Official MOU Ending Letter from the Otterbein University Library Director
Full text linkThese are two official MOU ending letters from the Otterbein University Library director, Tiffany Lipstreu, to the Shanghai Jiaotong University Library director and the Southwest Jiaotong University Library through email on 2/28/2023. In addition to the letters, the email also attached a photographic montage celebrating the library\u27s 50th-anniversary programming, specifically showcasing the achievements and experiences derived from the Exchange Program. The second letter and the photographic montage are displayed as additional files in this record. The exchange program\u27s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Otterbein Library and the two Chinese libraries ended on June 30, 2022
