Солитоны в обобщенной квантовой гидродинамике и теория шаровой молнии
Quantum solitons are discovered with the help of generalized quantum hydrodynamics. The solitons have the character of the stable quantum objects in the self consistent electric field. The theory of quantum solitons lead to explanation of the existence of stable atom structures on the microscopic level and lightning balls on the macroscopic level of description of physical systems. The delivered theory demonstrates the great possibilities of the generalized quantum hydrodynamics in investigation of the quantum solitons. The paper can be considered also as comments and prolongation of the materials published in the known author`s monograph (Boris V. Alexeev, Generalized Boltzmann Physical Kinetics. Elsevier. 2004). The theory leads to solitons as typical formations in the generalized quantum hydrodynamics. Quantum-centric supercomputing for materials science: A perspective on challenges and future directions
Y. Alexeev et al.arXiv:2312.09733v3Computational models are an essential tool for the design, characterization, and discovery of novel materials. Computationally hard tasks in materials science stretch the limits of existing high-performance supercomputing centers, consuming much of their resources for simulation, analysis, and data processing. Quantum computing, on the other hand, is an emerging technology with the potential to accelerate many of the computational tasks needed for materials science. In order to do that, the quantum technology must interact with conventional high-performance computing in several ways: approximate results validation, identification of hard problems, and synergies in quantum-centric supercomputing. In this paper, we provide a perspective on how quantum-centric supercomputing can help address critical computational problems in materials science, the challenges to face in order to solve representative use cases, and new suggested directions.Y.A. acknowledges support from the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Science, under contract DE-AC02-06CH11357 at Argonne National Laboratory. A simple process for the fabrication of large-area CVD graphene based devices via selective in situ functionalization and patterning
This is the author accepted manuscript. The final version is available from the publisher via the DOI in this record. We report a novel approach for the fabrication of micro- and nano-scale graphene devices via the in-situ plasma functionalization and in-situ lithographic patterning of large-area graphene directly on CVD catalytic metal (Cu) substrates. This enables us to create graphene-based devices in their entirety prior to any transfer processes, simplifying very significantly the device fabrication process and potentially opening up the route to the use of a wider range of target substrates. We demonstrate the capabilities of our technique via the fabrication of a flexible, transparent,
graphene/graphene oxide humidity sensor that outperforms a conventional commercial sensor. This work was carried out under the auspices of the EU FP7 project CareRAMM. Marketing plan to boost a self-published literary project by a novel author
Finalmente, se concluye que el proyecto es rentableThe starting point is the profile of an author who has registered as a self-employed freelancer, with the intention of debuting with a fantasy novel. To achieve this, an action plan has been developed to help the entrepreneur establish a presence in the Ibero-American publishing market. The advantages and disadvantages of self-publishing have been analyzed, and it has been concluded that this option would yield greater benefits than traditional publishing. However, there are highly reputable publishing houses that, although they offer a low royalty percentage per book sold, perform significant marketing and distribution efforts through the main book purchasing channels, which could lead to higher income due to an increase in the number of copies sold. To attract the attention of these publishers and build a brand identity that allows the entrepreneur to attain the status of a professional writer, several market analyses have been conducted to develop a tactical marketing plan. Finally, a forecast of income and expenses has been prepared, taking into account the investment made in hiring professional services for the creation of the product and the royalty percentages offered by Amazon. In conclusion, the project is considered profitableDoble Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y Economí
On the role of religion in N. N. Alekseev’s axiological model of law
This paper is devoted to investigation of destination of religion in the process of forming of the concept of law in determined cultural circumstances. This study is actualizes the essential link between comprehension of content of domain of law and concept of subjectivity. Nikolay Alexeev overcomes concept of subjectivity represented in philosophy of early modern period of European history, (primarily in the rationalistic tradition of Rene Descartes). The crucial significant in his concept of law is got neo-kantian axiology of Wilhelm Windelband and Heinrich Rickert. Following to neo-kantian thinkers Alexeev indicates, that genesis of culture is measured because a priori values are exist. Therefore individual is not a creator of these values per se. Value became the basis of Alexeev’s philosophy of law. Furthermore he elaborated axiological model of law onto religious foundation. Religion — is a tool for initiating condition of values and there setting in political domain. Paper argued how religion conducts genesis of law. In that sense religion evaluated like a link between morality and law. Essential item of philosophy of law of Nikolay Alexeev — is a superiority of Christianity in the midst of couple of religions in solution of problem in development of law. Author shows the historical role of Christianity in revealing of the idea of law per se
Midrash in the New Testament: John vs. Synoptikoi
This paper deals with prefaces to the gospels of Matthew, Luke and John. From
the point of view of their genre, the fi rst two are the midrash, i.e. an interpretation
based on written sources and the oral tradition of Judaism. Their aim is to relate the
knowledge about Jesus that was obtained from Mark to the conception of the Messiah,
in accordance with which these two Evangelists interpret the borrowed data. The
historical and biographical design of both prefaces refl ects the cultural environment of
the Hellenistic epoch, whereas their content and literary form are a traditional response
to exclusively theological inquiries. John, in turn, draws not only on Mark but also on
certain other sources or on his personal experience and goes beyond the conception of
the Messiah, evaluating Jesus as a messenger (shaliah) of God or God Himself (drawing
no diff erence between the one who sends and the one who is sent is characteristic of
ancient cultural traditions). With all its signifi cance, the conception of the Messiah
off ered only limited opportunities for the interpretation of the fi gure of the historical
Jesus in the light of religious gnoseology (which was given much importance by the
Evangelist John), as well as in the light of soteriology, as it came to be evident later,
in the period of the second rebellion and acknowledging Simon bar Kokhba as the
Messiah. The preface to the gospel of John aims to explain the meaning of Creation
and the corresponding anthropology, which was necessary for the formation of the new concept of personal God, and, furthermore, gives an outline of the main issues
of the entire gospel. Another way of development of the early Christian thought from
messiology to theology was liturgical practice and corresponding word usage. In the
fi nal part of the paper, the author points to the inadequacy of the term “Christology”
for the circle of problems that make up the base of the Christian theology
Russian Philosophy on the Value of an Individual
The author of the article represents the philosophy's personalist branch as an integral living process of Russian philosophical thought development in the late 19th early 20th centuries, rich with interaction, debate and discussion. The author shows, how the reception of the European personalist tradition was accompanied by a development of the Russian original concepts, a search for the new grounds, justifying the value of an individual, including, but not limiting to the frameworks of "Neo-Leibnizianism" (L. Lopatin, A. Kozlov, S. Alexeev), Neo-Kantianism (S. Hessen), personalist philosophy of education (S. Hessen and V. Zenkovsky), metaphysics of unitotality (Vl. Solovyov, S. Frank, L. Karsavin), G. Fedotov's philosophy of culture and N. Berdyaev's existential personalism. Each of the aforementioned Russian thinkers attempted to solve with their own distinct way the problem of metaphysical "justification" of the value of an individual The author of the article identifies the existential vector of the Russian personalism
