Classification of risks in the process of financial planning
No full textThe essence of the concept «risk» in the process of financial planning is studied. The classification of risks was conducted. The article provides the full enough and detailed system of classification of risks in the process of financial planning. The author researches and provides the factors, which directly influence upon the size of risks, which accompany the process of financial planning. A complete set of isolated independent features was determined for each risk type. It was found out that a part of features depends only on the risk type and the other part is determined by the character of a risky situation.
The article substantiates the presence of indeterminacy typical for dynamic and non-stationary environment and the risks of different nature and strength of influence on the efficiency of financial planning, which cause the necessity to develop and implement the effective system of financial planning at an enterprise

interpretation possibilities of the mass media
metaphor. The aim of the work is to identify the
semantic spheres that beget a metaphor in the
modern language of the Ukrainian mass media.
This work demonstrates the mechanism of
metaphor production: components of a new
meaning, components of metaphorical meaning,
and the structure of metaphorical transference.
The problems associated with the interpretation
of metaphors are considered. The cognitive
process of creating the investigated units
represents the types of metaphorical
transference. The metaphor is designed to
simplify the process of perceiving complex new
material. In 2000-2020 a new wave of
metaphorical productivity was marked by the
terms of the natural sciences during the
timeframe of the research. As a result of the
analysis, the metaphors of the political and
economic discourses of the mass media were
investigated, taking into account the semantic,
cognitive-pragmatic approaches. On the basis of
this material, the main trends in the development of the modern language of the Ukrainian mass
media are revealed and the interpretative and
evaluative potential of the media metaphor is
determined.Проанализированы интерпретационные возможности метафоры массмедиа. Определены семантические сферы, порождающие метафору в современной речи украинских массмедиа. Продемонстрирован механизм создания метафоры: компоненты нового содержания, компоненты метафорического значения, структура метафорического переноса. Рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с трактовкой метафор. Когнитивный процесс создания изучаемых единиц представляет типы метафорического переноса. Отмечено, что метафора призвана упростить процесс восприятия нового сложного материала. В 2000-2020 гг. новой волной метафорической производительности отмечены термины естественных наук. Исследованы метафоры политического и экономического дискурсов массмедиа с учетом семантического, когнитивно-прагматичного подходов. Выявлены главные тенденции развития современной речи украинских массмедиа и определен интерпретационный оценочный потенциал медийной метафоры

No full textДосліджено сутність поняття ризик в процесі здійснення фінансового планування. Проведено класифікацію ризиків. Подана достатньо повна і всебічна система класифікації ризиків в процесі здійснення фінансового планування. Досліджено та наведено фактори, які безпосередньо впливають на величину ризиків супроводжуючих процес фінансового планування. До кожного виду ризику визначено повний набір відокремлених незалежних ознак. При цьому встановлено, що частина ознак залежить тільки від виду ризику, а інша визначається характером ризикової ситуації.
Обґрунтовано наявність невизначеності, характерної для динамічного й нестаціонарного зовнішнього середовища, і ризиків різної природи й сили впливу на ефективність фінансового планування, призводить до необхідності розробки й упровадження на підприємстві ефективної системи фінансового планування.The essence of the concept «risk» in the process of financial planning is studied. raises a number of issues related to the peculiarities of studying the ways to
conceptualize extralinguistic reality, the research of the principles of cultural
information reconstruction at the background of the symbolic poetry context.
The paper theoretically summarizes scientific ideas about the concept as a
form of human cognitive activity, poetic concept as a special mental category,
which describes and systematizes the existing principles and approaches to
conceptual analysis, describes the methods of its effective use in the study of
poetic discourse.
The linguistic parameters of “concept” and “poetic concept” are clarified, the
differences between the concept and the image are revealed and traced, the
procedure of the linguistic analysis of the poetic concept is suggested.
The approach to the poetic text presented in the article from the cognitive
linguistics and linguopoetics standpoint allows describing it not only as a
way of verbalized development of the world, but also as a result of complex
interconceptual interaction. The poetic concept is considered as a special mental
education, which is a means of expressing a set of ideas of the individual about
a certain cultural segment and it is characterized, on one hand, by its focus on
the reality, and on the other hand – on the figurative paradigm. As a result of
the poet's creative imagination, their values and worldviews, it simultaneously
acts as a means of realizing the cultural theme in the language and conceptual
system of the author and an element of the poetics of creative works. It has
been found that the concepts presented in the poetic discursive space are
characterized by a special, somewhat “blurred” structure, in which, in addition
to typical, standard meanings, there appear the new, individual-authorial ones.
Therefore, for the explication of the area covered by the poetic concept, the
author suggests to use a special model of their analysis.Рассмотрены теоретические основы концептуального анализа. Modern Types of Psychological Correction and their Practical Application
No full textThe behavior of each individuum is caused by the complex process of reflecting
the conditions surrounding him, therefore the objective of psychological
correction is the reorientation of the psychological component of human
behavior. The present academic paper has analyzed the basic types of
psychological correction, which are widely used by psychologists. The
classification of psychological correction according to different criteria has been
considered. A study of the effectiveness of psychological correction methods has
been conducted. The author describes examples of the application of
psychological correction methods by using specific practices. The main directions
of using art in the correctional methodology have been described. The stages of
the procedure of gradual reduction of emotional outbursts have been analyzed.
This investigation presents ways to use the method of social therapy in relation
to children. Much attention is paid to the process of game therapy in childhood.
After all, it is known that various psychological difficulties that have arisen in
childhood can create unacceptable preconditions for the violation of the child’s
personal development in the future. The characteristic features of
psychotherapists’ use of psychocorrection methods have been analyzed, namely:
game therapy, art therapy, systematic desensitization, method of tokens, holding
method, and social therapy. The analysis of the topic of this academic paper has
been carried out with the application of domestic data, as well as it is also based
on research conducted on the basis of the experience of European countries and
the United States

