AbstractConstellations of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites have been proposed to provide global real-time voice communications to mobile and hand-held users, however these so-called 'Big-LEO' Proposals are technically difficult and financially very expensive. Constellation of eight micro satellites to provide cost-effective near-real-time digital data communications to meet the requirements of users in tropical regions before the 'Big-I.E0' systems come into full services. This Proposed constellation of micro satellites could be achieved within a total budget of less than US$25 111, including launch. kata Kunci : Real-time, Store & Forward, LeoHlm. 175 - 17
