The work itself is divided into several parts. The first chapter maps the life of this writer and is based on his own autobiography as well as a biographic study written by Zdeněk Papeš. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on Berndorf's prose and his relationship with his birth land. Overall, its main goal is to introduce this almost forgotten author and to remind everybody of his contribution to the Nepomuk region
Integration of artificial intelligence into public life: some ethical and legal problems

and ethical issues related to the admissibility of using artificial intelligence in various fields,
and the need to comply with ethical standards in the creation of artificial intelligence systems,
as well as the possibility of introducing ethical standards in the decision-making process of artificial intelligence. Since for many people religion is the basis of the worldview, present in
public life as ethics, not dogmatics, the study of various aspects of the relationship between
religion and artificial intelligence is also extremely important. The author analyzes the ethical
and religious problems associated with the creation and distribution of artificial intelligence
systems and proposes ways of legal regulation of new social relations associated with the use
of artificial intelligence. The author explores the following problems: the ability of artificial
intelligence to be a subject of law; liability of artificial intelligence; sacralization of artificial intelligence;
the responsibility for harm caused by artificial intelligence systems; the adoption of
artificial intelligence decisions concerning the rights and duties of people; increasing stratification
and inequality; mass unemployment; intellectual superiority of the carriers of artificial
intelligence over man; alienation of people from each other, the loneliness of man; the ability
to follow ethical standards when artificial intelligence makes decisions

The development of floorball in the Czech Republic
No full textTéma práce se zabývá problematikou poměrně nového, avšak v České republice velmi populárního sportu - florbalu. Mapuje jeho vývoj, přednosti a nedostatky. Teoretická část se věnuje otázkám sportu v ekonomice, florbalu a metodologii této práce. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda má potenciál stát se na území ČR profesionálním sportovním odvětvím. K dosažení tohoto cíle jsou porovnávány sportovní, ekonomické a marketingové ukazatele s jinými sporty, ale i se zahraničními florbalovými svazy. V praktické části tato bakalářská práce zároveň zkoumá úroveň podpory ze strany státu ve vybraných dotačních programech a dále jsou zde rozebrány ostatní zdroje financování. V poslední části autor zjišťuje metodou dotazníku názory veřejnosti, na základě kterých je vytvořena SWOT analýza. Zjištěné poznatky jsou poté komplexně shrnuty.The topic of this thesis deals with an introduction of a new sport in the Czech Republic -- floorball. Despite the short history, it is very popular there. The thesis maps a recent progress of this sport, its strenghts and weaknesses. The theoretical part is about economics in sports, floorball and the methodology. The main goal is to verify, whether there is a potential of becoming a professional sport in the Czech Republic. There are used some comparsions with other sports industries or floorball asociations of some other countries to achieve this goal. In the practical part, the thesis examines the state subsidies and also there are shown some financial sources and solutions for this sport industry. In the last part the author uses the questionnaire method to find out the public opinion and makes a SWOT analysis according to the results. The results are subsequently summarized
Specifics of business in the field of electricity trading
No full textTématem diplomové práce je obchod s elektřinou a jeho specifika na českém a mezinárodním trhu. Práce rozebírá obchod v elektroenergetice primárně z pohledu obchodníka s elektřinou jako podnikatele. Jejím cílem je určit a popsat náležitosti nezbytné pro realizaci této činnosti na českém a středoevropském trhu a zhodnotit náročnost podnikání v této sféře. Teoretická část je věnována analýze elektřiny jako komodity, liberalizaci obchodu s elektrickou energií a rolím subjektů působících na trhu s ní. V praktické části se autor zaměřuje na vybrané trhy s elektřinou mající vliv na obchodování s touto komoditou v České republice. Dále je rozebírán proces vnitřního a přeshraničního obchodu, kde přínosem práce je detailní popis navázání vztahů mezi obchodníky s elektřinou v praxi. Závěrem je zhodnocení aspektů nezbytných k podnikání v této oblasti a posouzení jeho náročnosti pro začínající podnikatele.The thesis deals with electricity trade and its specifics on the Czech as well as international markets. It is dedicated to analysis of power trade primarily from the perspective of an entrepreneur. The aim of the paper is to identify and describe the requisites necessary for realization of this activity on the Czech and Central European markets, and assess the demands of such business. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of electricity as a commodity, liberalization of electricity trade, and the roles involved in the power marketplace. In the practical part, the author focuses on selected electricity markets having an impact on trading of this commodity in the Czech Republic. Further, the process of internal and cross-border trade is described in details along with the establishment of business partnership between electricity traders in practice. The final chapter evaluates aspects of entrepreneurship in this area assessing its demands for aspiring entrepreneurs