Get PDFIntroduction. The following article analyzes the interpretations of the concept of «soft power» implemented in the field of Russian higher education. In connection with the discussion in scientific circles of the ambivalence of the concept of «soft power» from the moment of its appearance and in the subsequent period, various interpretations of opposite and complementary concepts with the word «power» are given here. The components and functions of «soft power» reflected in the documents and concepts of the state»s foreign policy are considered. Purpose setting. At present, when political and economic sanctions have also changed the landscape of international educational cooperation, the possibilities of the «soft power» tools of our state have been significantly decreased. Methodology and methods of the study. As a tool for promoting cultural values and ideals, higher education accumulates opportunities for cultural, scientific, technical, socio-political and economic impact on the individual and society. Results. The communication space of Russian universities will be able to integrate a new rational discourse through delivering various educational exchange programmes and cultural, educational projects, with the involvement of modern information communication technologies. The implementation of this task requires the strategic development of the internationalization of higher education. Conclusion. Cooperation in various fields of science and technology remains an important tool for improving international political stability and mutual understanding. Germany is an example of successful development and promotion of national ideas and interests, i.e. increasing the «weight» of the state in the international arena through education. At the same time, the main function of «soft power» is performed in latent form, when the influence of the state is not straightforward, but hidden.Введение. В статье анализируются интерпретации концепта «мягкой силы», реализуемой в сфере высшего образования России. В связи с обсуждением в научных кругах амбивалентности понятия «мягкая сила» («soft power») с момента его появления и в последующий период приводятся различные трактовки противоположных и взаимодополняющих понятий со словом «власть» («power»). Рассматриваются компоненты и функции «мягкой силы», отображаемые в документах и концепциях внешней политики государства. Постановка задачи. В настоящее время, когда политические и экономические санкции изменили ландшафт международного образовательного сотрудничества, возможности инструментов «мягкой силы» нашего государства значительно сократились. Методика и методология исследования. Являясь инструментом продвижения культурных ценностей и идеалов, высшее образование аккумулирует возможности культурного, научно-технического, социально-политического и экономического воздействия на индивида и общество. Результаты. Коммуникационное пространство российских вузов сможет интегрировать новый рациональный дискурс через различные образовательные обмены и культурно-просветительские проекты с привлечением современных информационных технологий коммуникации. Материализация данной задачи требует стратегического развития интернационализации высшего образования. Выводы. Сотрудничество в различных областях науки и технологий остается важным инструментом повышения международной политической стабильности и уровня взаимопонимания. Примером успешного развития и продвижения национальных идей и интересов, то есть увеличения «веса» государства на международной арене через образование, является Германия. При этом выполняется главная функция «мягкой силы» – латентная реализация, то есть влияние государства не прямолинейно, а скрыто
