STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF THE 12,7 M HIGH RECTANGULAR STEEL SILOS
V diplomskem delu smo izvedli računsko analizo in dimenzioniranje tankostenskega osnosimetričnega jeklenega silosa s pravokotnim prečnim prerezom in skupno višino 12,7 m. Silos je namenjen shrambi agregata za pripravo betona. Njegova kapaciteta je 92,89 ton. Vse obtežbe, ki delujejo na konstrukcijo, so določene v skladu z evropskimi predpisi EUROCODE.
Celotno konstrukcijo smo izračunali s programom Scia Engineer, ter preverili rezultate s kontrolnim izračunom.In this graduate thesis the structural analysis and the dimensioning of a thin-walled axisymmetric steel silos with a rectangular cross-section and total height of 12,7 m were carried out. The silos is intended for the storage of an aggregate for concrete preparation and has a capacity of 92,89 tons. All actions on the construction are determined in accordance with the EUROCODE regulations.
The structural analysis has been calculated with the Scia Engineer software. Results were verified with a control calculation
The effect of conflicts in the workplace on life quality-example of employees in the home of the elderly
Teoretična izhodišča: Konflikt je nastala situacija med dvema ali več osebami, med katerimi je prišlo do nestrinjanja v mišljenju, dojemanju določene situacije. Konfliktne situacije povzročajo različne odzive pri vpletenih osebah, zato je pomembno pravilno reševanje konfliktov.
Namen: Proučiti dojemanje, odziv, mišljenje zaposlenih o konfliktu in posledice konfliktov na počutje zaposlenih ter kakšen vpliv imajo konflikti na družinsko življenje zaposlenih.
Raziskovalna metodologija: V raziskavi smo uporabili že uporabljen anketni vprašalnik, ki ga je razvil magister pedagoških znanosti g. Marko Iršič. Izvedli smo kvantitativno obdelavo podatkov. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 112 oseb iz štirih različnih domov za starejše občane v območju savinjske regije.
Rezultati: Glede na postavljene hipoteze smo prišli do sledečih zaključkov: konflikti ne vplivajo na družinsko življenje in prav tako nimajo vpliva na zdravstveno stanje zaposlenih v obravnavanih domovih za starejše občane. Ne obstajajo razlike v dojemanju, odzivanju, mišljenju o konfliktih glede na delovno dobo, obstajajo pa razlike v dojemanju, odzivanju in mišljenju o konfliktih glede na starost. Starejši (starostna skupina 51–60 let) zaposleni o konfliktih razmišljajo bolj negativno kot mlajši.
Diskusija in zaključek: Zaposleni se na konflikt odzivajo različno, so potrti, brez energije, se razburijo. Mislijo, da imajo konflikti negativen vpliv, so škodljivi, nepotrebni, nekoristni in bi bilo bolje, da jih ne bi bilo. Dojemajo jih kot prenašanje napetosti in bolečine. Pogosto pa ne vedo, kako je prišlo do konflikta. Glede na negativno mišljenje o konfliktih bi bilo morda smiselno izobraževanje zaposlenih s področja konfliktov.Theoretical starting points: A conflict is a situation between two or more people (s), which disagreed in thinking, perceiving a particular situation. A conflict situations cause different responses by the involved persons, so it is important to properly resolve conflicts.
Purpose: Examine the perceptions, responses, employees\u27 opinion on the conflict and the consequences of conflicts on the feeling of the employees, and what impact the conflicts have on the family life of the employees.
Research methodology: In the survey we used the already used questionnaire, developed by the master of pedagogical sciences, g. Marko Iršič. We performed quantitative data processing. The survey included 112 people from four different homes for the elderly people in the Savinjska region.
Results: Based on hypotheses we have come up with the following conclusions
Discussion and Conclusion: Conflicts do not affect family life and they also have no influence on the health status of employees in the home of retired people. There are no differences in perceptions, responses, opinions about conflicts with regard to their seniority. But there are differences in perceptions, responses and opinions about conflicts with regard to age. The elderly (age group 51-60 years) employees consider conflicts more negative than the younger ones.
