Reconstruction of drive system for CNC machine
V sklopu dela je bilo potrebno razumevanje tehnoloških procesov vrtanja in rezkanja, kar nam je skupaj z obstoječim glavnim vretenjakom in konstrukcijo stroja postavilo okvirne meje novih karakteristik podajalnih osi stroja. Rekonstrukcija zajema nove pogonske motorje podajalnih gibanj, ustrezna pripadajoča jermenska gonila z zobatim jermenom in dodatne sestavne elemente, ki jih takšna rekonstrukcija potrebuje. Predstavljene rešitve omogočajo medsebojno neodvisne pomike treh podajalnih in ene nastavne osi.
In the master thesis part reconstruction of the feed axes of the horizontal drilling and milling machine from the beginning of the 1970s is presented. The machine was previously modified from the NC to the CNC machine, but the drive motor for the feed axes remained the same. As part of the work, it was necessary to understand the technological processes of drilling and milling, which together with the existing main spindle and the construction of the machine set the boundary limits of the new characteristics of the feed axes. In the scope of this modification new driving motors of feeding motions, the corresponding associated belt drives with toothed belts and additional component elements required by such a reconstruction were installed. The presented solutions allow for independent movements of the three feeders and one teaching axis. We also upgraded the rotational sensor of the set axis B to the digital rotary sensor connected to the control.
Thus, the machine is capable of machining workpieces in four axes, whereby it can perform shifts in the form of various curves in the space. The new characteristics of the feed axes are suitable for using the machine in tooling
A Model-driven approach for designing adaptive web GIS interfaces
Adaptive WEB GIS systems are emerging as a promising technology for managing highly dynamic situations such as in emergencies. Such situations require quick response and combination of static and dynamic data. Context information is crucial for understanding the possible roles within the rescue teams and the possibility for their collaboration. Emergency conditions require adjustments of performance and behavior according to the information and activation of the components and according to the needs of the users. In this paper, we propose a context-aware meta model for a WEB GIS interface. This model is based on the unified modeling language (UML) and the model driven architecture (MDA) paradigm. The proposed framework is described in terms of an emerging web engineering paradigm by specializing a meta model transformation that adapts WEB GIS interfaces to the context information. A study case is taken from a flood emergency scenario. A discussion of the corresponding technological framework, together with a description of a test case, is given in order to show the feasibility of the proposed concept

Collective Memory of Dr Janez Evangelist Krek in the Republic of Slovenia
V magistrskem delu avtorica preuči spomin na duhovnika, teologa, profesorja, pisatelja in politika dr. In her master\u27s thesis, the author examines the memory of the priest, theologian, professor, writer, and politician Dr Janez Evangelist Krek (1865–1917) in Slovenia since 1987. Krek was regarded as one of the most influential people of his time, which a century later raises questions about his memory in a sociopolitical context, with whom, when, and why it appears. Firstly, an outline of Krek\u27s life path focuses on the Christian social movement and the organisation of the nation. Based on the analysis of sources and literature, including media texts, various commemorations of Krek are presented, such as newspaper articles, commemoration ceremonies, discussion evenings, symposia, journals, documentaries, and museum exhibitions that flourished with Slovenian independence in 1991. This is a significant milestone in Krek\u27s memory, similar to round number anniversaries, such as the 100th anniversary of Krek\u27s death. The influences of historical time, society, and the media on our memory are acknowledged. The research confirmed the assumption that Slovenian Catholics or Christians and their Church are important bearers of the memory of Krek. The assessment of the significance of Krek\u27s political legacy for the centre-right and Christian democracy is based on interviews with members of Slovenian political parties. Furthermore, an overview of Krek\u27s monuments in Slovenian places, such as Šentjanž is included. Field trips revealed the variety of Krek\u27s presence in the place. Discussion of various views on Krek\u27s personality and work, such as the promotion of cooperatives, leads to the conclusion that a positive memory of Krek as a great historical figure prevails and that his Christian social teaching should still be relevant. The present work is a critical evaluation of the attitude towards Krek and a presentation of the echo of the past through the eyes of an anthropologist and an ethnologist
