    論《周禮》“以為民極”開展的民本思想

    從《尚書》已可見禹繼承堯、舜以來傳賢的概念,提出“民惟邦本,本固邦寧”的政治概念,正式開啟民本思想之先聲,也成為後代施政規劃所取法的核心。《周禮》即借用《尚書‧洪範》“建用皇極”的概念,在“惟王建國,辨方正位,體國經野,設官分職,以為民極”的全書宗旨中,將“以為民極”的民本概念視為施政者努力開創全民福祉的核心。由於以民為本的思想,主要藉由養民、教民、治民三大方面體現之,因而本文再分別從此三大方面體現其所開展的民本思想。最後,總結《周禮》以發展民生經濟奠定王朝的根基,再以德禮之教締造講求道德的社會團體,並以“五刑”輔助治理邦國,共同促成理想社會的達成。 Chinese people-oriented thought originated with the abdication stories of Yao (堯), Shun (舜) and Yu (禹). The political concept that “people are the basis of the state and the state will be tranquil if the basis is firm” in Shangshu (尚書, The Book of Ancient Documents), evolved into the central policy of s government of ancient China. Taking the concept of Jianyonghuangji (建用皇極) from Hongfan (洪範) in The Book of Ancient Documents, Zhouli developed the idea of Yiweiminji which meant that the rulers should devote themselves to the welfare of all people. This paper will shed light on people-oriented thought through the three main aspects of Yiweiminji in Zhouli: nurturing the people, educating the people and governing the people. According to these ideas, rulers should make the livelihood and benefit of all people as the foundation of the state, should improve moral standards by the teachings of virtue and rituals, and promote social order through Wuxing (五刑, five punishments) to create an ideal society

According to the SUA values of the subjects’ physical examination from 2017 to 2019, three different SUA trajectory groups were determined by R LCTM tools, namely low stability group, medium stability group and high stability group. The incidence of hypertension during physical examination in 2020 was followed up, the cumulative incidence rate in each group was calculated by product limit method, and the correlation between different SUA trajectories and new-onset hypertension was analyzed by Cox proportional hazards regression model.Results: The incidence rate of hypertension increased with the increase of SUA locus, which was 4.65%, 9.18% and 12.43% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.001). After adjusting multiple confounding factors, such as gender, waist circumference (WC), blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and blood lipid by Cox proportional hazards regression model, the risk of hypertension in SUA medium stability and high stability group was still 1.476 times ( 95% CI: 1.089~2.000) and 1.692 times ( 95% CI: 1.152~2.484) of low-stable SUA group (P< 0.05).Conclusion: The risk of hypertension increases with the increase of SUA level in the long-term normal range. It is necessary to carry out the intervention for hypertension with long-term normal high value to avoid the progress of hypertension disease, to achieve the purpose of early prevention of hypertension.Keywords: uric acid, hypertension, trajectories, correlation, health physical examinatio

    Relative clauses in the Secret History of the Mongols

    This paper investigates relative clauses in the Secret History of the Mongols. Corpora of SHM compiled by the author were used and all relative clauses were tagged. Most cases of the relative clauses in SHM are pre-nominal or headless. Some relative clauses, however, appear after the head noun and occur in the sequence of “(Numeral, Determiner) Head RelativeClause”. We have also found some cases in which both the head and the relative clause bare the same Case marking. These clauses are nonrestrictive relative clauses, and their behavior in Case marking supports the analysis of treating a nonrestrictive relative clause as an appositional clause of the head noun. To sum up, there are two types of [...Head [Relative Clause]] sequences in SHM. One is the regular type in which the whole noun phrase takes one Case. In the other type the head noun and the relative clause are both Case-marked with the same Case, showing some sort of concordance. The former type is restrictive and the latter is appositional and non-restrictive.

    Research on HILS Technology Applied on Aircraft Electric Braking System

    On the basis of analyzing the real-time feature of hardware-in-the-loop simulation of aircraft braking system, a new simulation method based on MATLAB/RTW (Real-Time Workshop) and DSP is introduced. The purpose of this research is to develop a digital control unit with antilock brake system control algorithm for aircraft braking system using HILS. DSP is used as simulator. Using this method, a detailed mathematical modeling of system is proposed first. Studies on reducing sampling time with model simplification and modeling for applying to I/O interface of DSP and HILS are conducted. Compared with other methods, this method is low cost and convenient to implement. By using these methods, we can complete HIL simulation of aircraft braking under various experimental conditions, modify its control laws, and test its braking performance. The results have demonstrated that this platform has high reliability. The algorithm is verified by real-time closed loop test with HILS system and the results are presented
