ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE JOB ORDER COSTING UNTUK MENENTUKAN HARGA JUAL (STUDI KASUS UMKM CV. TRI UTAMI JAYA MATARAM)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perhitungan harga pokok produksi, harga pokok produksi menurut Job Order Costing dan perbandingan harga pokok produksi oleh CV. Tri Utami Jaya Mataram. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis data kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Dalam kerangka penelitian ini, dilakukan tahapan analisis data yaitu Pengumpulan data, Perhitungan biaya produksi berdasarkan perhitungan perusahaan, Klasifikasi, Menghitung biaya berdasarkan metode penilaian biaya, Membandingkan hasil perhitungan biaya produksi berdasarkan perhitungan perusahaan dengan metode perhitungan biaya pesanan pekerjaan CV. Tri Utami Jaya Mataram, Membandingkan hasil perhitungan biaya produksi berdasarkan perhitungan perusahaan dengan metode perhitungan biaya pesanan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dan harga jual produk berdasarkan perusahaan dan berdasarkan metode Job Order Costing berbeda. Perbedaan itu terjadi karena ada kesalahan pada pengklasifikasian dan perhitungan unsur Harga Pokok Produksi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Perusahaan telah menghitung biaya tenaga kerja langsung dengan tepat, yaitu dengan mengalikan upah setiap satu kali pembuatan produk berbahan baku kelor yang di produksi oleh masing-masing tenaga kerja langsung
PERAN ORANGTUA DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER ANAK PADA ERA DIGITAL DI DESA BABAKAN PEUTEUY
Perkembangan teknologi di era digital sekarang ini semakin pesat, pengawasan orangtua terhadap anak sangat penting untuk diaplikasikan mengingat banyak sekali informasi yang terdapat dimedia digital baik dari hal positif sampai negatif. Peran orangtua adalah perilaku yang berkenaan dengan orangtua dalam memegang posisi tertentu dalam lembaga keluarga yang didalamnya berfungsi sebagai pengasuh, pembimbing dan pendidik bagi anak. Penelitian yang dituangkan dalam skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dalam pemakaian media digital, pembentukan karakter anak di era digital dan mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendorong orangtua dalam pembentukan karakter anak pada era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peran orangtua dalam penggunaan media digital di Desa Babakan Peuteuy masih kurang, para orangtua masih belum bisa mengawasi dan mengarahkan anaknya dalam memilih aplikasi atau program yang pantas digunakan dan dilihat anak. Di Rt 4 Rw 12 dan Rt 3 Rw 13 semua anak di umur 3 tahun keatas sudah bisa menggunakan handphone, begitupun responden yang diteliti mereka sudah mempunyai handphone dari usia 8 tahun dan setiap hari tidak lepas dari handphone. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa media digital sangat membantu para anak dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Setelah melakukan analisa dan penelitan, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa peran orangtua dalam pembentukan karakter anak diera digital ini sudah dijalankan oleh para orangtua tetapi belum maksimal, orangtua masih perlu memantau anak dalam penggunaan media digital, supaya pendidikan karakter anak tidak luntur dipengaruhi teknologi dari luar.

Technological developments in today's digital era are increasingly rapid, parental supervision of children is very important to apply considering there is a lot of information contained in digital media, both positive and negative. The role of parents is behavior related to parents in holding certain positions in family institutions in which they function as caregivers, mentors and educators for children. The research outlined in this thesis aims to determine the role of parents in the use of digital media, the formation of children's character in the digital era and to find out the inhibiting and motivating factors of parents in forming children's character in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The role of parents in the use of digital media in Babakan Peuteuy Village is still lacking, parents still cannot supervise and direct their children in choosing applications or programs that are appropriate for children to use and see. In Rt 4 Rw 12 and Rt 3 Rw 13 all children aged 3 years and over are able to use cellphones, as well as the respondents studied they already have cellphones from the age of 8 years and cannot be separated from cellphones every day. After doing analysis and research, the author concluded that the role of parents in the formation of children's character in this digital era has been carried out by parents but has not been maximized, parents still need to monitor children in the use of digital media, so that children's character education does not fade influenced by outside technology.

MORAL VALUE IN NOVEL TASAWUF LOVE KARYA M. HILMI AS'AD
ABSTRACTThe moral value conveyed by the author to the reader through works of fiction especially novels is useful and useful to the reader. This study aims to describe the moral values associated with social messages and expose the moral values associated with the religious message contained in the novel Tasawuf Cinta by M. Hilmi As'ad. The method used in this research is analytic descriptive method. The results of this study indicate the moral values associated with social messages are: (1) social in social life; (2) relations between human beings of religion, and (3) association between the opposite sex. The moral values associated with the religious message are: (1) the relationship of man and God; (2) human nature and conscience; (3) the personal freedom that man possesses; And (4) the dignity and dignity of each individual.Keywords: moral value, novel </jats:p

Analysis Michael E Porter's Generic Strategy on Increasing Furniture Products Sales
In times of economic instability, such as when the Covid-19 pandemic spreads in Indonesia, furniture companies need the right strategy to compete. Increasing sales during these conditions takes work; therefore, a fairly effective strategy is required through the three-point strategy coined by Michael E Porter, namely cost leadership, differentiation, and focus. This research aims to find a generic strategy suitable for implementation at PT. Home Center Indonesia Retail Informa branch Warung Jambu Bogor. The author chose the in-depth interview research method as a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. They were guided by Michael E Porter's generic strategy theory, namely cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, and focus strategy, as a tool to analyze this research. The results of the research conducted by the author concluded that the focus strategy had more influence on increasing sales of PT.
