Strategi peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi agama Islam berbasis balanced scorecard
This study is a policy research, which use STAIN in Central Java as objects of research, while faculty, students, employees, officers and graduates of the unit being analyzed. The analysis technique used is explorative descriptive. To implement the balanced scorecard at STAIN would require accurately data and documents, it is to be aware of changes in key indicators that can be used as the basis of evidence the organization’s activities. In this study, the perspective which used is the perspective of stakeholders, administrative and financial management, and the teaching and learning process, work ethos, culture and good governance. The results of the five perspective are referred to the differences of implementation, but for administrative and financial management perspective STAIN, in Central Java, faced the same thing that is the not optimal care units so that are still limited contribution to STAIN revenue.

Kajian ini merupakan kajian kebijakan, yang menggunakan STAIN di Jawa Tengah sebagai obyek penelitian, dengan pejabat fakultas, mahasiswa, pegawai, dan lulusan yang menjadi obyek analisis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif, dengan perspektif stakeholder, pejabat administratif dan keuangan, proses belajar mengajar, etos kerja, budaya, dan dan good governance. Hasil dari lima perspektif ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan implementasi, sementara dari perspektif pengelola administrasi dan keuangan menghadapi masalah yang sama yaitu tidak optimalnya unit-unit perawatan sehingga masih kecil kontribusinya bagi perolehan STAIN
Nikah Mut\u27ah: Kajian Atas Argumentasi Syi\u27ah
Temporary marriage or nikah mut\u27ah is a phenomenon that occurs within Islam. Nevertheless the ulama differ in their opinions of its validity. The majority of Sunni Muslims believe that this type of marriage was originally permitted but later forbidden. Whereas the Shi\u27ah group believe that contract marriage is permitted, and some of them even recommend it. Yet, it seems that the arguments they propose all have their weaknesses because temporary can still be disputed. Because of these problems, we should bring the issue of contract marriage back to the principles oflslamic teachings which hold human dignity in high esteem, value the ability of people to find the truth, and provide guidance to channel biological desires responsibly. As long as temporary marriage does not contradict these values the validity is maintained, but if it opposes these values then the prohibition cannot be denied
Perubahan perilaku dan peran agama pada remaja keluarga bercerai : Studi kasus di Kota Semarang
This research is conducted to know the adolescences behavior change who his parent divorce and also the main factors that influiencing the behavior change. The subject of this research took from eleven adolescence who have proportionally fulfilled the condition of the seventhen adolescence who his parent divorce. The data is collected by observation and inteview toward the subject and his parent. The product of his observation and interview was recorded by discriptively so that the data above is still genuine and authentic one. Then, the discriptive data was analyzed by interpreting approach, where the discriptive data and reflection notes which submitted was compared so that both concept and the abstraction can be easily arranged.
The product of this research show that parental divorcing, sometimes, show the negative ones related with the adolescences behavior change process. The negative impact they are is follows, it shows some mentality disorders and exessive emotional toward adolescence, his feel frustrated, inferior feelings, his disable for thingking rationally, also disability thingking realistically and objectively. In the other hand, the subjects were being in mentally disorders and live in an ustable emotion and behavior condition.
Descriptively, the product of this research show the existence of negative impact ones toward the adolescence emotional and behavior change, and basically the negative impact of their condition more dominant. Negative impact shows first in conflics parent to the divorce processes. If only, in this research shows that the subject who have exessive emotionaly and behavior change, those factors stated above seem likely caused by unsteadily condition in his real life. Therefore, it is common when the subject show a exessive emotionality and negative behavior changes. His religiousity so not function to his life, a specialy for his moral behavior
Islamic Peace Centered Theology
Although has been so far portrayed as religion of violence, the very essence of Islam is peace. The use of violence in such concepts of jihād (waging holy war) and shahīd (martyr) is actually only allowed in the last resort. Besides, it does not belong to the main precepts of Islam as presented in the arkān al-īmān (the pillars of belief) and the arkān al-islām (the pillars of obligations). This paper argues that peace constitutes the essential part of Islamic theology and that the mission of every human being in Islamic teaching is to be God’s vicegerent on the earth. This mission for a true believer may not be achieved unless he or she works with others in building peace, not by force. Violence can only be used to protect the freedom of as many as members of the community to live peacefully

Falsafat al-Qiṣṣat fī al-Qur\u27ān wa Dauruhā fī Binā\u27i al-Shakhṣiyyat min Khilāli Qiṣṣati Mūsā wa al-Khidr: [The Philosophy of Quranic Narrative and Its Significance for Character-Building Based on the Story of Moses and Khidr]
This paper seeks to understand the significance of the story of Moses and Khidr PBUH to develop character-building, whose actions seemed to contradict the teachings of Sharia. As one of the most prominent accounts in Islamic tradition, the long journey of Moses for receiving knowledge meets an end by encountering Khidr, an acquaintance with unique personalities who later becomes his mentor. As literary research on the Quranic tales, the discussion adopts inductive-analytical methods to describe the semantic and rhetorical aspects contained from Moses and Khidr’s relationship. Those aspects are further analyzed to instill noble virtues thoroughly. By contemplating Khidr’s confrontation toward Moses, the acts contain good reasons despite their figurative meanings may be misinterpreted as a call for evil deeds against weaklings. The results commemorate the significance of contemplation and patience and reemphasize that none shall rushing adjudicate the occurring issues because there may be wisdom in something incomprehensible. Learning from the story of Moses and Khidr, this article argues that decision-makers should incorporate with the people, and whoever takes distance from its people is incapable of solving problems

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job rotation and reward system on employee motivation. To find out and analyze the effect of job rotation and reward system on employee loyalty. To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee loyalty. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation mediating job rotation and reward systems on employee loyalty at the Riau Islands High Court. The population in this study were employees of the Riau Islands High Court. The sample in this study was 69 people. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The results of the research conducted show that job rotation has a significant effect on work motivation. Reward has a significant effect on work motivation. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Reward has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee loyalty through motivation. The Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention in the Production Department at PT. Mustika Agung Sawit Gemilang Kab. Indragiri Hulu Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. B. Isyandi, SE, MS and Dr. Machasin, M.Sc.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention in the Production Department at PT. Mustika Agung Sawit Gemilang Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data obtained from empirical research results through distributing questionnaires to employees who are sampled, the sample in this study is 120 people. The analysis technique used is the SPSS for windows program. The results of this study also show below: (1) Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. (2) Job Stress has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. (3) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Analysis of Price Perception and Celebrity Endorser on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific Skincare Products of UNRI Gen Z Graduate Students with Intervening Variables Online Customer Review
This study was conducted to determine Analysis of Price Perception and Celebrity Endorser on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific Skincare Products of UNRI Gen Z Graduate Students with Intervening Variables Online Customer Review. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 210 active postgraduate students at the University of Riau born between 1996 and 2010. The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorser, Online Customer Review, and price perception have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorser and price perception have a positive effect on Online Customer Review. Online Customer Review significantly mediates the relationship between Celebrity Endorser and purchasing decisions. Online Customer Review significantly mediates the relationship between price perception and purchasing decisions.
