Soft computing modeling of dealer loyalty in Turkish insurance sector
This study presents the application of soft computing techniques namely as Stepwise Regression (SR), Neuro-Fuzzy (NF) and Neural Networks (NN) for modeling of dealer loyalty in Turkish insurance sector. The proposed soft computing models are based on survey results conducted in insurance sector of Turkey. The accuracies of the proposed soft computing models are quite satisfactory as compared to actual results. The results show that the dominating factors affecting dealer loyalty are found to be dealer satisfaction, dealer trust, dealer perceived value, dealer perception of customer perceived value and relationship time. The analyses of effects of research variables on dealer loyalty are an important contribution to understanding relationships between dealer and manufacturer. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications of the study findings are discussed
Export performance antecedents: The case of Gaziantep
Export, which is one of the key concepts of growth for developing countries and development for developed countries; It can be analyzed from different perspectives on the basis of product, company, industry and country. For the purpose of this study, a conceptual model was constructed for the relationships between export performance and firm capabilities, firm's export/resource commitment, firm's international management experience, international competitive strategy and export barriers. In the model, competition intensity, firm agility, firm size and internationalization degrees were considered as control variables. The research hypotheses were analyzed with data collected from 204 companies registered in the Southeastern Anatolian Exporters' Association. According to the analysis, the knowledge capacity of the firm's capabilities and the firm's international management experience negatively affect the internal and external export barriers; It was concluded that the export / resource commitment of the firm and international competitive strategies positively affect the export performance. The firm's ability to identify customers, market knowledge capability, and international experience causes the firm's perception of internal and external export barriers to decrease. The company's ability to differentiate its products, provide low cost advantage and use its resources for export contributes to the company's financial success, strategic positioning and satisfaction

The Effects of an E-marketing Orientation on Performance on Turkish Exporter Firms
This article aims to examine strategic orientations' effects on firms' performance in emerging economies such as Turkey. Strategic orientation directly affects all organizational activities and behaviors. Strategic orientations such as market orientation (MO), e-marketing orientation (EMO), entrepreneurial orientation (EO), and technology orientation (TO) are evaluated in this study. EMO is explained, along with its components and effect on firm performance, financial performance (FP), and marketing performance (MP). EMO has two components: Philosophical E-marketing Orientation (EMO-ph) and Behavioral E-marketing Orientation (EMO-behv). The research hypotheses are tested using data collected from 144 exporting firms in Turkey. The results show that the direct effect of TO on FP is significant; one of MO's components and EO directly affect marketing performance. The findings provide direction for future strategic orientations research
Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology: The adoption of mobile messaging application
According to Turkish Statistical Institute, 96.8% of households have mobile phones and smart phones. While mobile penetration was 1% in 1995, it reached 73% in 2014. Opening account of social media, messaging and chatting is the first activity in mobile phone users in Turkey. Consequently, understanding the main determinants of technology acceptance behavior is an important issue for both academicians and practitioners. Therefore, the aim of this study is to test the model of the adoption of mobile messaging applications, especially fast messaging. The framework of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was used in the paper. For testing our hypotheses, questionnaires were given to people having mobile devices and mobile internet users. Our data was collected by convenience sampling method. The research hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicated that there were strong relationships among the research variables. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications of the study findings are discussed
