Dandanes so vse večje zahteve po proizvodnji lažjih in okolju prijaznejših izdelkov. Te zahteve silijo predvsem avtomobilsko in letalsko industrijo k razvoju novih preoblikovalnih postopkov. Requirements for nowadays products are that they are cheaper, lighter and environmental friendly. Municipalities carry out their tasks in a limited area, but for various reasons they cooperate with other municipalities, both neighbouring and/or distant, within the same country or in other countries. Although they operate within different national administrative systems, municipalities face similar problems and have similar interests - cooperation amongst them offers new opportunities for development in different areas. International cooperation between local authorities has a long tradition in Europe. Slovenian municipalities started to cooperate more intensively with foreign ones already before EU accession, and since then cooperation has intensified. We started to explore inter-territorial cooperation between the municipalities of Medvode and Crest because this area hadn’t been explored before. The objectives of the thesis were to analyse the legal regulation of inter-municipal cooperation, with a focus on inter-territorial cooperation, and to carry out a case study to determine the extent and intensity of cooperation. Based on the research carried out, we conclude that the cooperation between the municipalities of Medvode and Crest has long tradition. The two municipalities cooperate most in the field of culture, followed by sport, education, youth and finally tourism. At present, cooperation between the two municipalities is not increasing, which can be attributed to the coronavirus epidemic. The main problem in the cooperation between the Municipality of Medvode and the Municipality of Crest is a complex preparation of project documentation, which is important for the cooperation or management of EU-supported projects. The two municipalities are keen to continue their successful cooperation, which is also supported by the citizens of the Municipality of Medvode. Based on this findings, further research can be directed in different directions, for example the analysis of the reasons for the choice of the particular form of cooperation and the success factors of different forms of cooperation

S prestrukturiranjem dejavnosti Slovenska Bistrica stopa v postindustrijsko obdobje. In the thesis called Restructuring of industrial activities in the municipality of Slovenska Bistrica we analyzed economic changes in the municipality since 1991. The work discusses the development of the economy of Slovenska Bistrica, the restructuring of industrial activities and the effects of restructuring on the demographic picture of the municipality. The purpose of the thesis is also to present the Slovenian transition process, structural changes, which occurred after the independence and the shift in economic progress after we joined the common European space. The transition to a market economy has revealed the structural imbalances of the economy, which had to cope with new conditions of market operations. This process did not entirely circumvent Slovenska Bistrica, but the municipality’s economy is all the time based on the metal processing industry, which companies were able to adapt to the demanding market conditions. With the restructuring of industrial activities Slovenska Bistrica enters the post-industrial period. The importance of services is increasing, but the city and its surroundings are still highly focused on industry, specifically in the processing of metal products. The number of jobs in the secondary sector in Slovenska Bistrica is growing, despite the general industrial downfall. However, in this case we are talking about a modified form of industry, more flexible and technology-intensive with large investments in research and development. The service sector is asserting itself primarily in the number of business entities. Small private companies which develop new activities with high added value are predominated. New economic conditions affect the mobility of the population, which affects the increase in the number of commuters. Changes of economic activities reflected in the space as an altered spatial and functional structure of the city. For the outskirts the trend of building shopping centers and construction of industrial facilities in a well equipped industrial trade zone is typical

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni elementi, ki sestavljajo takšen sistem. Predstavljena je celotna sprememba mazalnega sistema in ekonomska upravičenost projekta.Mixing of rolling mill lube and bearing oil was occurring on rolling mill for rolling of aluminum foil. In this case, generated very high costs of replacement rolling mill lube oil. Thus began the construction of new lubrication systems for lubricating bearings working cylinders. The oil-air lubrication technology is used. In this diploma work are introduced elements which assemble such system. It presents the overall change in the lubricating system and the economic viability of the project

MULTIVALENT BINDING AND SELECTIVITY IN CELL TARGETING, MOLECULAR RECOGNITION AND RECEPTOR ACTIVATION Jure Dobnikar, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, Chin ; Department of Chemistry, University of Cambridge, UK ; School of physical sciences, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences One of the key challenges in nano-science is to design nanoparticles that can recognize and target specific objects. One such example are ligand-coated nanoparticles binding to surfaces covered with receptors forming bonds with the ligands. The requirement of many applications is that the particles bind selectively to surfaces with receptors either above a threshold concentration or in a specific geometric arrangement. Such nanoparticles would enable precise functioning of nano machines, as well as selective targeting of cells in drug delivery. Similarly, many biological processes rely on chemical activation based on (macro-) molecular recognition. Also in this case, the receptors need to selectively bind to specific molecules to get activated. In recent years, it has been shown that super-selectivity can only be achieved with multiple weak reversible bonds where many ligands simultaneously bind to the surface receptors. Only in such systems, the fraction of bound particles varies sharply with the receptor concentration and nano-particles can be designed such that they approach the on-off binding behaviour required for super- selective targeting. I will report on our recent work on physics of multivalent binding and specifically address targeting cancer cells, molecular recognition and multivalent receptor activation by DNA-peptide complexes in the immune system.
