No full textEste proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la posición y participación de los colegios de Bogotá con respecto a la educación inclusiva y específicamente la enseñanza del lenguaje de señas. El documento contiene los elementos de investigación necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto entorno a la educación inclusiva en Colombia, más exactamente en Bogotá. Así mismo, contiene el análisis de distintos indicadores e instrumentos de recolección de datos de acuerdo al público objetivo escogido para el desarrollo de los planteamientos del proyecto. Por ultimo y no menos importante, este proyecto buscará mostrar la coherencia que hay entre la educación en las aulas de clase de Bogotá y los lineamientos que deberían seguir los colegios para el desarrollo de la educación inclusiva.This research project aims to determine the position and participation of Bogotá schools according to inclusive education and specifically to the teaching of sign language. Dissemination plan for the emphasis on organizational communication taught by the Ean University in the Modern Languages program
No full textLa presente investigación identifica los motivos por los que el énfasis electivo de Comunicación Organizacional es el menos seleccionado por los estudiantes del programa de Lenguas Modernas de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Ean. Para lograr el objetivo del estudio se realizó una investigación cualitativa de alcance descriptivo utilizando como instrumentos de recolección de datos encuestas a ciento once estudiantes y entrevistas a cinco docentes del programa. Los resultados indican que hay falencias en el proceso de difusión desde la misma universidad para dar a conocer las ventajas y potencialidades del énfasis en el mercado laboral actual, pero sobre todo que el problema se debe a la creencia negativa que los alumnos tienen de lo que hace un comunicador organizacional. Por consiguiente, la investigación propone un plan de difusión para que la Universidad Ean visibilice de manera más efectiva el énfasis de Comunicación Organizacional.This research identifies the reasons why the elective emphasis on Organizational Communication is the least selected by the students of the Modern Languages program of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ean University. To achieve the objective of the study, a qualitative research of descriptive scope was carried out using surveys of one hundred and eleven students and interviews with five teachers of the program as data collection instruments. The results indicate that there are shortcomings in the dissemination process from the same university to publicize the advantages and potentialities of the emphasis on the current labor market, but above all that the problem is due to the negative belief that students have of what an organizational communicator does. Therefore, the research proposes a dissemination plan so that the Ean University makes the emphasis of Organizational Communication more visible.Profesional en Lenguas ModernasTrabajo de grad

Implications of the extreme fitness trend in young people starting their university life
No full textEsta investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar la influencia de la tendencia fitness en
los jóvenes que inician su vida universitaria y cómo los influencers aportaban a esto por medio de
las redes sociales. Para esto, se indagó a profundidad sobre diversos temas como: redes sociales,
influencers, tendencia fitness, estándares de belleza, salud mental, autoestima, etc.
Mediante una encuesta realizada a 70 jóvenes de los dos primeros semestres de la carrera
de lenguas modernas quienes hacían un gran uso de las redes sociales, se dio a conocer que la
gran mayoría confiaba en el contenido que consumía incluso si no sabía lo capacitado que estaba
cada influencer. En cuanto a la influencia de las redes sociales, alrededor de la mitad afirmó que
su salud mental se ha visto afectada por este tipo de tendencias, dejando ver así que las diversas
publicaciones en cada red social pueden afectar de forma negativa.The objective of this research was to identify the influence of the fitness trend on young people starting their college life and how influencers contributed to this through social media. For this purpose, we inquired in depth about several topics such as social media, influencers, fitness trends, beauty standards, mental health, self-esteem, etc.
Through a survey conducted with 70 young people in the first two semesters of the modern languages course who made great use of social media, it was revealed that the vast majority trusted the content they consumed even if they did not know how qualified each influencer was. No full textEl presente documento muestra una investigación acerca de la implementación del idioma mandarín en la Universidad EAN, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes ámbitos de enseñanza, analizando sus ventajas a nivel global y la creciente demanda del alumnado por una representación orientada a la globalización de la cultura asiática en la carrera de Lenguas Modernas, la cual se ha trazado con un enfoque de tipo mixto, el cual incluye los métodos cuantitativo y cualitativo, haciendo uso de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizaron dos instrumentos: la encuesta y la entrevista no estructurada, las cuales proporcionaron información clave para analizar el interés de los estudiantes de Lenguas Modernas respecto a la inclusión de este idioma asiático y las razones por las cuales la Universidad EAN descarta añadirlo a dicho programa en el corto y largo plazo. Design of a drinking water treatment plant in Machetá
No full textEste proyecto consiste en diseñar una planta de potabilización de agua para la
comunidad de la vereda Belén del municipio de Macheta, como aporte para dar solución a la
problemática de la zona debido a que no cuenta con servicio de acueducto y alcantarillado por
parte del municipio. La investigación se trazó con enfoque cuantitativo y alcance descriptivo,
para ello se realizó un proceso donde se encuestó a la comunidad con el fin de conocer la
cantidad de usuarios que requieren el servicio y posteriormente se tomó una caracterización del
agua de la quebrada “La Tocola” para identificar los procesos que darán paso al diseño la planta
de tratamiento. Se presentan los resultados obtenidos para el diseño de la planta en el municipio
de Machetá conforme a la recolección de datos de los habitantes de la comunidad y la
Resolución 2115 de 2007. Al realizarlo se decidió que el tren de tratamiento consistirá en los
procesos de desarenado, coagulación y floculación, sedimentación, filtración y desinfección.This project consists of designing a water purification plant for the community of the
Belén village of the Macheta municipality, as a contribution to solve the problems of the area
because it does not have an aqueduct and sewerage service by the municipality. The research
was drawn up with a quantitative approach and descriptive scope, for this a process was carried
out where the community was surveyed in order to know the number of users who require the
service and later a characterization of the water of the stream “La Tocola ”To identify the
processes that will lead to the design of the treatment plant. The results obtained for the design
of the plant in the municipality of Machetá are presented according to the collection of data
from the inhabitants of the community and Resolution 2115 of 2007. In doing so, it was decided
that the treatment train will consist of the processes of desarenado, coagulation and
