En el presente trabajo el autor busca elaborar una propuesta que le permita a Empacadora Crustamar poder implementar el sistema de gestión ambiental ISO 14001:2015 en un porvenir, con el fin de aumentar su competitividad y demostrar que sus procesos son controlados y no generan impactos ambientales negativos. La metodología de investigación se basó en: observación, inducción, análisis y verificación de fuentes primarias y secundarias, que ayudó a recopilar la información necesaria para elaborar la propuesta que se plantea, teniendo como resultado un plan de acción con medidas correctivas que se van desarrollando a lo largo del trabajo, para el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma que presentaron no conformidad.An Environmental Management System is a cyclical process focused on the continuous improvement of the environmental performance of an organization, this voluntary instrument provides guidance to companies that wish to achieve a higher level of protection to the environment and therefore a sustainable development of their activities. In the present work, the author seeks to develop a proposal that allows Crustamar Packing, to implement the environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015 in a future, in order to increase their competitiveness and demonstrate that their processes are controlled and don’t generate negative environmental impacts. The research methodology was based on observation, induction, analysis and verification of primary and secondary sources, which helped to gather the necessary information to prepare the proposed plan, resulting in an action procedure with corrective measures that are developed throughout the work, for the fulfillment of the requirements of the norm that presented nonconformity
Identificación de Cucarachas en el área urbana de San Pedro de las Colonias, Coahuila
No full textCon el propósito de identificar las especies de cucarachas presentes en el área urbana de San Pedro de las Colonias, Coahuila, durante los meses de enero a diciembre del 2014, se realizaron colectas en 200 sitios de muestreo seleccionados al azar perteneciente a la zona de estudio. En cada sitio se colectaron 10 especímenes que incluían ootecas, ninfas y adultos. Las colectas se realizaron dentro de casas habitación, escuelas, centros recreativos, bodegas de comercios, tortillerías, centro de salud, registros sanitarios y jardines. Los especímenes se preservaron en frascos con etanol al 70% y se identificaron en el Laboratorio de Parasitología de la Universidad Autónoma Agraria Antonio Narro-Unidad Laguna. Las especies identificadas fueron corroboradas por el M.C. Jaime Santillán Santana de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Se identificaron 4 especies de cucarachas: Periplaneta americana (Linnaeus), Blattella germánica (Linnaeus), Supella longipalpa (Fabricius) y Pycnoscelus surinamensis (Linnaeus). La especie más frecuente fue P. americana y la menos frecuente fue Pycnoscelus surinamensis

The techniques used were: Documentary review to teach English for Business Purposes (EBP) and previous investigation done by the author in which 15 students of the last semester and professionals were included in a previous investigation to develop a Book for Business English which is the correspondent material to develop the syllabus. To collect the data, the instrument designed was a guide for documentary review and the Book EBP by Muñoz (2018). The information obtained from the application of documentary review was tabulated manually. The data was taken to figures and tables using the Microsoft Excel program. The results showed that the students did not have knowledge of business terminology, specific phrases, vocabulary, and communicative functions which is caused by the lack of resources, materials and also the lack of knowledge of ESPB (English for Business Purposes) at the university that coincides with previous studies about the creation of the importance of having a Business Book and a syllabus developed for students in order to achieve Business English learning and teaching process. It concluded that the creation of a syllabus will improve the process to develop a future investigation in which it can be applied in a course. No full textThe development of this project titration was based on the problem of designing a strategic plan to improve services trade "Álava" El Empalme Canton 2015, said Comercializadora is located on the road to La Guayas, a hundred meters from the Holy Church heart of Jesus having as its goal, this project, a venture and application of all types of study methods explained in the classroom as a student, for an appropriate form of development of the strategic plan a diagnosis of the company was conducted, so as found the problem by what was happening, also a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and from here the strategy matrix was performed, mission, vision, so it becomes a powerful diagnostic tool , correct analysis and decision to implement the action plan thus improving administrative processes of business decisions. The methodology used in this study was supported documentary information, implementing methods such as inductive, deductive and analytical that helped understand and observe the problem, so therefore an interview administrator commercial and all these techniques entailed a draw conclusions where it was found that his administration have not been included strategies or control system activities to help improve the economic situation the same and therefore this strategic plan studying each of the problem by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the company and future are implemented through the action plan already drawn up by the author of this research project.
Keywords; Strategic Plan, SWOT Analysis, Business Process Services.El desarrollo de este proyecto de titulación se fundamentó en la problemática de diseñar un plan estratégico que mejore los servicios del comercial “Álava” Cantón El Empalme año 2015, dicha Comercializadora está localizada en la vía a La Guayas, a cien metros de la Iglesia Sagrado Corazón de Jesús teniendo como fin, este proyecto, un emprendimiento y aplicación de todo tipo de métodos de estudios explicados en las aulas como estudiante, para una adecuada forma de elaboración del plan estratégico se realizó un diagnóstico de la empresa, es así como se encuentran las problemáticas por las que estaba pasando, también un análisis FODA, para conocer las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades, amenazas, y desde aquí se realizó la matriz de estrategias, la misión, visión, por lo que se convierte en una herramienta poderosa de diagnóstico, análisis y toma de decisiones correctas para poner en marcha el plan de acción mejorando de esta manera los procesos administrativos del comercial. La metodología aplicada en este estudio contó con el apoyo de información documental, la implementación de métodos como el inductivo, deductivo y analítico que ayudaron a entender y observar el problema, para lo consiguiente realizar una entrevista al administrador del comercial y todas esta técnicas conllevaron a obtener conclusiones donde se encontró que en su administración no han incluido estrategias o un sistema de control de actividades que ayuden a mejorar la situación económica de la misma y por lo cual este plan estratégico estudia cada una de las problemáticas analizando las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades, y amenazas que tiene la empresa y a futuro sean implementadas a través del plan de acción ya elaborado por el autor de este proyecto de investigación.

