The Reflective Entrepreneur
In a world where entrepreneurial success often seems deceptively accessible, it is not always clear what makes a person entrepreneurial. In this book, Dimo Dimov offers a reflective insight into the entrepreneurial journey, striking up a conversation about entrepreneurship in order to challenge and untangle existing preconceptions. A discussion of challenges and tensions such as idea versus opportunity, genius versus lunatic, and skill versus luck forms the foundation of the book, while the second part offers actions and considerations which can help the reader to seek opportunities in a fractious environment. The final part of the text focuses on the collective spirit in entrepreneurship, arising from the interplay between participation and outcomes. The author brings a succinct diversity to the field, making this book essential reading for undergraduate and postgraduate students on entrepreneurship courses, as well as scholars, researchers, and practitioners looking for a new perspective on entrepreneurship

EMBRIOLOGY OF DERMOID CYSTS WITH NEURO-ECTODERMAL CONTENT
Each of the tissues that form the human body is made up of cells and intercellular substance. Tissues do not exist in isolation, but through each other metabolic relations build organs and systems of the body during ontogeny.During embryonic development tissues take certain place but sometimes they can be combined in different proportions and in different parts of the body. Thus, the mix of tissue formed as such derived from different embryonic structures serve to store a dermoid cysts
Anterolateral ligament: A case report
The Anterolateral Ligament (ALL) [1,2] is a ligamentous structure of the knee whose definition as a ligament has been disputed in the past, however in the last decade more and more anatomical studies have concluded that its definition as a separate ligament is the most accurate. In this case report we present our findings from the dissection of a formalinized cadaver which we find are consistent with the anatomical characteristics of the anterolateral ligament and with that we aim to further its morphological definition
The Endogenous Cannabinoid and the Nitricoxidergic Systems in the Modulation of Stress Responses
The effects on stress-induced analgesia (SIA) from endogenous cannabinoid system (ECS) and nitric oxide (NO) interaction after 1 h of restraint stress were evaluated in male Wistar rats. The animals were subjected to 1 h of restraint and then injected with different combinations of cannabinoid receptor type 1 agonist anandamide (AEA) or antagonist AM251 along with an NO donor, NO precursor, or inhibitor of NO synthase. Nociception was evaluated using paw pressure (PP) or hot plate (HP) tests. AEA was administered immediately after the end of restraint-SIA (r-SIA). Administration of NO precursor reversed the pronociceptive effect of the CB1 agonist on r-SIA. Both the CB1 antagonist and the NOS inhibitor neutralized the pro-analgesic effect of L-arginine (L-arg). Administration of an NO donor, instead, increased r-SIA. Our experiments confirmed that the endogenous cannabinoid and the NO-ergic systems interact in the modulation of r-SIA. This interaction probably implies NO as a second messenger of the ECS
Changes in the connective tissue element of the thyroid gland in normal and recurrent euthyroid goiter
Goitre recurrence is a common problem following subtotal thyroid gland resection for multinodular goitre disease. The aim of our study was to trace out the ultrastructure of the thyroid gland of man after primary and redo operations for struma nodosa. We undertook the task to study the fine ultrastructural changes taking place in the stromal part of the gland. For ultrastructural examination we used routine transmission electron microscopy. The electron microscopy has been made on Hitachi H-500 microscope Our main goal was to compare the ultrastructural characteristics of the thyroid gland in two different groups - patients with primary disease and patients with recurrence. The results from our research showed that in the first group the stroma was presented by one or two rows of cells in the septum or in small groups in the interfolicular space. Studies by electron microscopically showed that the cells of the stroma had the ultrastructural characteristics of fibroblasts, but there was an increased number cisterne of Granular endoplasmic reticulum, well developed Goldgi complex, as well as relatively small amount of vesicles and vacuoles. The examination of the specimens from the second group showed a much thicker stroma between the follicles. There was an increased amount of stromal cells and collagen bundles in the interfolicular space. The proteoglycan complexes in the extracellular matrix were rarely situated. Our results suggest that the connective tissue of the thyroid gland reacts faster to the changes of the structure of the gland than the epithelial cells of the follicles
Optimal μ-Distributions for the Hypervolume Indicator for Problems With Linear Bi-Objective Fronts: Exact and Exhaustive Results
corrected author versionInternational audienceTo simultaneously optimize multiple objective functions, several evolutionary multiobjective optimization (EMO) algorithms have been proposed. Nowadays, often set quality indicators are used when comparing the performance of those algorithms or when selecting ``good'' solutions during the algorithm run. Hence, characterizing the solution sets that maximize a certain indicator is crucial---complying with the optimization goal of many indicator-based EMO algorithms. If these optimal solution sets are upper bounded in size, e.g., by the population size μ, we call them optimal μ-distributions. Recently, optimal μ-distributions for the well-known hypervolume indicator have been theoretically analyzed, in particular, for bi-objective problems with a linear Pareto front. Although the exact optimal μ-distributions have been characterized in this case, not all possible choices of the hypervolume's reference point have been investigated. In this paper, we revisit the previous results and rigorously characterize the optimal μ-distributions also for all other reference point choices. In this sense, our characterization is now exhaustive as the result holds for any linear Pareto front and for any choice of the reference point and the optimal μ-distributions turn out to be always unique in those cases. We also prove a tight lower bound (depending on μ) such that choosing the reference point above this bound ensures the extremes of the Pareto front to be always included in optimal μ-distributions
A review of the methods for balanced experiments for establishing of the metabolizable energy and the amino acids digestibility for waterfowl has been made. Systemizing the former experience in this fi eld, the author submits some innovations, regarding to the adaptation of the methods for experiments with geese. The results for metabolizable energy and true digestibility coeffi cients of some basic for the feeding of geese forages (established using the adapted
methods) are given. A using of specifi ed for the different birds data for the nutritive values of the forages has been recommended. The offered innovations could be used for further efforts for establishing of standardizing methods for balanced experiments with waterfowl.
