    在先天免疫系統中,自然殺手細胞扮演一重要的角色,可直接殺死許多癌細胞和被病毒感染的細胞。例如,受到感染的細胞釋放出干擾素活化自然殺手細胞,進而引起一連串的免疫反應殺死受感染的細胞,簡單來說,它們是用來專門摧毀外來的變質細胞。在眾多干擾素中,γ干擾素較為著名,是受到轉錄因子T-bet所調控。T-bet是屬於T-box家族的轉錄因子,能夠於Th1細胞中表達,作為Th1特異的轉錄因子,誘導出γ干擾素的產生,在Th1細胞與自然殺手細胞發育中起著決定性的作用,為了研究自然殺細胞發育的過程,利用microaray 所分析出來的資料去觀察兩種細胞株(NK-92和YT)中的基因表現,我們發現NK-92是類似於CD56bright 自然殺手細胞而YT則是類似於CD56dim自然殺手細胞。同時,也利用real-time PCR的方式去佐證microaray的結果。最後,我們構築突變的T-bet 基因,送入YT細胞株表現,以western blot的呈現,研究T-bet基因的不同的表現量。Nature killer cells can mediate cellular cytotoxicity against pathogen infected or malignant cells through releasing a wide variety of cytokines, including IFNg, which is controlled by the transcription factor Tbx21/Tbet. T-bet may also regulate the development of Th1 and nature killer cells. To investigate the developmental process of nature killer cells, we analyzed gene expression profiles of two cell lines derived from NK-cell lymphoma, NK-92 and YT, by microarrays. The expression profile suggests that NK-92 was close to CD56bright NK cell and YT is close to CD56dim NK cell. Interestingly, T-bet was weak in the YT cell line despite strong mRNA expression.     Il contributo prende in esame la tradizione manoscritta relativa all'inno alle Frauuaši, divinità femminili del pantheon zoroastriano a cui è dedicato lo yašt numero 13, alla luce dei manoscritti scoperti dopo l''editio princeps' dell'Avesta da parte di Karl Friederich Geldner nel 1896. Dopo un'analisi della tradizione manoscritta del Frawardīn Yašt, viene esaminato un caso di studio, relativo alla stanza dodicesima dello Yt. 13: si propone una nuova interpretazione del sintagma 'draoja maińiuua' sulla base del confronto tra i manoscritti disponibili a Geldner e i nuovi manoscritti, accessibili grazie al progetto ADA, i.e. Avestan Digital Archive.The paper takes into acount the manuscript tradition of the Avestan hymn to the Frauuaši, feminine divinities of the zoroastrian pantheon, to which is dedicated the yašt 13, on the basis of the manuscripts discovered after the 'editio princeps' of the Avesta of 1896 by Karl Friederich Geldner. After the analysis of the manuscript tradition relative to the Frawardīn Yašt, we take into consideration a case of study from the karde 12 of the Yt. 13. We propose a new interpretation of the syntagm 'draoja maińiuua' on the basis of the comparison between the manuscript available to Geldner and those accessible thanks to the Project ADA, i.e. Avestan Digital Archive

    Integrated control and management system for residences and university infrastructure YT-nest: software architecture and implementation

    In the processes involved in the management of Yachay Tech's university resi-dences, one of the main challenges is the attention to the growing number of requests for residences, given the limited number of spaces available every academic period. From a management point of view, the analysis of each case, based on a set of pre-established set of parameters, this process requires an exhaustive and complex process. Which makes necessary to implement computer solutions in the process of management of residences, as well as other spaces belonging to the university, through a central system of residence management. For this reason, this project proposes the creation of a residence hall management system called YT-nest. This system will allow the different members of the university community the efficient use of the university residence services, including the management of movable and immovable property of the different residences, offices and classrooms of the institution. YT-nest will be able to integrate, in a single system, the mapping of the different spaces currently owned by the university and allowing the integration of new infrastructure. YT-nest will be based on a distributed architecture, with a web-based approach, which will be incorporated into UITEY's existing services.En los procesos involucrados en el manejo de las residencias universitarias de Yachay Tech, uno de los principales retos es la atención al número creciente de solicitudes de residencias, dado el número limitado de espacios disponibles con cada periodo académico. Desde un punto de vista administrativo, el análisis de cada caso, basado en un conjunto de parámetros preestablecidos, lo que actualmente requiere un proceso exhaustivo y poco eficiente. Ante esto resulta necesario la puesta en operación de soluciones informáticas en el proceso de manejo y administración de residencias, y otros espacios pertenecientes a la universidad, a través de un sistema central de gestión de espacios físicos. En este proyecto se propone la creación de un sistema de administración de residencias universitarias que se denominará YT-nest. Dicho sistema permitirá a los distintos integrantes de la comunidad universitaria el uso eficiente de los servicios de residencias universitarias; permitiendo incluir el manejo de los bienes muebles e inmuebles de los distintas residencias, oficinas y aulas de la institución. YT-nest integra en un único sistema, el mapeo de los distintos espacios que posee la universidad actualmente y permite la incorporación de nueva infraestructura.     Effect of donepezil on transcranial magnetic stimulation parameters in Alzheimer's disease

    Introduction: There is a need for a reliable, noninvasive biomarker for Alzheimer's disease (AD). We assessed whether short-latency afferent inhibition (SAI), a transcranial magnetic stimulation paradigm that assesses cholinergic circuits of the brain, could become such a biomarker. Methods: Nineteen patients with AD underwent four SAI testing sessions. The timing of their usual donepezil dose was altered to create different cholinergic states for each session. This was compared to the SAI results from 20 healthy subjects. Results: SAI was not able to distinguish the different cholinergic states assessed in our study. There appeared to be a diurnal variation in cholinergic function in the control group, which was not present in the AD cohort. Discussion: SAI does not appear to have a role in diagnosis and assessment of AD patients. The loss of diurnal variation, however, warrants further investigation as it may provide further biochemical insights about AD
