THE COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT FOUNTAIN SOLUTIONS FOR OFFSET PRINTING
Namen naloge je bil z laboratorijskimi testi ugotoviti kompatibilnost izboljšanega pufra (P – 55 Eko pufer), ki bo kompatibilen z novimi optiline barvami Cinkarne Celje.
Pufer (v tiskarstvu) je koncentrat, ki se dodaja v majhnih količinah (do 5%) v vlažilno tekočino, ki v ofsetnem tisku vlaži čiste površine in s tem onemogoča prenos barve na proste (netiskane) površine. Kompatibilnost barva – pufer se nedvoumno najbolj ugotavlja pri samem tisku.
Vendar je bilo predhodno potrebno narediti primerjalne laboratorijske teste med različnimi pufri, ki so nam dali določene rezultate.
Vlažilnim raztopinam smo izmerili pH vrednosti, elektroprevodnosti, površinske napetosti, gostote, kislinske komponente, sušino in določili vodno ravnotežje z rdečo in rumeno optiline barvo Cinkarne Celje.The purpose of this diploma work was a laboratory test for the buffer improvement that would be compatible with the new colours from Cinkarna Celje which they started producing this year.
Buffer (in printing) is a concentrate that is added in small quantities (up to 5%) to the hydrating fluid which moisturizes clean surfaces in the offset printing and thus prevents the transfer of colours on the free (unprinted) surfaces. Compatibility of colour - buffer is most notably determined in the press itself.
However, it was previously necessary to do comparative laboratory tests of various buffers, which gave us some results.
pH, conductivity, surface tension, density, acid components and the amount of dry matter were measured in the hydrating solutions. The water balance of red and yellow optiline colors from Cinkarna Celje were determined
FIDUCIARY TRANSFER OF PROPERTY RIGHTS ON MOVABLE PROPERTY LOMPARED WITH UNPOSSESSORY LIEN
Civilno pravo, je zaradi neustreznosti ročne zastavne pravice, razvilo različne možnosti neposestne zastave, ki se od ročne zastave razlikujejo po neposestnosti prejemnika zavarovanja in možnosti, da dajalec zavarovanja uporablja in izkorišča zastavljeno premičnino še naprej. Fiduciarni prenos lastninske pravice v zavarovanje in neposestna zastavna pravica sta obliki zavarovanja, ki ustrezata tem kriterijem. Oba instituta sta torej neposestna, kar pa je pomanjkljivost glede publicitete in pravnega varstva prejemnika zavarovanja pred dobrovernim pridobiteljem lastninske pravice zastavljene premičnine. Neposestna zastavna pravica je to pomanjkljivost odpravila v sistemu registra neposestnih zastavnih pravic. Ker je zastavljena premičnina v neposredni posesti dajalca zavarovanja (fiducianta, zastavitelja), mora pridobitelj zavarovanja (fiduciar, zastavni upnik) v primeru prodaje pridobiti posest zastavljene stvari, kar pa ni v celoti odvisno od dolžnikovega sodelovanja in njegove pripravljenosti, da omogoči prodajo. Predpisana je namreč obličnost glede sporazuma o ustanovitvi zastavne pravice in sporazuma o prenosu fiduciarne lastnine, ki morata biti sklenjena v obliki neposredno izvršljivega notarskega zapisa in tako predstavljata določeno pomoč upniku, saj imata v primeru izvršbe učinek rubeža.
Akcesornost, odvisnost zavarovanja od obveznosti iz temeljnega posla, je lastnost po kateri se oba instituta med seboj razlikujeta. Nobena zastavna pravica namreč ne more nastati, ne da bi obstajala tudi zavarovana terjatev, medtem ko je fiduciarna lastnina neakcesorna zavarovani terjatvi in je obstoj zavarovanja neodvisen od obstoja terjatve. V Stvarnopravnem zakoniku je fiduciarni prenos lastninske pravice vključen prav zaradi njegove neakcesornosti, ki predstavlja določeno alternativo vsem akcesornim oblikam stvarnega zavarovanja.Civil law has due to the inadequacy of pledge, developed various options for inpossessory lien, which differs from the pledge in inpossessority of the security recipient and the possibility that the security giver continues to use and exploit the pledged movable proprety. Fiduciary transfer of property rights in security and inpossessory lien are forms of security, which correspond to these criteria. The two institutions are therefore inpossessory, but this is a deficiency regarding publicity and legal protection of the security recipient against the bona fide acquirer of property rights of the pledged movable property. Inpossessory lien has eliminated this deficiency in the system of registry of inpossessory liens. Since the pledged movable property is in the immediate possession of the security giver (fiduciant, pawner), the security recipient (fiduciar, pawnee) has to obtain in case of sale possession of the pledged things, which is not entirely dependent on the debtor\u27s cooperation and his willingness to allow the sale. Therefore a special form is prescribed regarding the agreement on the establishment of lien and an agreement on the transfer of fiduciary property which must be made in the form of a directly enforceable notarial deed and thus represent a certain assistance to the creditor, as they have in the case of execution the effect of seizure.
