Elle soutient que la participation de l’UEà la gouvernance de l’Antarctique relèverait de la quadrature du cercle. Au-delàd’une participation directe aux structures décisionnelles, Maria Castillo envisageune modalité indirecte par l’influence que peut avoir l’Union européenne dans lagouvernance de l’Antarctique.
