, показана тесная связь восприятия с жанровой структурой телевидения, выявлена специфика собственно телевизионных жанров. Каждый раз, соотнося чувства телезрителя с автором, героем и средой, мы обнаруживаем три канала восприятия и общения на телевидении, а также три основных группы тележанров: монологовые, диалоговые, синтетические. Дается общая характеристика жанровой структуры телевидения.TV perception conditions, close interconnection between TV perception and its genre structure, TV genres peculiarities have been revealed in this paper. Each time opposing a TV viewer with an author, a character and an environment, appearing on the screen, we find out three TV perception and communication channels and three main TV genres groups: monologue, dialogue and synthetic ones. TV genres structure general description has been presented in this paper
