Measuring and analyzing German and Spanish customer satisfaction of using the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud service
This paper presents the customer satisfaction analysis for measuring popularity in the Mobile Cloud, which is an emerging area in the Cloud and Big Data Computing. Organizational Sustainability Modeling (OSM) is the proposed method used in this research. The twelve-month of German and Spanish consumer data are used for the analysis to investigate the return and risk status associated with the ratings of customer satisfaction in the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud services. Results show that there is a decline in the satisfaction ratings in Germany and Spain due to economic downturn and competitions in the market, which support our hypothesis. Key outputs have been explained and they confirm that all analysis and interpretations fulfill the criteria for OSM. The use of statistical and visualization method proposed by OSM can expose unexploited data and allows the stakeholders to understand the status of return and risk of their Cloud strategies easier than the use of other data analysis

Satellite radar interferometry (InSAR) techniques have been successfully applied for structural health monitoring of line-infrastructure such as railway. Limited by meter-level spatial resolution of Sentinel-1 satellite radar (SAR) imagery and meter-level geolocation precision, it is still challenging to (1) categorize radar scatterers (e.g., persistent scatterers (PS)) and associate radar scatterers with actual objects along railways, and (2) identify unstable railway segments using InSAR Line of Sight (LOS) deformation time series from a single viewing geometry. In response to this, (1) we assess and improve the 3-D geolocation quality of Sentinel-1 derived PS using a 2-step method for PS 3-D geolocation improvement aided by laser scanning data; after geolocation improvement, we step-wisely classify railway infrastructure into rails, embankments and surroundings; (2) we recognize unstable rail segments by utilizing the (localized) differential settlement of rails in the normal direction (near vertical) which is yielded from the LOS deformation decomposition. We tested and evaluated the methods using 170 Sentinel-1a/b ascending data acquired between January 2017 and December 2019, over the Betuwe freight train track, in the Netherlands. The results show that 98% PS were associated with real objects with a significance level of 25%, the PS settlement measurements were generally in line with the in-situ track survey Rail Infrastructure aLignment Acquisition (RILA) measurements, and the standard deviations of the PS settlement measurements varied slightly with an average value of 6.16 m

He's compositional process can be divided--according to various
places--into the three stages:the first stage features the
works he produced in Shang-hai,the second one refers to the
works generated overseas(in Paris、in Italy、 in Germany),
while the third one encompasses the compositions he submitted
in Taipei﹒Up to 1995,he has produced thirty-five musical
compositions, and the third stage of his production(in Taipei)
was the time when he was most creative﹒In this study,Iam
going to analyze nine major works of his:(1)Orchestral Music

Application of Ling Zhi-8 (rLZ-8) and polysaccharide (PS-G) from Ganoderma lucidum as immunomodulators for alleviation of airway inflammation in mite-induced murine model of asthma
Ganoderma Lucidum, a China herb, has been widely used in China and other Asian countries. G. Lucidum has been reported to be effective in modulating immune functions. Ling Zhi-8 (LZ-8) is a protein derived from the fungus Ganoderma lucidum and the polysaccharide from Ganoderma Lucidum (PS-G) is a branched (1 → 6)-β-D-glucan moiety. Asthma is one of the most prevalent chronic airway inflammatory diseases in the world. The house dust mite, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der p), is the major allergen, and is the dominant species collected in Taiwan. Therefore, we like to investigate whether rLZ-8 and PS-G might exert a regulatory role in the treatment of allergic diseases. In this study, we first investigated the immunomodulatory effects of rLZ-8 and PS-G on BMDCs. The result showed that rLZ-8 and PS-G enhanced the expression of cell surface markers including CD86, CD83, and MHC Ⅱ, as well as the enhanced production of IL-12 p40 and IL-10. In addition, rLZ-8 or PS-G-treated BMDCs could promote T cell proliferation capacity, and increased T cell secretion of IFN-y. In animal Experiment Ⅰ, immunized female BALB/c mice were consistently intranasally received rLZ-8 and PS-G for treatment. In Experiment Ⅱ, mice were immunized (i.p.) injection of rDer p2 admixed with rLZ-8 or PS-G for investigating the preventive effect. Further, airway hyperresponsiveness, pulmonary function, TH1/TH2 cytokine production, and immunoglobulin levels will be followed. In conclusion, we demonstrated that rLZ-8 and PS-G effectively promoted the activation and maturation of immature BMDCs, suggesting that rLZ-8 and PS-G may possess a potential effect in regulating immune responses. In vivo result showed that both rLZ-8 and PS-G reduced airway hyperresponsiveness and serum IgE level. Moreover, PS-G could decrease the level of IL-4, IL-5 in BALF and splenocyte. rLZ-8 reduced IL-5 level in BALF. Although rLZ-8 and PS-G could modulate the response of asthma, the effect of these two molecules should be clarified in the future.封面
