Opposition to the Pinochet Regime: Two Movies for Two Kinds of Memory

    No full text
The object of the essay are two films, telling of the period of the Chilean dictatorship and in particular the activities of a subject that has tried to denounce the crimes and to support the victims: the Vicaria de la Solidaridad. The two texts are: "Los archivos del cardenal" and "Habeas corpus". We can say that the two films recount “the same memory”, they both refer to the same category of archive, but we are faced with very different ways of remembering: a coherent memory in the case of the series versus a multifaceted and plurivocal memory in the case of the documentary

    La filosofia per Umberto Eco

    No full text

    No full text
