No full textNella prospettiva di assimilazione alla logica propria dei riti speciali, l’oblazione è stata disciplinata dal legislatore dell’88 quale modulo definitorio della res iudicanda fondato sulla manifestazione di volontà dell’imputato che, accettando di pagare una somma di denaro, rinuncia alle garanzie connaturate al modello ordinario di accertamento in cambio del “premio” che l’ordinamento riconosce - estinzione del reato – in considerazione della deflazione del carico giudiziario che per questa via riesce a conseguire. Tuttavia, la criminalizzazione o, se si vuole, all’inverso, l’incapacità di oculate scelte di depenalizzazione, di condotte per le quali è previsto il “prezzo della impunità”, concorre a potenziare quella logica mercantilistica che già permea di sé una pluralità di settori della sistema penalistico considerato nel suo complesso, accrescendo nei consociati l’odiosa percezione di canali differenziati di giustizia in ragione del censo dell’imputato

Corto: A lightweight R package for gene network inference and master regulator analysis
No full textMotivation: Gene network inference and master regulator analysis (MRA) have been widely adopted to define specific transcriptional perturbations from gene expression signatures. Several tools exist to perform such analyses but most require a computer cluster or large amounts of RAM to be executed.Results: We developed corto, a fast and lightweight R package to infer gene networks and perform MRA from gene expression data, with optional corrections for copy-number variations and able to run on signatures generated from RNA-Seq or ATAC-Seq data. We extensively benchmarked it to infer context-specific gene networks in 39 human tumor and 27 normal tissue datasets
