In-depth review of microeconomic analysis of business tourist spending
Most prior research used tourist arrivals to examine international tourism demand.
However, tourist arrival is not an accurate factor to determine international tourism demand
as it does not show the actual spending pattern of tourists which includes goods and services
purchased. Literature has proven that business tourists always spend more than leisure touriststhus, tourist expenditure is an essential measure of international tourism demand. For the current
research, we summarised 31 studies to review several variables that could affect tourism demand
and expenditure. The current research concludes that microeconomic modelling should be the
focus and given priority for studying tourism demand and the factors that affect business tourist
expenditure

A conceptual model comprising of different variables like food and beverage quality, service quality, food choice, price and value equality, and ambience were studied for customer satisfaction to explore the relationship among them. This study examined how dining experiences influence the satisfaction and loyalty of both non-mature (students) and mature (staff) customers, in order to find their similarities and differences within the context of university cafeteria services. The study was conducted at Taylor’s University in Malaysia by using a quantitative research approach, and 231 students and 63 staff members of the university participated in the study. The findings reveal that the various quality factors considered in the study are positively correlated with customer satisfaction and have a significant impact on the satisfaction level of both students and staff who dined at the university cafeteria. It could be concluded from the results that the influence of price offered at the university cafeteria had a significant effect on respondents’ loyalty. Different aspects are involved like organization’s functions, and Malaysian circumstances related to medical tourism in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Machine Learning and its Uses in Business
Machine learning (ML) has emerged as a powerful tool for businesses seeking to extract valuable insights from vast amounts of data. This abstract explores the diverse applications of ML in business settings, highlighting its transformative impact on decision-making, operations, and customer experiences.
The abstract begins by outlining the fundamental principles of ML and its role in analyzing complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations. It then delves into various use cases of ML across different industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
In finance, ML algorithms are utilized for fraud detection, risk assessment, and algorithmic trading, enabling financial institutions to enhance security and optimize investment strategies. In healthcare, ML-powered diagnostic tools and predictive analytics contribute to early disease detection, personalized treatment plans, and improved patient outcomes.
Moreover, ML algorithms are revolutionizing retail by enabling personalized recommendations, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In manufacturing, ML-driven predictive maintenance and quality control systems help minimize downtime, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
The abstract also discusses the challenges and considerations associated with implementing ML in business environments, including data privacy concerns, algorithm bias, and the need for skilled data scientists and engineers.
In conclusion, the abstract emphasizes the transformative potential of ML in driving innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness in business operations. By leveraging ML technologies effectively, businesses can unlock new opportunities for growth, enhance decision-making capabilities, and deliver superior value to customers in an increasingly data-driven world.

Evaluating Tourism's Economic Effects: Comparison of Different Approaches
AbstractThere are several models available to evaluate the economic impact of tourism. All are different from each other in terms of nature, structure, result driven, demand of the data and complexity. Most of the time it is not sure that model is appropriate for the situation where is it been applied. Numerous practices including ‘Multiplier Analysis’ and ‘Input–Output Analysis’ are still frequently used for estimation of economic impacts of tourism in change of traveller's expenditure. All the existing techniques have serious limitations, and therefore, alternative techniques have been proposed to address the existing problems. Amongst these models are ‘Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model’ and ‘Money Generation Model (MGM)’ that are comprehensively used in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada to estimate economic impacts of changes and policies, across many sectors. Within the tourism industry, CGE technique has not been used broadly, resulting in poor estimation of economic impacts of tourism. Considering it, this paper will support the arguments of CGE and MGM modelling as the favoured practises in analysing the economic impacts of tourism and will discuss its prospective for the future research in this area
