Un cambio di prospettiva sulla conciliazione vita lavoro: dall’implementazione dei servizi aziendali alla gestione del tempo. Una ricerca sulle piccole e medie imprese di Reggio Emilia
Work-life reconciliation is one of the current issues within the political and academic
debate. This article describes at first the evolution of the concept of work-life
reconciliation through an interdisciplinary review of the literature. Second, the article
proposes a synthesis of organizational and business reflection and practice; starting
from a critical interpretation of mainstream literature and of related controversial results
in terms of work-life reconciliation practices, the article goes on to offer a working
hypothesis, which takes explicitly into account Thompson’s theoretical framework
added to a new one: the territorial work-family culture. The evolution of the concept of
reconciliation inevitably leads to consider this fourth dimensions that affects the54
systemic level. Through the collection of 777 questionnaires, the analysis took into
consideration the identification of each dimension’s role, roles that contribute to
creating an organizational work-family culture, both within the organizations and in the
whole territory

Genotoxic and carcinogenic effects of gastrointestinal drugs
This review provides a compendium of retrievable results of genotoxicity and carcinogenicity assays performed on marketed gastrointestinal drugs. Of the 71 drugs considered, 38 (53.5%) do not have retrievable data, whereas the other 33 (46.5%) have at least one genotoxicity or carcinogenicity test result. Of these 33 drugs, 15 tested positive in at least one genotoxicity assay and 13 in at least one carcinogenicity assay; 8 of them gave a positive response in both at least one genotoxicity assay and at least one carcinogenicity assay. Concerning the predictivity of genetic toxicology findings for the result(s) of long-term carcinogenesis assays, of 21 drugs with both genotoxicity and carcinogenicity data: 6 (28.6%) are neither genotoxic nor carcinogenic, 2 (9.5%) tested positive in at least one genotoxicity assay but were non-carcinogenic, 5 (23.8%) tested negative in genotoxicity assays but were carcinogenic and 8 (38.1%) gave a positive response in at least one genotoxicity assay and in at least one carcinogenicity assay. Only 12 (16.9%) of the 71 drugs examined have all data required by present guidelines for testing of pharmaceuticals, but a large fraction of them were developed and marketed prior the present regulatory climate

Migrants and the Different Perspectives on Diversity Management within Trade Unions: The Italian Case of a Trade Union and its Organisational Strategies.
This research sets out to identify the logic of organizational action in
the union relating to the inclusion of migrants within union structures. The
logic of organizational action is defined as the intentional and bounded
rationality that “influences the behavior and performance of organizations
whose decisions as such are only one aspect.” The focus is not migrants’
membership intended as recruitment, but their inclusion in positions of
responsibility and representation within unions. Concurrently, the paper
seeks to understand the meaning of “diversity” that is attributed to
migrants working within unions and to find the links between the
connotations of diversity and inclusion logics
5-Substituted 4-Isoxazoleacetic acids with analgesic activity.
The synthesis of some 5-substituted 4-isoxazoleacetic acids starting from 5-substituted 4-isoxazolemethanols via their conversion to 4-(bromomethyl)isoxazoles, 4-isoxazoleacetonitriles and acid hydrolysis of the latter is described. 5-Ethyl- and 5-propyl-4-isoxazoleacetic acids showed in the writhing test an analgesic activity comparable to that of aspirin
