Jeffrey Type G Fertilizer Loader
Fertilizer loader made by the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio on display in the factory yard, 1919. Jeffrey advertised that one man operating this machine could do the work of 6 to 8 men. This machine was designed to both dig and load fertilizer. The buckets on the conveyor were made by Ohio Malleable Iron Company, a Columbus-based subsidiary of Jeffrey. This loader was purchased by Hugh Wood and Company, Columbus, Ohio
