No full textLe présent recueil reprend une partie substantielle de la Journée d’études internationale organisée le vendredi 26 juin 2009 par Barbara Olszewska, François-David Sebbah et Sandra Laugier à la Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris et intitulée « Buffy Tueuse de vampires » , dont l’idée en avait pour la première fois été formulée lors d’une rencontre de Sylvie Allouche et Sandra Laugier à l’occasion du colloque « Devant la fiction, dans le monde. Perception et savoir du romanesque » organisé à Amiens en janvier 2007 . Conformément au projet d’ensemble Philoséries, l’éclairage dominant adopté est celui de la philosophie (Sylvie Allouche, Jocelyn Benoist, Tristan Garcia, Jeroen Gerrits), tout en s’enrichissant des apports d’autres perspectives : anthropologie (Tristan Garcia, Barbara Olszewska), littérature comparée (Anne Besson), psychanalyse (Thierry Jandrok, Pascale Molinier). She directs the attention of an angelic child to the origins of her craft, the primitive shelter made from tree trunks with a gable roof of tree limbs. Laugier advocated a return to a purified architecture that omitted all ornament. He asserted that only the column, lintel and gable roof were essential, and that perfection in architecture had been achieved by the ancient Greeks. The essay was initially controversial, but Laugier ultimately exerted a great influence on Neoclassical architecture. This image is a clever visual distillation of his ideas and one of the most celebrated icons in the history of architecture

No full textTausta ja tarkoitus: Laugier-Hunziker syndrooma on harvinainen, vuonna 1970 tunnistettu benigni tila, johon liittyy suun limakalvoilla ja huulilla esiintyviä pigmenttileesioita. Laugier- Hunziker syndroomaan liittyvät pigmentaatiomuutokset kehittyvät spontaanisti aikuisiässä etiologian ollessa tuntematon. Potilailla tavataan usein mys pitkittäisiä leesioita pääasiassa sormien-, mutta myös varpaankynsien alueella. Harvoissa tapauksissa pigmenttileesioita on tavattu myös muualla kehossa. Laugier-Hunziker syndrooman diagnoosiin päästään poissulkemalla muut mahdolliset vaihtoehdot, jotka aiheuttavat multippeleita suun limakalvon pigmenttimuutoksia. Tutkielman tavoitteena on tuoda tieto kirjallisuudesta Laugier-Hunziker syndroomasta, sillä se on yhä tuntematon monille hammaslääkäreille.
Materiaalit ja menetelmät: Tutkimusaineistona käytettiin Pubmed-tietokannasta systemaattisesti haettuja englanninkielisiä artikkeleita hakusanalla Laugier-Hunziker. Mukaan otettiin syndroomaa koskevat tutkimukset ja potilastapausselostukset, joissa pigmenttimuutoksia esiintyi suun tai huulien alueella.
Tulokset: Hakutulokseksi saatiin 98 artikkelia, joista 44 täytti mukaanottokriteerit. Artikkelit oli julkaistu vuosina 1986 - 2020. Kaksi artikkeleista oli tutkimuksia, yksi käsitteli geenitestiä ja muut olivat potilastapausselostuksia. Yhteensä artikkeleissa kuvattiin 93 Laugier-Hunziker diagnoosin saanutta potilasta. Naisten osuus oli 81 % ja miesten 19 %. Potilaiden keski-ikä oli 45,9 vuotta (vaihteluväli 8 - 80 v). Suumuutoksista yleisin esiintymispaikka olivat huulet, joista 78 %:lla näitä oli sekä huulen puna-alueella että limakalvoilla. Ikenillä muutoksia oli 23 %:lla ja kielessä 23 %:lla. Kaksi tutkimusta oli tutkinut näiden pigmenttimuutosten hoitoa laserilla, joista 81 %:lla muutokset hävisivät jo yhden käsittelykerran jälkeen.
Johtopäätökset: Kirjallisuutta ja erityisesti tutkimusta Laugier-Hunziker syndroomasta on vähän ja se koostuu pääosin potilastapausselostuksista. Raportoitujen tapausten perusteella syndroomaa esiintyy kaiken ikäisillä ja naisilla enemmän kuin miehillä. Tyyppipaikka oli huulet. Hoitoa nämä pigmenttimuutokset tarvitsevat vain esteettisistä syistä ja laserhoito vaikutti kahdessa ensimmäisessä aiheen tutkimuksessa toimivan tässä tehokkaasti

The Laugier-Hunziker Syndrome
No full textLaugier-Hunziker syndrome is a rare, acquired, benign hyperpigmentation of the lips, oral mucosa and nails. Although it is a benign disorder, other pigmentary disorders affecting the oral mucosa and nails must be considered in the different diagnosis. We presented a case of Laugier-Hunziker syndrome, showed clinical and histopathologic features of the disease.