Discussion and Conclusion: The employees react to the conflict differently, they are depressed, without energy, they get upset. They think that conflicts have a negative impact, are harmful, unnecessary, useless, and it would be better they would not be. They perceive them as transmitting tension and pain. They often do not know how a conflict has occurred. Regarding the negative opinion on conflicts, it would be reasonable educating the employees about conflicts
Inclination towards artificial intelligence among users of bookkeeping services
Inovativnost je gonilo razvoja. Tako kot druga področja je bilo knjigovodstvo in računovodstvo po razvoju računalništva deležno korenitih sprememb. Knjigovodski procesi so v okviru tega razvoja postali digitalizirani, ročni vnosi knjigovodskih podatkov pa omejeni, dostop do podatkov je postal preprostejši. Sedaj pa nekateri strokovnjaki vidijo nov prelom na področju računalništva – v umetni inteligenci.
Zato smo v diplomskem projektu obravnavali naklonjenost umetni inteligenci med uporabniki knjigovodskih storitev. Pri tem smo opredelili posamezne pojme, kot je umetna inteligenca, umetna inteligenca v knjigovodstvu, knjigovodstvo ter uporabniki knjigovodskih storitev. Želeli smo ugotoviti, katere napredne knjigovodske rešitve ponujajo razvijalci in ponudniki programskih rešitev na tem področju. Prav tako smo želeli ugotoviti, pri katerih knjigovodskih procesih lahko umetna inteligenca nadomesti knjigovodjo. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo ugotovitev iz virov in literature s krajšo raziskavo proučili razširjenost uporabe funkcionalnosti umetne inteligence med uporabniki knjigovodskih storitev in naklonjenost umetni inteligenci med njimi. Ugotovili smo, da je razširjena uporaba zgolj nekaterih funkcionalnosti inteligentne programske opreme, kateri pa so uporabniki knjigovodskih storitev v povprečju naklonjeni.Innovation is the driving force of development. Like other areas, both bookkeeping and accounting were subject of radical changes after the development of computing. Within this development bookkeeping processes have become digitized, manual entries of bookkeeping data have become limited and access to data has been simplyfied. Now, some experts in computer science see a new turning point in the field of computing – in artificial intelligence.
Therefore we discussed about inclination towards artificial intelligence among users of bookkeeping services in this thesis. In this context we have defined some individual concepts, such as artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence in bookkeeping, bookkeeping and who are the users of it. The aim was to find out which advanced bookkeeping solutions are offered by developers and software solutions providers in this field. Furthermore, we wanted to find out in which accounting processes artificial intelligence can or can not replace the bookkeeper. In the empirical part of this thesis we have examined the prevalence of the use of artificial intelligence functionalities among users of bookkeeping services and theirs inclination towards the artificial intelligence. With a shorter study and findings from theories and literature we have found that only some of the functionalities of intelligent software are widespread and to which users of bookkeeping services are averagely inclined

V projektni nalogi smo opisalili zemeljske plazove, katerih škoda v zadnjih letih narašča tako v Sloveniji kot po svetu. Opisali smo ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njihov nastanek ter vste zemeljskih plazov.
V praktičnem delu smo opisali tehnologijo izvedbe sanacije plazu na cesti Pesek – Rogla- Zreče v kraju Boharina.In my project paper I am going to describe landslides and their damages which have been increasing in Slovenia and as well as all over the world in the last few years. I am going to concentrate on key factors that cause their emergence and different types of slides.

Consumer Interest in Environmentally Beneficial Chicken Feeds: Comparing High Available Phosphorus Corn and Other Varieties
One source of phosphorous pollution in areas of high chicken production is runoff from fields using fertilizer from these operations. A potential solution is to feed chicken high available phosphorus (HAP) corn, reducing phosphorus in manure. This study examined consumer purchase likelihood of chickens fed HAP, created traditionally or through genetic modification, and other genetically modified (GM) corn including Bt and Roundup-ready. Survey results from the Delmarva Peninsula found considerable interest in non-GM HAP corn, although GM HAP corn was not typically viewed as more acceptable than other GM varieties. MUSICAL KINDERGARTEN
V okviru prvega, teoretiÄnega dela diplomske naloge, smo pregledali možnost ustanovitve in delovanja zasebnih vrtcev, predvsem Waldorfskega in Montessori vrtca. V obeh primerih so jasno izpostavljeni cilji in vsebine, ki obravnavajo otroka kot celoto. Zasebni vrtci v kurikulumu za javne vrtce dodajo svoje obogatene programe. V nadaljevanju so prikazane stopnje na podroÄju telesnega, Äustvenega, intelektualnega razvoja in razvoja glasbenih sposobnosti.
