Hubungan Pelaksanaan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Dengan Kinerja Guru Di SMAN 2 Siak Hulu
RELATIONSHIP OF THE 2013 CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION WITH TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMAN 2 SIAK HULU BY VELLIA REZKI NPM: 166810013 ABSTRACT Based on the results of research and discussion that has been conducted by the author regarding "The Relationship between 2013 Curriculum Implementation and Teacher Performance at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu". while the teacher performance at SMAN 2 Siak upstream was also in the Good category with a classification of 63.78%. So overall the results of implementing the 2013 curriculum with school teacher performance are in the Good category. So it can be concluded that the teachers at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu have implemented the 2013 curriculum well. Based on the results of data processing hypothesis testing using SPSS V.22.00, it can be seen from the relationship between 2013 curriculum implementation and teacher performance at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu towards a positive relationship. The correlation that occurs is significant because the t value is greater than t table, namely 0.949 <0.246 at a significant rate of 5%. Based on the results of the analysis, the coefficient value of the non-determinant coefficient (R square) is 0.920. The contribution of variable X to variable Y is 0.920 X 100%, 92%. The magnitude of the relationship between the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and teacher performance is 0.949. Of which 95% of teacher performance is from the 2013 Curriculum variable. While the remaining 5% which means by other variables not examined in this study
PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO OPERASIONAL PADA UNIT TELLER PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH SUMATERA BARAT CABANG SITEBA
This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of operational risk management in the teller unit carried out at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Siteba Branch. Considering this operational risk is not a new type of risk faced by a bank because this risk is inherent and continues to grow in the bank's operational activities. The author uses a qualitative method that explains descriptively by systematically describing data from the facts obtained then linked to the application of operational risk management to the teller unit at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Siteba Branch. The application of Operational Risk Management to the Teller Unit is seen in the daily activities carried out by the Teller itself. Starting in the morning when the head teller who is authorized to enter the treasury will hand over the cashbox to each teller who is fully responsible for each cashbox, then the teller will be ready to start his daily activities. The results showed that the Implementation of Operational Risk Management conducted by PT. The West Sumatra Regional Development Bank of the Siteba Branch is in accordance with the concepts established by Bank Indonesia so as to reduce the level of operational losses. The author suggests that the Implementation of Operational Risk Management should be further enhanced to its supervision
Niat Adopsi Generasi Z terhadap Solusi Pembayaran Digital FinTech
This study aims to address a research gap by comprehensively analyzing the interactions and contributions of performance expectancy, self-efficacy, and customer satisfaction to Generation Z’s behavioral intention to adopt FinTech-based digital payments. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 198 respondents in Batam City from September to December 2024. The study employs the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework, incorporating customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The primary variables analyzed include performance expectancy, self-efficacy, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), supported by SmartPLS software, was used for data analysis. The results indicate that performance expectancy significantly affects both customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, while self-efficacy significantly affects only customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is shown to mediate the relationship between both performance expectancy and self-efficacy with behavioral intention
