Full text linkThe cooperative education activities held this time have a specialty, namely that they are carried out in synergy with the 2024 Indonesian Cooperative University Student Field Practice activities. These activities are carried out by lecturers at the Indonesian Cooperative University who serve as Field Practice Supervisors by off-line at the field practice location, or lecturers who do not guide field practice by on-line. Cooperative educational activities that synergize with Field Practices provide reinforcement of the meaning and benefits of Field Practice Activities both for cooperatives and for students participating in Field Practices. The activity was attended by 14 lecturers at the Indonesian Cooperative University and went well and achieved the program objectives

Full text linkPemerintah Kabupaten Garut bekerjasama dengan Pusat Inovasi dan Kreativitas LPPM IKOPIN pada Tahun 2021 mengembangkan sebuah program pengembangan koperasi dengan model Kampung Koperasi. Tujuan program ini adalah menjadikan koperasi sebagai soko guru ekonomi di tingkat lokal masyarakat dengan semangat kolaborasi dan integrasi di antara semua potensi sosial, ekonomi dan budaya lokal. Terdapat beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam implementasi program ini. Tahapan pertama adalah menyusun sebuah Pedoman Kampung Koperasi, sebagai landasan operasional program tersebut. Penyusunan Pedoman dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, mencakup kajian lapangan, studi dokumenter, studi pustaka, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh masukan dari para pemangku kepentingan tentang program kampung koperasi. Dalam FGD yang diikuti oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut dan Gerakan Koperasi Kabupaten Garut, Pedoman Kampung Koperasi telah memperoleh kesepakatan dan kesepahaman dari semua pemangku kepentingan tentang program Kampung koperasi
Strategi Pengembangan Koperasi Di Indonesia Melalui Pendekatan Kerangka Berpikir Logis
Full text linkCooperatives in Indonesia play a crucial role in supporting the informal sector and improving community welfare. Various strategies have been implemented to develop cooperatives in Indonesia. However, several challenges, such as low member participation, weak governance, and limited capital, hinder their progress. Therefore, this study aims to examine the problems faced by cooperatives in Indonesia. The research adopts the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) to systematically analyze cooperative development strategies. This approach includes identifying key issues, formulating objectives, developing alternative solutions, and constructing a logical matrix for planning. The findings reveal that several major challenges faced by cooperatives can be addressed through integrated strategies. These strategies include strengthening human resource capacity through management training, improving access to capital via partnerships with financial institutions, adopting digital technology for operational transparency, and providing incentives for member participation. Moreover, collaboration between the government, cooperative members, financial institutions, and academics is key to the successful implementation of these strategies.

Full text linkThe "warga Sauyunan " cooperative in Kampung Naga as well as cooperatives in Indonesia generally has a very important role in the economy of the community. This cooperative serves local residents to purchase daily consumption needs and savings and loans. This cooperative is unique because of the existence of this cooperative in the environment of an indigenous community that still maintains strong traditions. However, this cooperative faces the problem of the limited competency of cooperative human resources (which includes the board of cooperatives and members of cooperatives) on the aspects of cooperatives values and the management of cooperatives. Therefore, one of the urgent efforts made by the cooperative is conducting cooperative counseling, both for staffs and members of cooperatives. Based on this background, a "need assessment" was conducted for the preparation of cooperative education programs for managers and members of the Warga Sauyunan \u27 cooperative. This Training For Trainer (TOT) activity was intended to provide T4T field staff with an understanding of the Participatory Formation of Community Cooperative Management, especially about how to form, select and determine representatives from Farmer Land Owners in a participatory manner in each Village. From the results of this TOT, it is hoped that the participants will be able to transfer/retrain the farmer assistants in the field so that the companions can carry out activities to form community group administrators in a participatory manner. The training has run smoothly and effectively and has succeeded in achieving the set objectives
