Sam Houston are the following members of the Boots and Saddle Club (L. to R.'' Col. Robert P. Williams, Lt. M.D. Sydenham, Mrs. W.H. Stopford, Maj. Herbert Van Zant, Mrs. Van Zant and Mrs. Russell C. Winchester. The club is composed of both active and retired officers and their families. Every Sunday morning members enjoy a cross country ride, followed by a social in the club rooms at the stables and a hunt breakfast in the Fourth Army Officers' Club. During the week, there are at least two organized rides. Col. Thomas B.
