Comparing the Approach of Ibn Hajar al-Asqalānī and Badr ad-Din al-Aynī in the Interpretation of Mukhtalaf al-Hadīth: An Applied Study Through Fath al-Bārī and Umda al-Qārī
This article deals with a brief study of the history of the emergence of mukhtalifu'l-hadith science and its literature, as it is one of the most important types of hadith science that fuqaha`a and muhadithun need it in the deducing of the primary and secondary provisions and the explaining of the Prophetic hadiths. It includes a detailed comparative study between the approach of Hafiz bn. Hajar al-Asqalani al-Shafi`i (d. 852/1449), and Badru'd-Din al-`Ayni al-Hanafi (d. 855/1451) in the interpretation of mukhtalifu'l-hadith through Fathu'l-Bari and `Umdatu'l-Qari. it was clarified that each of them was exposed to the study of seemingly contradictory texts in the folds of the explanation of the hadiths of al-Bukhari and expanded on it and excelled in it. In addition, a glance has been shed in this article on the differences of muhadithun and fuqaha`a among the Hanafis scholars in arranging the ways of pairing in the interpretation of mukhtalifu'l-hadith in general, and Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani and Badru'd-Din al-`Ayni in particular. It has been proven from the application of examples from Fathu'l-Bari and `Umdatu'l-Qari that Ibn Hajar does not expand on abrogation if it is possible to combine it, unlike Badru'd-Din al-`Ayni.WOS:00082266620000
THE IMPACT OF ORIENTALISTS ON GHAMIDI’S THEORIES
Javed Ahmad Ghamidi is a prominent scholar of Farahi- Islahi School of thought. Due to his unorthodox approach to Islam, his works welcomed in the contemporary literate class of Indo-Pak subcontinent. The superficial study of Javed Ahmad Ghamidi reveals that he quenched his theories from the classical Islamic Sources and did not refer to the Modern European Scholarship. However, the profound comparative study of Ghamidi’s piece of work shows that he studied fundamental theories like “the variant of readings, the sources of the religion, the division of Prophetic hadiths, and reproval on the essential narrators of hadith” on the methodology of Orientalists. This study contains some instances from Javed Ahmad Ghamidi’s theories and on their roots that prove who introduced these theories and how Ghamidi developed the

Fikrî Medresesi’nde önde gelen alimlerdendir. Onun İslam’a karşın alışılmadık yaklaşımı nedeniyle, eserleri Pakistan-Hindistan Altkıtası’nın çağdaş eğitimcileri arasında takdir görmüştür.
TERRORISM IS A VALID WORD BUT ITS IMPLEMENTATION IS INVALID
In the west and east, the current issue is the subject of terrorism and its link with Islam and Muslims, the summary of their discussion is that Muslims are terrorists and Islam teach them terrorism, but in fact, Islam is the religion of the peace and they did not reach to actually meaning of terrorism and the position of Islam about terrorism. THE SUSPICION ABOUT MUSLIM’S INDULGENCE & JUYNBOLL’S THEORY OF" DIVE" An Analytical study
In the third century after the Prophet migration (Hijra) two great works (al-Bukhari & Muslim) emerged, and both took the canonical position in the Muslim community, due to their methodology and contents. On the other hand, it drew the attention of hadith Muslim and non-Muslim critics to examine their contents, and some critics totally refused their canonical position while others challenged their authenticity by purporting various flaws in both canonical collections. But the case for my study is the indulgence of Muslim in Mutabiat and Shawahid besides application of the western approach to hadith literature. In this paper, I tried to evaluate the aforementioned claim by analyzing an instance of Muslim’s collection (Sahih Muslim) that he narrated in Mutabi’at, and it contains on addition, which circulated as an instance of his indulgence

DISTORTION OF FACTS AND HISTORY IN " MUSLIM STUDIES' BY IGNAZ GOLDZIHER CHAPTER II AS A MODEL
Ignaz Goldziher (1850-1921) was the first orientalist who attended the lectures of several Muslim Scholars in different countries as well as in different disciplines, and then he continued his studies and research about different branches of Islamic Studies like Quran, Hadiths, and History, due to his work he is considered the founder of modern Islamic studies in Europe. In 1890, when his famous work “Muslim Studies” published, he became the center of heat debate among Muslim and Western Scholars, due to his controversial theories about Islamic Studies, particularly Hadith. In this paper, I evaluated only six examples, which he had given in “Chapter II,” and tried to elaborate to the readers, how he played with the facts and presented a cloudy image of the Muslims rulers as well as Muslim Scholars like al-Zuhri (d. 741-2 CE), who has a great contribution in the development of Hadiths and its Science
Juynboll'un hadisle ilgili teorileri üzerine değerlendirme
YÖK Tez No: 538974Sünnet, İslam'da ikinci temel kaynaktır. Hadith is the secondary source of Islamic law. Therefore, there are many studies about hadith in Islamic literature. Hadith has drawn the attention of the Western researchers and scholars and they have produced important studies in this discipline. Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht are the foundation pillars of modern hadith and critical studies in orientalism and both are considered as the authority in hadith criticism. They raised questions on the authenticity of hadith as a source of Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic History, they introduced different theories encompassing Isnad and Matan clusters of hadith, which paved the way to skepticism about hadith in the Western world. Dr. G.H.A Juynboll was the prominent orientalist, who developed the theories of early Western scholars and supported them with a tangible and rich number of evidence from Islamic literature. In the present era, his works have become the main source of research in the fields of Hadith and Orientalism. The purpose of the study was to focus on Juynboll's theories related to hadith literature; these theories have been compiled in two chapters. The first chapter contains those theories which are related to Isnad of hadith and hadith criticism in Juynboll's works such as, the beginning of Isnad and hadith criticism, Common Name and Namesakes. while the second one covers Juynboll's theories about Matan of hadith like, Qussas and their role in the fabrication of hadith, hadith mutavâtir, evâil and the elucidation and history of word Fitna in the tradition of Ibn Sîrîn. The importance of the study lies in the assessment of Juynboll's theories in the light of his cited sources from Islamic literature, it follows the critical approach whereby the related theories discussed and analysed

The use of neuropsychological tests to study the effects of aging on driving performance in the UK
Research was conducted to identify a series of neuropsychological tests to assess the ability to drive. Driving performance of young and old UK drivers was modeled through multiple linear regression and univariate logistic regression tools. The UFOV3 test (i.e. the third subtest of the UFOV test) had comparatively high discriminating ability in separating poor-drivers from not-poor-drivers, with 92.86% of the drivers correctly classified; the UFOV3 test resulted in a Sensitivity of 62.5%. Age and a composite cognitive measure were also found to be sound discriminators of poor-drivers and not-poor-drivers with 91.07% and 89.28% of the drivers correctly classified respectively; both age and the composite cognitive measure resulted in a Sensitivity of 50%. It was found that the commonly recommended Clock Drawing Test and the Trail Making-B test were insignificant predictors of driving ability. Results suggest that for a score greater than 220 on the UFOV3 test, the driver may be further evaluated by a driving specialist to ascertain questionable driving behavior. Also, drivers above the age of 77 were more susceptible to exhibiting unusual driving behavior; if such drivers have UFOV3 scores greater than 220 it would be more appropriate to evaluate driving behavior through a driving specialist.</p
