    Xizicus (Paraxizicus) Liu, 2004 Xizicus (Paraxizicus) Liu & Yin, 2004: Insects from Mt. Shiwandashan Area of Guangxi, 100. Type species: Xizicus (Paraxizicus) anisocercus Liu, 2004 Body brown with blackish stripe, disc of vertex with 4 dark longitudinal bands, tegmina accompanied distinct dark spot, hind femora without dark latitudinal bands. Metazona no longer than prozona; wings fully developed; a forked process present on posterior margin of 10 th abdominal tergite, male cerci lobed or processed, a lump of membrane appears under lateral margin of 10 th abdominal tergite, subgenital plate specialized, apex spinous. Hind margin of female subgenital plate concave in middle. Diagnosis. Paraxizicus differs from the nominate subgenus in absence of hind femora stripes, membranous protrusions under male 10 th abdominal tergite and very specialized male subgenital plate. Discussion. The generic name Paraxizicus first mentioned by Liu in 2004 for the erection of a subgenus which subdivided from Xizicus, while Gorochov used the same in 2005 for the erection of a genus about a group of very different species, apparently Paraxizicus Gorochov, 2005 is a homonym of Xizicus (Paraxizcus) Liu, 2004.     Bucculatrix nigerivalva sp. n. DZNJẇfl [Chinese name] Figures 3, 3a, 9–12 Diagnosis. The new species is closely related to B. crataega and the North American B. pomifoliella on the male genitalia. From B. crataega, the new species can be separated by: i) the strongly sclerotized and black distal part of the valva, ii) the furcated cornutus and iii) the almost semicircular vinculum; in B. crataega, the distal part of the valva is not as such strongly sclerotized and black (Fig. 7), the cornutus is composed of a series of micro spines (Fig. 8) and the vinculum is triangular on anterior margin (Fig. 7). From B. pomifoliella, the new species can be distinguished by: i) the cornutus composing of a series of micro spines and ii) the triangular vinculum (Braun 1963: 175, Fig. 228). Type material. Holotype, ♂, CHINA, Zhejiang province, Tianmu Mt., 30°20.27′N, 119°24.34′E, 700 m, 2018. vi.15, leg. Tengteng Liu, registration SDNU. Ent 000236 (genitalia and DNA barcode no. SDNU.LIU0156). Adult (Fig. 3). Forewing length 2.5 mm. Face and frons white, scale tuft on vertex white, mixed with orange in central. Labial palpus minute and white. Antenna with eye cap white, posterior half with brown scales dorsally, first flagellomere notched in male (Fig. 3a); flagellum blackish gray dorsally, 4 th to 7 th and 10 th to 13 th units counted from apex black dorsally. Legs yellowish white, black on outer surface of tibiae, with dense long yellow piliform scales on hind tibiae. Forewing ground color white, two golden costal streaks at basal 2/5 and 3/5, with scattered black scales near costa, outwards obliquely, jointed at apex of cell, the outer streak continue extending to tornus; a golden stripe along fold, below with a black dot at distal 2/5; a black dot above tornus; apical area golden; cilia grayish white, black distally around apex. Hind wing and cilia yellowish gray. Abdomen yellowish gray dorsally, yellowish white ventrally. Male genitalia (Figs 9–12). Socii developed, about 1/3 length of tegumen, with sparse long setae (Fig. 10). Tegumen sclerotized on lateral margin, straight on posterior margin. Valvae not fused with each other, heavily sclerotized towards apex, black on distal part; bifurcated distally, ventral branch curved inwards distinctively, rounded apically, dorsal branch slightly curved inwards, narrowed towards apex, bluntly pointed apically. Vinculum almost semicircular, more sclerotized and slightly protruded anteriorly. Phallus about 2.5 times as long as length of valva + vinculum, basal 1/3 arched, median 1/3 straight, then curved by 150°, distal 1/3 straight; basal 2/3 spindle-shaped together with membranous phallobase; cornutus a sclerotized spine, about 1/7 length of phallus, unequally bifurcated and curved distally. Scale-sac broad and rounded (Fig. 12). Distribution. China (Zhejiang). Only known from the type locality. Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin adjective “ niger ” and “ valva ”, indicating the black distal part of the valva in the male genitalia. Remarks. This species is associated with B. bechsteinella group in the sense of Baryshnikova (2008) and is closest to B. pomifoliella on the basis of morphological characters.     Neocrytopsis (Paraneocrytopsis) Wang, Liu & Li, subgen. nov. Type species: Xiphidiopsis yachowensis Tinkham, 1944 Smaller sized. Pronotum of male smaller, metazona flat not expanded. Epiproct well developed and fused with male 10 th abdominal tergite, genitalia exposed and protruded, can be viewed dorsally. Subgenital plate with styles. Ovipositor margins smooth. This subgenus constrasts with the nominotypical subgenus in its smaller body size, flat metazona of pronotum, and protruding genitalia that can be viewed dorsally. Genitalia protruding and apically compressed (Figs. 11–12). Subgenital plate long and narrow, hind margin truncate (Fig. 13), styles smaller on both sides of hind margin. Female.     Xizicus (Zangxizicus) Wang, Jing, Liu, Li, subgen. nov. Type species: Xizicus (Zangxizicus) quadrifascipes Wang, Jing, Liu, Li, sp. nov., here designated. Body dark brown with blackish stripe, disc of vertex with 4 dark longitudinal bands, tegmina variegated conspicuous dark spots, hind femora with four dark latitudinal bands. Male metazona longer than prozona, no process at hind margin of 10 th abdominal tergite, styli degenerated to small tubercles or disappeared. Etymology. The subgeneric name is derived from the district name of distribution ‘Xizang’ and generic name ‘Xizicus’. Diagnosis.     Neocrytopsis (Neocrytopsis) fallax Wang & Liu, 2012 (Figs. 5–9) Neocyrtopsis fallax Wang, et al., 2012. Zootaxa 3521: 51–58. Description. Male. Tegmina reaching end of second abdominal tergite. Fore tibiae spines type 4, 4 (1, 1). Middle tibiae with 4 inner and 5 outer spines excluding apical spurs; hind tibiae with 18–20 dorsal teeth each margin above and 3 pairs of apical spurs, genicular lobe unarmed. 10 th abdominal tergite broad, merged with epiproct more completely, boundary vague and merged portion acute (Fig. 5). Cerci slender, without branches, apex with dorsal surface flat and hooked upwards (Figs. 5–7). Genitalia exposed and not protruding (Figs. 6–7). Subgenital plate longer than wide, hind margin truncate (Fig. 7), styles on both sides of hind margin. Female. Tegmina reaching cephalic margin of first abdominal tergite, laterally situated. Cerci long, conical. 10 th abdominal tergite median notched, epiproct trapezoidal. Subgenital plate with basal half widened, apical half narrow, hind margin with a median notch (Fig. 9). Ovipositor shorter than hind femur, apical half curved upwards, margins smooth. Coloration. Yellowish brown variegated blackish brown. Head with paired yellow stripes behind eyes, antennae with darkish rings, prozona with blackish brown markings on each side. Abdomen with paired longitudinal bands dorsally. General appearance typical of the genus. Body moderate size. Fastigium of vertex with conical apex. Pronotum with relatively deep lateral plate, humeral sinus more or less distinct. Tegmina and wing well developed, moderately long. Hind tibia with 3 pairs of apical spurs. Male 10 th tergite extended into a pair of posteriormedian processes separated each other, apex enlarged into 2 hammer-like lobes, bend slightly downwards (Fig. 17a). Male cerci with basal half widened into broad lobe, apical half narrowed lobe and bend inward in right angle. Subgenital plate with roundly even posterior margin, styli short (Fig. 17 a–c). Female subgenital plate short with round posterior margin and a median furrow (Fig. 17d, e). Ovipositor almost straight with smooth and acute apex. Measurement (mm). Body: &male; 11.0, &female; 11.1; Pronotum: &male; 4.2, &female; 4.1; Tegmina: &male; 17.8, &female; 18.6; Hind femora: &male; 10.3; Ovipositor: 8.9. Comparison. Similar to Eoxizicus divergentis Liu & Zhang, 2000 from Guangxi, China, by paired median process of male 10 th tergite, but apical part enlarged. Also similar to Xizicus (Eoxizicus) khaosoki Gorochov, 1998 (Figs. 60, 61) from Thailand by shape of female subgenital plate, but with slight projected posteriomedian margin. Etymology.
