No full textEmpirically, the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 Year 20116 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property (Equipment and Machinery Abolition), in Lampung Province has not been effective, this has allowed employee performance to decline. The purpose of this paper is to determine the procedure for eliminating Regional Property in the form of equipment and machines and to determine the supporting factors and constraints that occur in the procedure for deleting Regional Property in the form of equipment and machines.This research method is to use a qualitative research type with descriptive analysis method, the data collection technique used by the author in making this report is to use the observation method, direct interviews with BPKAD officials in Lampung Province, besides that the author also conducts documentation studies and literature studies to support compliance. this research.The results of this study are to find out about the procedures for the elimination of regional property in the form of equipment and machines and to find out what are the supporting factors, the causes of the constraints that become obstacles in the procedure for removing equipment and machines. vehicles based on Permendagri Number 19 of 2016 at BPKAD Lampung Province. In this study, through interviews with BPKAD assets in Lampung Province, the author can find out that the procedure for deleting Regional Property in the form of equipment and machines shows that the overall procedure carried out by the Lampung Province BPKAD has been effective and is in accordance with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016 but there are still obstacles. because the recording, inspection and security were less than optimal which led to changes in the presentation of asset values on the balance sheet

No full textThis study analyzes the effect of coaching and socialization on the success of the family planning program in the Pesisir Barat regency. This research was conducted with the aim of providing an overview of the success of the Family Planning Program in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic by using coaching and socialization methods that prioritize the use of technology to avoid crowds in accordance with health protocols and to provide answers to the formulation of existing problems. The author uses the theory of multiple linear regression because the independent variables consist of more than one. And that is directed to reveal the influence between the independent and dependent variables and test the significance of the influence between these variables. Thus it will be known to what extent the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.This research was conducted using quantitative research, with a quantitative descriptive approach / case study. Data collection in this study was obtained from questionnaires in Pesisir Tengah District in Pesisir Barat Regency.The result of the research is that the success of the Family Planning program during the Covid 19 Pandemic was influenced by coaching and socialization using online methods such as whatsapp groups and the operation of the Information Car. However, the frequency of coaching and socialization needs more attention because there is a very large influence on the decline in the success of the Family Planning Program during the Covid 19 Pandemic, so it is necessary to add both creativity to the use of animation in WhatsApp groups or additional budget for socialization using an Information car

No full textThis thesis suggests a new methodological approach towards medieval mystical texts associated with a female author figure. Instead of a historical-critical method, it proposes adopting a perspective rooted in the individual manifestation that places the text within its cultural context within and outside the manuscript. The 'Liber specialis gratiae' by Mechthild of Hackeborn provides a case study due to its large transmission and its textual instability, resulting in a variety of functional usages. The distribution of manuscripts across a wide area offers insights into the way in which different monastic orders, monasteries, or even individual recipients read the text. Compared to texts transmitted only in a small number of manuscripts, the 'Liber specialis gratiae' therefore allows an examination of the different layers of reception. Passages of the text can be presented as prayer books, didactic manuals, hagiographic manuscripts as well as textual witnesses transmitting the 'Liber' as its only text. By rearranging different sections or just individual phrases, alternative ways of reading are offered. Simultaneously, the context of reception acquires significance, for example the way in which the manuscripts were produced, distributed, and kept within monasteries. The change from manuscript to print and its effect can also be observed, leading to differing manifestations. Moreover, the material offers insights into the fact that reception does not stop at the end of the manuscript era but continues into the period of printed editions and academic engagement with the text. Considering how Mechthild and the 'Liber' were perceived across time is therefore an integral part of this study

This does not only apply to the level of materiality or the readership of the novel but in particular to content and structure. Using an anthropological perspective and assessing the numerous transitions which the main protagonists, Fortunatus and his son Andolosia, undergo, this article demonstrates that these transitions ultimately result in the different outcomes for the two generations. In addition, the woodcuts of the text’s first edition undermine this reading through their arrangement. In conclusion, the structural order in combination with its figurative elaboration shape the character of the text as a negotiation of rites of passage