No full textEl proyecto sistema de seguridad electrónica en el ascensor del bloque b de la universidad politécnica salesiana, se basó en la implementación de un sistema de monitoreo y control para que ninguna persona quede atrapada en el ascensor cuando se produzca algún corte de energía eléctrica en esta sección de la Universidad. Este trabajo se lo realizó como proyecto de titulación en base a algunas situaciones que se han producido situaciones de riesgo con estudiantes y personal administrativo de la Universidad, ya que se han quedado encerrados en este ascensor y la única forma de salir, ha sido esperando que regrese la energía, o de forma mecánica se ha forzado a abrir el ascensor y así poder evacuar al personal que se encuentra adentro. El sistema consta de una de alimentación de voltaje de respaldo con baterías y un monitoreo el cual se lo realizó en una pantalla HMI y PLC ubicados en la cabina del guardia, en la cual se observa el constante funcionamiento del ascensor y su posición en tiempo real para poder actuar de manera adecuada en caso de que existiera alguna anomalía.The project electronic security system in the elevator on block b of Universidad Politecnica Salesiana was based on the implementation of a monitoring and control system so that no person is trapped in the elevator when there is any power cut in this section of the University. This work was done as a degree project based on some situations that have occurred at risk situations with students and administrative staff of the University, since they have been locked in this elevator and the only way out, has been waiting for return the energy, or mechanically has been forced to open the elevator and thus be able to evacuate the staff that is inside. The system consists of a backup voltage supply with batteries and a monitoring which was performed on a HMI screen and PLC located in the guard's cabin, which shows the constant operation of the elevator and its position in real time to be able to act appropriately in case of any anomaly

The author has set out to highlight the interrelations of social factors, the interests of natural and legal persons, the role of states and political groups and parties, and ideological anchors, as the main elements that lead to constitutional texts being placed in the leading role in the social fabric where they are today. The most novel expressions of constitutionalism are explored, among which the definition and recognition of the rights of nature constitute one of the most novel and important forms of its expression.

RESUMENLa contribución que se presenta incursiona en las trayectorias del constitucionalismo en su historia que acompaña los acontecimientos más relevantes de la era moderna. La autora se ha propuesto como objetivo destacar las interrelaciones de factores sociales, intereses de personas naturales y jurídicas, rol de los estados y de grupos y partidos políticos, anclajes ideológicos, como elementos principales que conducen a colocar los textos constitucionales en el papel protagónico del tejido social donde hoy se encuentran. Se incursiona en las expresiones más novedosas del constitucionalismo entre las que la definición y reconocimiento de los derechos de la naturaleza constituye una de las más novedosas e importantes formas de expresión del mismo.