Accessoriness, dependency of the security from the obligation under the original business, is the characteristic by which the two institutions differ. None of the lien can occur, without there being a secured claim, while the fiduciary property is non accessory to the secured claim and the existence of the security is independent from the existence of the claim. In Property Code, the fiduciary transfer of property right is included just because of its inaccessoriness which represents a certain alternative to all accessory forms of material security
LAN/WAN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNET PROTOCOL IPv6
Pri obravnavanem diplomskem delu je opisan internetni protokol IPv6, ki bo zamenjal obstoječi internetni protokol IPv4. Namen diplomskega dela je predstavitev možnih mehanizmov v času migracije in trenutnih možnosti implementacije IPv6 s Cisco platformo. Obravnavano delo je razdeljeno na dva večja dela. Prvi del se začne z uvodom, kjer je kratka predstavitev problema, sledijo zgradba internetnega protokola, pravilni zapisi in naslavljanje IPv6 naslovov. V drugem delu naloge so predstavljeni možni način implementacije s Cisco platformo. Opisan je postopek tuneliranja IPv6 preko obstoječega telekomunikacijskega omrežja IPv4 ter uporaba usmerjevalnikov, ki podpirajo dvojni protokolni sklad. Podani so tudi možni načini translacijskih mehanizmov. Na koncu sledi kratek sklep.In the thesis is described the Internet Protocol IPv6, which is going to replace the exsisting internet protocol IPv4. Purpose of the study is to present the possible mechanisms at the time of migration and the current possibilities of implementation IPv6 with Cisco platform. Treated work is divided into two major parts. First part starts with introduction, where we shortly describe the problem,then the structure of internet protocol is described, the correct notations and IPv6 addressing. In the second part the procedure of tunneling IPv6 over existing IPv4 telecommunication networks with routers is described. The routers support dual protocol stack. Also possible translation mechanisms are given. At the end short conclusion is following

The result of hypothesis testing in the reliability analysis is often a process that converges to a Gaussian martingale under the null hypothesis. We can estimate the variance of the martingale using a uniformly consistent estimator. The result of this estimation is a new hypothesis about the process resulting from the original hypothesis. There are several ways to test for this hypothesis. The thesis presents some of these tests and compares their power for various models and sample sizes using Monte Carlo simulations. Při testování hypotéz v analýze spolehlivosti často získáváme proces, který za platnosti hypotézy konverguje ke Gaus- sovskému martingalu, jehož rozptyl umíme odhadnout rovnoměrně konzis- tentním odhadem. Dostáváme se tak vlastně k nové hypotéze o procesu získaném testováním původní hypotézy. Existuje více způsobů, jak tuto hy- potézu testovat. V práci jsou představeny některé z nich a síla těchto testů je pomocí Monte Carlo simulací porovnána pro různé modely a velikosti výběrového souboru. Ve speciálním případě je odvozen bod, který maxima- lizuje asymptotickou sílu dvou testů. One chapel, one poet: the story of Jiří Volf
Anna Luňáková: One chapel, one poet: the story of Jiří Volf Abstract The aim of this thesis is to write a monograph of Jiří Volf, a previously unknown Czech poet and exile who died in Toulouse, France in 1993. It achieves this through the testimonies of his colleagues and friends, especially in the context of the cultural center La Chapelle in Toulouse, which is currently still working with Volf's legacy. Last but not least, this work presents the discovered poetic works of Volf, which it presents in Czech translation and with bibliographical data. The biographical, bibliographical and testimonial material treated here stimulates theoretical reflection on the genre of historiography in general, with a particular focus on the question of life- writing and what is called metabiography, which critically reflects on the possibility of writing biography. In relation to the life of the author under study, the thesis also comments on the concept of exile and related phenomena such as writing in a language other than one's mother tongue, the question of identity and nomadism. In its entirety, the work is a biography of a lost Czech poet, which also presents his literary work and a critical insight into the context of his life
