The anaphorae of the liturgy of Sts. Addai and Mari and the Byzantine liturgy of St. Basil the great: a comparative study
While all Eucharistic anaphoras derive their primary significance from the Christ- event and Last Supper, each one also reflects and expresses a particular liturgical tradition within Christianity. Two important liturgies from antiquity that share several common similarities are the Anaphora of Sts. Addai and Mari and the Byzantine Anaphora of St. Basil the Great. A detailed analysis of the historical and linguistic idiosyncrasies of the two anaphoras shows that Addai and Mari is clearly the more ancient Eucharistic prayer, a product of an East Syrian environment with distinctive Semitic elements, that has led scholars to claim possible apostolic antiquity. On the other hand, Byzantine-Basil belongs to a larger family of anaphoras attributed to the Cappadocian Father himself or to some redactor(s) within his liturgical tradition, and primarily reflects hellenistic ideas. St. Basil's journeys to Egypt and Syria seem to be responsible for the production of a Coptic version of Basil, which shares some common elements with Addai and Mari. Also, the two 'hellenized' East Syrian liturgies of Theodore of Mopsuestia and Nestorius (including the Maronite anaphora Sharar), which are very similar to the content of Addai and Mari, may be partially credited for identifying points of contact between the East Syrian and Byzantine prayers. The purpose of this thesis is to analytically examine the Eucharistic prayers of Addai and Mari and Byzantine-Basil by breaking down both anaphoras into their constitutive sections (through textual juxtaposition) in order to determine and affirm their mutual influence. The methods used are verbal and structural comparison, historical contextualization, and theological comparison. Where applicable, sections from other related anaphoras are also compared against the two main texts. The study concludes that despite Addai and Mari and Byzantine-Basil's individual uniqueness in style and content, both nonetheless are representative of the original Christian Eucharistic tradition and have seemingly influenced each other's development throughout history
Current trends in female entrepreneurship: innovation and immigration
The area of female entrepreneurship has been the topic of academic debate and support from the United Nations, European Union and other international bodies, for benefits such as economic growth, creation of new jobs, increasing gender equality and decreasing levels of poverty. While acknowledgement of the contributions of female entrepreneurship is present in academic research, Michela Mari and Sara Poggesi uncover two under-researched aspects: innovation in female entrepreneurship and immigrant female entrepreneurship. Regarding innovative women entrepreneurs, policy makers agree on the socio- economic relevance of such entrepreneurs as they contribute to the economic and social growth of a country and act as mentor for younger girls. However, there are few studies to date on the intertwinement among innovation, gender, and entrepreneurship in management studies. Regarding immigrant women entrepreneurs, policy makers agree on the socio-economic relevance of entrepreneurship for these women as a pathway towards employment, empowerment, and gender equality. However, also in this case, there is still much to learn about how to mobilize such forces

From physical to virtual: the impact of servicescape on customers’ behavior
Over the last 20 years, the service sector has grown in most developed as well as developing countries, to the point that the world economy can today be defined as a service economy. Compared to 20 years ago, to date services account for a higher percentage of OECD member countries' GDP and represent a key source of employment for populations. In response to this increased importance of services, ad hoc strategies able to effectively manage the challenges posed by services' intrinsic characteristics have been developed by scholars over the years. One of the major challenges organizations have to face is related to the intangible nature of services - a characteristic which can cause managerial problems for firms but can be minimized by including in the service setting specific "tangible" cues that are easily recognizable and understandable by customers. Accordingly, the environment in which the service processes take place (i.e. the servicescape) plays a crucial role. Stemming from these considerations, this book analyses the role of the servicescape - both physical and virtual - that can be considered a core component in a firm's value proposition and to which customers often refer as an important quality signal that is able to shape their perceptions of a firm's image and positioning strategy. In doing so, the study initially provides an updated and in-depth analysis of the latest academic thinking about the role both of the physical and virtual servicescape. Subsequently, it empirically sheds light on the effects that the servicescape exerts on customers' behaviour, suggesting possible future research directions as well as intriguing practical managerial implications

IMMIGRANT WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN MANAGEMENT STUDIES: MAPPING THE FIELD
Migration is, to date, a crucial point on the agendas of scholars and policy makers. Within
the context of international migration, there is no doubt that entrepreneurship – and, in
particular, gendered entrepreneurship – as gained socio-economic relevance over the years;
however, it seems not to have yet found a proper recognition within management studies.
Indeed, still scant is the management literature taking into account the role of gender, and thus
devoting attention to immigrant women entrepreneurship.
Thus, aim of this paper is to fill this gap by conducting a systematic literature review and a
bibliometric analysis of 83 rigorously identified academic articles, in order to map the field of
management studies on the topic.
In doing so, the analysis of the selected papers brings to light that academic research on
this issue is still at a very infancy stage. Except for a few and locally circumscribed studies,
the theoretical discussion on the intertwinement among ethnicity, gender and entrepreneurship
still lags behind and much scholars’ effort is needed in order to give to this research issue the
deserved attention in the field of management studies