No full textTitle: Neutral Meson Production in Ag+Ag Collisions at 1.58 A GeV with HADES Electromagnetic Calorimeter Author: Alexandr Prozorov Abstract: The Dielectron Spectrometer HADES operating at the SIS18 synchro- tron, FAIR/GSI Darmstadt, recently provided new intriguing results on the pro- duction of electron pairs and strangeness from nucleus-nucleus collisions, as well as from elementary reactions, in the energy region of 1 − 2 A GeV. In 2019 the spectrometer was complemented by an electromagnetic calorimeter based on lead- glass modules, which allows us to measure photons and thus study the production of π0 and η mesons via their two-photon decay. Knowledge of the neutral-meson production is a mandatory prerequisite for the interpretation of dielectron data. In particular, the directed and elliptic flow of neutral mesons with respect to transverse momentum and rapidity will be shown for different centrality classes in Ag + Ag collisions at 1.58 A GeV. The results of the analysis corresponding to the 14 × 109 events will be confronted with the results of other experiments and with the current model calculations. V roce 2019 byl spektrometr doplněn elektromagnetickým kalorimetrem založeným na modu- lech s olovnatého skla, který nám umožnil měřit fotony a tak studovat produkci mezonů π0 a η prostřednictvím jejich rozpadu na dva fotony. Znalost produkce ne- utrálních mezonů je nutným předpokladem pro interpretaci dat o dielektronech. Konkrétně budou ukázány výtěžky, přímý a eliptický tok neutrálních mezonů vzhledem k příčné hybnosti a rapiditě pro různé centrality ve srážkách Ag + Ag při 1,58 A GeV. Výsledky analýzy odpovídajících 14 × 109 událostí budou kon- frontovány s výsledky jiných experimentů a s aktuálními modelovými výpočty. Aplikace poznatků z Rudých brigád v boji proti globálnímu terorismu
No full textThis Bachelor thesis seeks to analyse the rise and fall of the Red Brigades within the wave of Italian political terrorism in order to suggest the application of findings onto global terrorism, while working on three hypotheses. First, the thesis implies that features of multiple phases of terrorism are present in the life-span of the Italian left-wing terrorist organization. Secondly, within the dismantling of the Red Brigades, the role of the State is regarded as substantial (combined with internal conflicts). Lastly, upon the outlined analyses, the findings are deemed to be applicable onto the phase of global terrorism. Through mapping the activities of the Red Brigades and subjecting the major attacks to an analysis through the theoretical definitions of terrorism, the author seeks to draw conclusion mainly by a synthesis of the communicative strategy, psychological impact and state reaction(s) to terrorism. Concluding, the thesis suggests some key findings, regarded as effective tools of fight against Italian terrorism, to be applied onto global terrorism

