The importance of business internationalization for the Polish economy which aspires to the status of knowledge based economy
Celem publikacji jest ukazanie dorobku naukowego, głównie polskich i ukraińskich uczonych, w zakresie uwarunkowań procesów i rezultatów internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw oraz jej wpływu na funkcjonowanie biznesu w dobie globalizacji. Opracowanie stanowi istotny wkład w zakresie teorii i praktyki w proces restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw w kierunku ich internacjonalizacji. Może posłużyć jako inspiracja do stworzenia strategii opartej na poszukiwaniach (prospector strategy), co będzie sprzyjać zwiększonej innowacyjności w budowaniu strategii i organizacji firm przechodzących transformację. Może też być przesłanką do zacieśniania współpracy biznesów z różnych krajów i do wspólnych badań w tym względzie.
Książka powstała jako rezultat międzynarodowej konferencji naukowej (teoretyczno-metodyczno-praktycznej), zorganizowanej 21-22 listopada 2016 r. pt. „Internacjonalizacja polskich przedsiębiorstw – uwarunkowania, modele, wyniki badań”. Zamieszczone studia przypadków i analizy jakościowe mogą ułatwić przedsiębiorstwom dostosowanie się do warunków działania na nowych rynkach. Będą też pomocne menedżerom oraz przedsiębiorcom w zrozumieniu konieczności i metod dostosowania się do globalnej konkurencji, która generuje nowe akcenty w zarządzaniu.Trwały sukces ekonomiczny i społeczny w skali makroekonomicznej każdej gospodarki aspirującej do miana opartej na wiedzy i otwartej na otoczenie coraz bardziej zglobalizowane, uzależniony jest od jej przewag komparatywnych cywilizacyjnych bardziej niż od przewag komparatywnych naturalnych. Dzięki członkostwu w UE Polska zyskała dostęp do przewag komparatywnych cywilizacyjnych tego regionu w postaci dużego, atrakcyjnego, zorientowanego na produkty o dużej wartości dodanej i tym samym wymagającego rynku, źródeł finansowania inwestycji w infrastrukturę naukowo-badawczą, podnoszenia konkurencyjności polskich przedsiębiorstw, innowacji. Autor stara się wykazać, że ekspansja międzynarodowa czynna polskich przedsiębiorstw, na rynki państw wysoko rozwiniętych, sprzyja zwiększaniu ich nakładów na B&R. W tym celu prezentuje wyniki badań aktywności międzynarodowej polskich przedsiębiorstw uznawanych za innowacyjne i zorientowane na wzrost.Sustained economic and social success at the macroeconomic level of each economy aspiring to the name of knowledge-based one and open to the environment globalized depends on its civilizing comparative advantages more than on its natural comparative advantages. Owing to the UE membership Poland has gained the access to the comparative advantages of this region in the form of big, attractive, oriented to high value added products market, demanding at the same time, as well as in the form of financial sources for investments in research and development infrastructure or in increasing the competitiveness of Polish companies. The author tries to prove that the active international expansion of Polish enterprises to the markets of developed countries supports the increase of their R&D expenditures. Przestrzenne praktykowanie muzeum
The Essay is a reflection about specificity border in space museum. As the Author has convinced, the museum is organized space, in which the system of works builds story about art and the operations, which consist of reading works. Moreover, their aesthetic survival or participate in them are temporary, but essentially spatial resolution, which put this place. In this project, author is trying to prove, that designed space creates a specific world art and multiple reside in it, which could be a crucial subject for an individual reflection directed outside variable everyday life. On the other hand, author thinks, that by plotting in art, borders can become familiar, which means - they enter in circulation the practice sphere in public and renew their interpretations. In this summaries the laborious work called art has making, not only through the theorists of art, but also by authority museum, which has negotiated its own work with masterpieces and creations of the main artists. In fact, every change of story is the results of demonstrated interpretation on the art’s ways, which shows effects of reorganized their space disposition. Instead, there are new interiors and new architecture, which launches nil spatial practice so far, different forms so use of the stories, as well as from the place. Therefore the museum becomes a space, which established dynamically interlocking relationship between story and the place is occupied by the works and spatial specific collection of practices, which shall take visitor. The Author has assured, that in this mutual relationship it is possible to find rationalization, which is reflecting cultural preferences. In the meaningful conclusion, works of art shall be placed in an everlasting duration through the historical exposures. However, they belong to the closed period art - as the Author has convinced. In critical art, museum shall cease to be rapacity, which has wanted to feed by context of closed gallery or has lived in the shadow expression politicians of judicial proceedings, judgments, where has activated and divided the audience. Instead, these are reasons, which set against the museum. That is why museum has to be set against more open space of the city, open to the spontaneous events. In this perspective public space does not have nature in consensus sense, communication between the different, as it wishes to Habermas, but would place dispute, fight between different content, it means - different public spheres.Miłosz Markiewic
Ekspozycja muzealna a problem zadomowienia
The essay treats domestication as a philosophical problem, which rise of human beings need because of sense and safe. Author has convinced, searching for durability in the changing world of happenings. Moreover, domestication creates society and sensuality has an ethical plan, sweetness and warmness signal about bodily closeness, then visual effects become secondary.Miłosz Markiewic
Powtórzenia i powroty : o dramaturgii Janusza Głowackiego
This volume constitutes a monograph on the dramatic works of Janusz Głowacki,
which discusses the author in the context of the history of drama in the 20th century,
including references to the literary and theatrical traditions of the earlier centuries. The
analysis and interpretation emphasise repetition as the primary category which characterises
Głowacki’s poetics as well as his perception of the outside world.
The first part of the monograph, entitled In the Net of Convention, describes Głowacki
as a master of the dramatic and theatrical conventions, who uses forms widely recognised
by the audiences and draws abundantly from popular literature as well as adapts
his own works for different media. Towards the end of this part, the author discusses
parody regarded as “differentiating repetition” which appears to manifest in Głowacki’s
works in many different forms and on many different levels, as the author maintains
a dialogue with other texts for more than the sole purpose of ridiculing the original.
The second part of the monograph, entitled Literature and Identity, constitutes a reflection
on four plays by Głowacki and is based upon two principles: firstly, the analysis
regards intertextual poetics as Głowacki’s epistemology of sorts, which, through intertextual
references to the canon of European drama, describes the contemporary milieu
of the author with great precision and irony; secondly, the study validates a reading of
Głowacki’s texts which assumes that they present a reflection on the nature of a fractured,
wounded identity, both with regard to the dramatis personae as well as the “traces”
of the author, hidden within his characters.
The monograph, therefore, constitutes a study of the dramatic works of a famous
writer whose works have served as the basis for numerous plays and films
Textuality and theatricality
The book by Patrice Pavis Le theatre contemporain. Analyse des textes, de Sarraute k Vinaver
comprises the collection of essays on the contemporary French drama. The author proposes the
textual analysis, which takes into account all levels of the composition of discourse. The reception
of a drama is understood in terms of stage production made by a reader; because in the
process of reading he both reproduces the dramatic situation (semantic aspect) and he decodes
the situation of expression (stage aspect).
The above mentioned mode of reading may be applied not only to drama. Two texts have been
analyzed in the article: the poem Terrorysta, on patrzy (The terrorist, he is watching) by Wisława
Szymborska - an example of a lyrical statement constructed in a similar way as the theatrical
situation and the drama Terroryści (Terrorists) by Ireneusz Iredyński - an example of text, which
is characterized by the predominance of rhetoric over theatricality. The meaning of these works
results from the oscillation between the structure of text and its theatrical potential