V raziskovalnem delu so v aktivno iskanje mnenj o glasbenem vrtcu vkljuÄeni starÅ¡i predÅ¡olskih otrok. Z anketnim vpraÅ¡alnikom in z obdelavo dobljenih rezultatov lahko z zagotovostjo zatrdimo, da je glasbeni vrtec zanimiva in iskana alternativa javnih vrtcev.
V tretjem, praktiÄnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljen primer dobre prakse - program glasbenega vrtca Direndaj. Popoldanska glasbena dejavnost v letnem obsegu 30 ur je dobro izhodiÅ¡Äe za nadgradnjo celodnevnega programa javnega vrtca ali zasebnega vrtca, saj so, sicer v manjÅ¡em obsegu, obogatene vsebine in cilji, kot jih zasledimo v prvem delu diplome v poglavju kurikuluma za javne vrtce.The first, theoretic part of diploma paper examines the possibility for the foundation and operation of a private kindergarten, concentrating in particular on the Waldorf and Montessore type of kindergarten. In both cases, targets and contents viewing a child as a whole being are clearly exposed. Private kindergartens add their own enriched programmes to the curriculum of public kindergartens. Furthermore, stages in the field of physical, emotional and intellectual growth and development of a child\u27s music talents are presented.
The research part includes opinions about a music kindergarten provided by parents of pre - school children. A questionnaire are processing of its results confirm that music kindergarten is an attractive and interesting alternative to a public kindergarten.
In the third, practical part of diploma paper, an example of successful practice, the programme of the music kindergarten Direndaj is presented. A music afternoon activity in the annual scope of 30 hours is a good foundation for a later upgrading of the whole - day programme in a public or private kindergarten, as it offers expanded contents and targets as described in the first part of diploma paper, in the chapter about the curriculum for public kindergartens
CHRISTMAS SONGS FOR CHILDREN: ARRANGEMENTS FOR VOICE AND ORFF INSTRUMENTS
Diploma je sestavljena iz dveh delov. Prvi del se navezuje na cerkveno bogoslužje, cerkveno glasbo in božič, saj vsebina božičnih pesmi izhaja iz krščanstva. Drugi del obsega priredbe desetih izbranih božičnih skladb za Orffova glasbila.
Prvi del bi lahko smiselno razdelili na več podpoglavij. Uvodoma so zapisane nekatere značilnosti in zakonitosti cerkvenega bogoslužja, nato beseda teče o pomenu cerkvene glasbe, njenem zgodovinskem razvoju in njenih zakonitostih. Opisana je vokalna, inštrumentalna in vokalno-inštrumentalna cerkvena glasba in cerkveno ljudsko petje.
Pozornost je namenjena adventnemu in božičnemu času, šegam in navadam, ki so značilne za ta čas ter vsebini božičnih pesmi. Navedene so slovenske zbirke cerkvenih pesmi, kjer najdemo tudi pesmi, značilne za adventni in božični čas.
Opisana je izbrana slovenska literatura za Orffova glasbila, ki vsebuje ljudske in umetne pesmi.
V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge je deset priredb božičnih skladb za Orffova glasbila in petje. Skladbe so enostavne in zato primerne za osnovnošolske učence, saj so upoštevane njihove psihomotorične sposobnosti in stopnja razvitosti glasbenih sposobnosti.My diploma paper consists of two parts. The first part of the paper focuses on ecclesiastical liturgy, church music and Christmas, as the contents of Christmas carols originate in Christianity. The second part of the paper contains arrangements of ten selected Christmas carols for Orff Instruments.
The first part of the paper could be divided into several sub-chapters. In the introduction, the emphasis is put on several characteristics and regularities of ecclesiastical liturgy, and later on, the discussion progresses to the significance of church music, its historical development and its characteristics. Vocal, instrumental and vocal/instrumental church music, as well as church folk singing, are described.
A special emphasis is put on Advent and Christmas seasons, manners and customs, distinctive of this time of the year, and the contents of Christmas carols. Slovene collections of church songs, which also contain songs, typical of Advent and Christmas seasons, are listed in my diploma paper as well.
Slovene literature for Orff Instruments, containing folk songs and compositions, is also described in the paper.