Neponechává stranou vymezení sociální patologie se zvláštním zřetelem k drogovým a jiným formám závislostí, projevy agresivity a sexuálně rizikového chování. Podává hlubší sondu specifik kriminality mladistvých a zabývá se úlohou orgánů státní správy v oblasti trestního řízení, vymezuje prvopachatele a recidivující mladistvé, opatření ukládaná dle zákona O soudnictví ve věcech mládeže, představuje druhy páchané trestné činnosti a přináší hlubší pohled na strukturu prevence kriminality, včetně koncepce prevence kriminality a protidrogové politiky města Brna. V empirické části práce provádí analýzu konkrétních kriminálních deliktů od běžné majetkové kriminality, přes loupeže, znásilnění, těžké ublížení na zdraví až po případy vražd, s cílem definovat, jak se sociální aspekty podílí na páchání trestné činnosti mladistvých různé závažnosti.Bc. Author of the thesis presents the perspective of social pedagogy phenomenon of modern youth and their respective specificities in the city Brno, with a focus on socially excluded localities, highlights the most important social aspects of juvenile delinquency that model inheritance and innate personal disposition, life in the family, school and peer groups, deals with the influence of the media and the Internet. Leaving aside the definition of social pathology with special attention to drug and other forms of addiction, aggression and sexual risk behavior. It gives a deeper probe specific addresses juvenile delinquency and the role of the state administration in the area of criminal procedure, defines first-time offenders and recurrent juvenile measures imposed by the Act on Juvenile Justice, is a kind of crimes committed and brings a deeper look at the structure of crime prevention, including the concept crime prevention and drug policy of the city of Brno. после долгого периода доминирования философии подозрения.The project of the Eucharistic anthropology that was proposed by Alexandr
Filonenko, for the first time on a national scale in theological and philosophical studies,presents eucharistic anthropology as a new branch of
philosophical and theological anthropology, which studies practices of
gratitude as recognition of the Other and paths of human dignity after
dehumanizing practices of the XXth century anthropological catastrophe.
The urgency of eucharistic anthropology is defined by the context of the return
of Reality, Subject and the Sacred after their elimination from the philosophical
field of modern and postmodern thought; this return is described as the presence
of the Other. The main task of our paper is to investigate original theoretical
proposition of the well-known Ukrainian scholar, heuristic capabilities and
cognitive potential of the new trend of communicative anthropology. Alexandr
Filonenko describes the interaction between the philosophical and the
theological contexts of eucharistic anthropology from point of view of the
contemporary culture of presence outside modern and postmodern languages.
He opens new horizon of the theoasethetics, theodrama and theologics, which
have been developed in the theological proposal of H. U. von Balthasar. The
author develops an anthropological language sensitive towards theology
and pedagogics, which lets one describe ways of overcoming the
postideological crisis through practices of gratitude. As A. Filonenko stressed,
Eucharistic anthropology offers one to consider philosophy and theology of
witnessing in the Ukrainian context, in which the theological disciplinary
matrix is currently taking shape after a long period of the philosophy of
suspicion domination

Přestože je poslední dobou více pozornosti věnováno samostatnému experimentování žáků, významnou roli ve školách stále hraje demonstrační experiment. Na katedře didaktiky fyziky MFF UK má projekt předvádění demonstračních experimentů pro studenty středních škol tradici více než 30 let a v současné době nabízí celkem sedm tematických celků. Předchozí výzkum provedený na vzorku cca 5100 studentů však ukázal, že tyto tematické celky jsou studenty vnímány poměrně odlišně zejména z hlediska jejich zájmu, vnitřní motivace a subjektivně vnímané užitečnosti a hodnoty. Nabízí se tedy otázka, zda existují parametry, které předurčují pozitivní vnímání demonstračních pokusů studenty - ať už by mělo jít o požadavky na lektora, o způsob práce s publikem či o výběr jednotlivých experimentů. Even though attention has been lately focused more on students' hands-on experiments, demonstration experiments still play an important role in today's education. Department of Physics Education (Charles University, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics) has been performing physics demonstrations for upper secondary school students for more than 30 years. Seven different topics are currently offered by the Department. A survey conducted on a population of est. 5,100 students showed that the perception of these topics by students varies quite significantly, especially considering their intrinsic motivation and subjectively perceived value and usefulness of a given topic. The questions at hand are whether parameters that influence students' perception in negative or positive way do exist and how they are related to the choice of the experiments themselves or the lecturer's work with the audience.