Gestión Estratégica de la Telemedicina, Desafíos y Oportunidades para los Directivos del Sector Salud
No full textTelemedicine has demonstrated benefits for patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare systems by breaking down geographic and access/opportunity barriers. Therefore, it is a priority for healthcare sector executives to implement and monitor telehealth and telemedicine in the most appropriate manner. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by healthcare sector executives in the strategic management of telemedicine. A systematic review of the literature was conducted using key terms or MeSH. A search was conducted in the main databases (PubMed, Lilacs/BVS, Scielo, Sciencedirect, and Google Scholar). After review by the author by title and subsequently by abstract and full text, according to eligibility criteria, 15 studies were included. Telemedicine was found to offer healthcare executives opportunities to expand coverage, optimize resources, and improve care. They face challenges such as technological gaps, organizational resistance, and fragmented regulatory frameworks. Successful implementation requires strategic leadership, digital skills development, change management, and a user-centered approach.La telemedicina ha demostrado beneficios para los pacientes, los profesionales de la salud y los sistemas de salud al romper barreras geográficas y de acceso / oportunidad, por ello es una prioridad que los directivos del sector salud realicen la implementación y seguimiento de la telesalud y telemedicina de la manera más adecuada. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrentan los directivos del sector salud en la gestión estratégica de la telemedicina. Para esto se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura, que por medio de términos clave o MeSH, se procedió a la búsqueda en las principales bases de datos (PubMed, Lilacs/BVS, Scielo, Science direct y Google Scholar), que posterior a revisión por la autora por título y posteriormente por resumen y texto completo, según los criterios de elegibilidad, se incluyeron 15 estudios. Se encontró que la telemedicina ofrece a los directivos del sector salud oportunidades para ampliar cobertura, optimizar recursos y mejorar la atención, enfrentan desafíos como brechas tecnológicas, resistencia organizacional y marcos regulatorios fragmentados, por lo que para una implementación exitosa se requiere liderazgo estratégico, desarrollo de competencias digitales, gestión del cambio y enfoque centrado en el usuario
Sediment Transport Study for the Establishment of Erosion, Deposition, and Undermining Zones in the Manglaralto Riverbed, Santa Elena-Ecuador
No full textRivers play an essential role in basin management. Manglaralto River is a natural agent in the water supply of the Manglaralto parish. The undermining, transport, and sedimentation processes are fundamental in the hydraulic dynamics of Manglaralto River, and it impacts the underground hydrology of the basin. This study aims to evaluate the sediments transport in the suspension of the Manglaralto riverbed, using hydrological and hydraulic information of the basin, with the HEC-RAS 5.0.3 software for determining accumulation, undermining, and balance zones and identifying flood risk areas. The methodology consisted of (i) Revising information base, (ii) Obtaining hydraulic data and defining scenarios for simulation, and (iii) performing sediment transport Simulation with HEC-RAS version 5.0.3. The results indicate the presence of balance, sedimentation, and undermining zones. The study reveals that sedimentation along the channel is mainly related to the Manglaralto River speed and water flow rate that produce accumulation, erosion, and balance areas. This analysis is the first guidelines for determining and developing protection perimeters, which must be supported by complementary studies to create an early warning for the population. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG
Vulnerability to Contamination of the Olón Aquifer Using the GOD Method, Olón-Ecuador
No full textVulnerability is an indicator of foreseeable risks in aquifer’s quality, considering the environment and anthropogenic implications. This measure is determined by different conditions and realities of a system, such as air and water quality, economic studies, health and hygiene and landslides. Aquifers are prone to contamination by extrinsic and extrinsic factors affecting water quality. This work focuses on determining the vulnerability to contamination of the Olón aquifer, using the Groundwater Overlaying Depth (GOD) method for zoning the areas susceptible to contamination. The methodology consisted of three phases: (i) gathering of basic hydrogeological information; (ii) Application of geographic information systems according to the GOD method in the Olón aquifer; (iii) Analysis of the findings and elaboration of the vulnerability map. The results indicate that the aquifer, in its entire domain, has a high vulnerability index, mainly due to its intrinsic conditions and their relationship with anthropic activities in the sector. This methodology has made it possible to detect predominant factors that influence contamination and provides details for strategic planning of measures to be considered to preserve the resource and its nature. The extreme vulnerability near the coastline is caused by human settlement and tourist activities. This methodology made it possible to detect the predominant factors polluting the aquifer.; therefore, measures for protecting the community and its resources must be taken. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG
