The Stutterer's Survival Guide (Book review)
"The Stutterer's Survival Guide" is the first Australian book to be written by a "stutterer for other stutterers". This very well written book aims to assist those who have undergone fluency treatment to maintain and develop this fluency in their everyday lives. Skilful use is made of anecdote and humorous but pithy illustrations. In addition the author provides a personal insight into the fears and feelings which maybe engendered in an individual who stutters, and describes the enormous sense of freedom experienced when fluency is achieved and maintained. No Full Tex
