İntihar Girişimi ile Acil Servise Başvuran Kumar Bağımlılığı Olgusu
Gambling addiction (GA) is a disorder characterized by repetitive gaming that persists despite negativeconsequences and leads to a decrease in functionality.Suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts are higherin people with GA than in society. In this study, a case of GA applying with suicide attempt is presentedand treatment modalities are discussed.A 29-year-old male patient, married, high school graduate andworking as a worker, was brought to the emergency room after a suicide attempt. He had beenexperiencing symptoms of depression for the past three months due to increased debt. After his familylearned about his gambling debt, the patient attempted suicide by drinking medicine. In her mental stateexamination, her memory and attention decreased, her speech was slow, her mood was depressed. Thepatient had no symptoms of mania.According to DSM-5 diagnostic classification, it was determined thatthere was a diagnosis of “Gambling Addiction”. In addition to this diagnosis, he had depression. For hisdepression, sertraline 50 mg/day and risperidone 1 mg/day were started. In addition, cognitive andbehavioral therapy was initiated for GA. The patient, who was on follow-up for about five months, statedthat he did not gamble especially after the start of psychotherapy. His depressive symptoms improvedsignificantly after the first month. Financial problems, problematic family relationships and addedpsychiatric diseases caused by the GA increase the risk of suicide attempt.Applications for GA treatmentare very few. Psychiatric comorbidity and suicidal ideation should be questioned in the applicants.
GA-Fuzzy PID control simulation waveform diagram.
As is well known, the metal annealing process has the characteristics of heat concentration and rapid heating. Traditional vacuum annealing furnaces use PID control method, which has problems such as high temperature fluctuation, large overshoot, and long response time during the heating and heating process. Based on this situation, some domestic scholars have adopted fuzzy PID control algorithm in the temperature control of vacuum annealing furnaces. Due to the fact that fuzzy rules are formulated through a large amount of on-site temperature data and experience summary, there is a certain degree of subjectivity, which cannot ensure that each rule is optimal. In response to this drawback, the author combined the technical parameters of vacuum annealing furnace equipment, The fuzzy PID temperature control of the vacuum annealing furnace is optimized using genetic algorithm. Through simulation and comparative analysis, it is concluded that the design of the fuzzy PID vacuum annealing furnace temperature control system based on GA optimization is superior to fuzzy PID and traditional PID control in terms of temperature accuracy, rise time, and overshoot control. Finally, it was verified through offline experiments that the fuzzy PID temperature control system based on GA optimization meets the annealing temperature requirements of metal workpieces and can be applied to the temperature control system of vacuum annealing furnaces.</div
Resistive switching behavior of Ga doped ZnO-nanorods film conductive bridge random access memory
The influence of Ga dopant on resistive switching behavior of ZnO-nanorods film conducting bridge random access memory was investigated. Using a hydrothermal process, we grew vertically well-aligned and uniform Ga doped ZnO (GZO)-NRs films on transparent glass substrates to fabricate Cu/TiW/GZO-NRs/Indium Tin Oxide/Glass devices. The GZO-NRs film provides a diffusion path for the Cu ions to form a conducting bridge; thus, reducing the formation of a branched filament. The Ga dopant induces a significant improvement in switching distribution of high resistance states (HRS) and low resistance states (LRS). The 1.5 mol% Ga doped device exhibits good retention up to 104 s and high HRS/LRS ratio of 30 times. Therefore, our proposed device structure may be a good candidate for future conductive-bridge resistive random access memory application

Towards green communication in wireless sensor network: GA enabled distributed zone approach
[EN] Green communication in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) has witnessed significant attention due to the growing significance of sensor enabled smart environments. Energy optimization and communication optimization are two major themes of investigation for green communication. Due to the growing sensor density in smart environment, intelligently finding shortest path for green communication has been proven an NP-complete problem. Literature in green communication majorly focuses towards finding centralized optimal path solution. These centralized optimal-path finding solutions were suitable for application specific traditional WSNs environments. The cutting edge sensor enabled smart environments supporting heterogender applications require distributed optimal path finding solutions for green communication. In this context, this paper proposes a genetic algorithm enabled distributed zone approach for green communication. Specifically, instead of searching the optimal path solution in the whole network, the proposed algorithm identifies path in a small search space called distributed forward zone. The concept of forward zone enhances the searching convergence speed and reduces the computation centric communication cost. To encode the distributed routing solutions, variable length chromosomes are considered focusing on the target distributed area. The genetic algorithm enabled distributed zone approach prevents all the possibilities of forming the infeasible chromosomes. Crossover and truncation selection together generate a distributed path finding solution. To validate the experimental results with analytical results, various mathematical models for connectivity probability, expected end-to-end delay, expected energy consumption, and expected computational cost have been derived. The simulation results show that the proposed approach gives the high-quality solutions in comparison to the state-of-the-art techniques including Dijkstra's algorithm, compass routing, most forward within radius, Ahn-Ramakrishna's algorithm and reliable routing with distributed learning automaton (RRDLA).Kumar, S.; Kumar, V.; Kaiwartya, O.; Dohare, U.; Kumar, N.; Lloret, J. This research article reports on the synthesis of gallium (Ga) doped in carbon (C)-dots (Ga@C-dots) and their antimicrobial activity against free-living P. aeruginosa bacteria. The synthesis of Ga@C-dots was carried out by sonicating molten Ga (for 2.5 h) in polyethylene glycol-400, which acts as both a medium and carbon source. The resultant Ga@C-dots, having an average diameter of 9±2 nm, showed remarkably enhanced antibacterial activity compared with undoped C-dots. This was reflected by the much lower concentration of Ga doped within Ga@C-dots which was required for full inhibition of the bacterial growth. These results highlight the possibility of using Ga@C-dots as potential antimicrobial agents. Keywords: C-dots, Ga@C-dots, sonochemistry, gallium, antibacterial, Pseudomonas aeruginos