The practical part of my diploma paper contains arrangements of ten Christmas carols for Orff Instruments and singing. The songs are not complicated and are, therefore, appropriate for primary school pupils, as their psychomotor skills and the level of their musical abilities are taken into consideration
THE ART OF MUSIC IN SPECIAL NEEDS PRIMARY SCHOOL
Magistrska naloga je zasnovana kot praktično delo in temelji na opisovanju, analizi ter predstavitvi poučevanja glasbe na Osnovni šoli Muta s prilagojenim programom v posebnem programu vzgoje in izobraževanja. V prvem delu opredeljuje otroke s posebnimi potrebami in opisuje glavne značilnosti duševnih motenj. Opisuje inkluzijo in vključevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami v večinske šole in njihovo socializacijo, specifično izobrazbo učiteljev in njihovo vlogo pri poučevanju, osnovne metode in oblike dela, učne načrte in cilje, ki jih primerja s cilji večinskih osnovnih šol. Predstavlja pomen glasbe v vsakdanjem življenju otrok s posebnimi potrebami. V drugem delu naloga predstavlja Osnovno šolo Muta s prilagojenim programom, populacijo otrok s posebnimi potrebami v posebnem programu vzgoje in izobraževanja in delež glasbene umetnosti v primerjavi z drugimi predmeti. Navaja zgradbo učnega načrta, ki sta ga zasnovala učitelj in specialni pedagog, ter opisuje in izpopolnjuje metode in oblike poučevanja, poudarek je na glasbeni dejavnosti otrok skozi šolsko leto. Na koncu raziskuje odnos učiteljev OŠPP do svojega poklica in predmeta glasbena umetnost.This Master’s Thesis presents an observation and analysis of music teaching at a special, adjusted upbringing, education program in Osnovna šola Muta (primary school Muta). In the first, theoretical, part I will provide a definition of “children with special needs” and describe the main characteristics of mental disorders as well as the inclusion and integration of children with disabilities in regular schools, their socialization, special education of teachers, teachers\u27 role in teaching and basic methods and teaching techniques. I will also compare lesson plans and aims with those of regular primary schools. In particular, I will present the meaning of music in the lives of children with special needs, and show how music education is used in their education. In the second, practical, part I will focus on a presentation of the special education program in Osnovna šola Muta, to demonstrate how a population of children with special needs in the adjusted upbringing and education program are taught musical arts, in comparison with other subjects. The structure of the syllabus, which was developed by the teacher and special pedagogue, is describedfurthermore, I will describe how the syllabus upgrades methods and teaching techniques. Finally, I will present as an illustration the music activity of a child throughout the whole school year and also a teacher’s aspect of their profession and to the subject of music art
Integrating media literacy in primary school mathematics
V magistrskem delu obravnavamo medijsko pismenost kot eno izmed ključnih kompetenc 21. stoletja in njeno integracijo v pouk matematike v osnovni šoli. V prvem delu naloge je medijska pismenost natančno opisana. Podane so njene različne definicije, lastnosti, kompetence in veščine/spretnosti ter povezava z informacijsko pismenostjo. V nadaljevanju je skozi pristope k poučevanju medijske pismenosti, pri čemer se dotaknemo tudi waldorfskega, predstavljeno razumevanje medijske pismenosti v izobraževanju. Z medijsko pismenostjo so močno povezane digitalne kompetence, ki smo jih predstavili v drugem delu naloge. Osredotočili smo se na okvir digitalnih kompetenc za državljane (DigComp) in izobraževalce (DigCompEdu). Tretji del naloge obsega pregled medijske pismenosti pri matematiki v osnovni šoli. Zajema rezultate raziskav na področju medijske pismenosti pri pouku matematike. Pregledno so navedeni cilji in vsebine učnega načrta za matematiko na predmetni stopnji, ki so povezani z medijsko pismenostjo. Podana je tudi analiza dveh učbeniških kompletov in i-učbenikov za matematiko na predmetni stopnji z vidika vključenosti medijske pismenosti. V zadnjem delu smo pripravili nekaj predlogov za razvijanje medijske pismenosti pri pouku matematike.In Master thesis, we discuss media literacy as one of the key competences of the 21st century and its integration into primary school mathematics. In the first part media literacy is described in detail. Its various definitions, characteristics, competences and skills are given, as well as its relationship with information literacy. Then, the understanding of media literacy in education is presented through approaches to teaching media literacy, touching on the Waldorf approach. Media literacy is strongly linked to digital competences, which are presented in the second part of the thesis. We have focused on the digital competences framework for citizens (DigComp) and educators (DigCompEdu). The third part consists of an overview of media literacy in primary school mathematics. It covers the results of research on media literacy in mathematics education. It provides an overview of the objectives and content of the mathematics curriculum at subject level related to media literacy. An analysis of two textbook sets and i-textbooks for mathematics at subject level in terms of the inclusion of media literacy is also provided.
