No full textIl presente studio è un contributo alla validazione italiana del modello TIST (Lippert, 2002) sulla fiducia verso i sistemi informatici.
La fiducia nella tecnologia dell’informazione risulterebbe consolidarsi tramite esperienze d’uso successive con la tecnologia. Aspettative circa la prevedibilità della prestazione e l’affidabilità di funzionamento degli strumenti tecnologici costituirebbero gli antecedenti più immediati della fiducia nella tecnologia dei sistemi informatici e dell’intenzione all’utilizzo degli stessi. I partecipanti alla ricerca sono 460; la verifica delle ipotesi è stata fatta con modelli ad equazioni strutturali; i risultati indicano che il modello ipotizzato fitta, nei suoi aspetti principali, con i dati raccolti

No full textThe National Industrial Recovery Act was perhaps the greatest social and economic experiment in the history of the United States. By its very nature, the Act was necessarily a process of trial, error, correction, and redirection. Many mistakes were made. On the other hand, numerous benefits were derived from it. The theory of the Act, federal government intervention and control in business, was something new and different for Americans. As a result, many persons had something to say about it. Consequently, much was written in the contemporary periodicals concerning the NIRA and its various ramifications. | However, there has been no examination of the NIRA through this periodical literature. The books written on the subject are mostly contemporary observations from the single point of view of the author, usually a lieutenant of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. This thesis will examine the NIRA through the reported stories, articles, and editorials in the contemporary periodic literature.ProQuest Traditional Publishing Optio

Ella entreteje sus historias, del viaje peligroso a través de la frontera a sus dolores y alegrías de sus vidas juntas en la granja, con un análisis de la ley de inmigración y las policías actuales. Lippert también presenta el otro lado de la historia, contando las dificultades de las granjas pequeñas para sobrevivir en un mercado competitivo.
Lippert fornece a história interna de oito trabalhadores mexicanos migrantes em uma fazenda que pratica cultivação orgânica e responsável no meio ambiente. Ela entrelaça as histórias de cada um, da viagem perigosa para travessar a fronteira aos sofrimentos e gozos de viver juntos na fazenda, com uma analise da política e leis sobre a imigração. Lippert também expõe o outro lado da história, contando as dificuldades das fazendas pequenas de sobreviver num mercado competitivo feroz.
