CHULPAN AND MODERN UZBEK SINGING
This article is devoted to the work of the Uzbek poet A. Chulpan, whose lyrical lines are the basis of both national classical songs and modern ones. Abdulhamid Cholpon is one of the brightest representatives of the new Uzbek literature. Response of oil flax varieties to abiotic conditions of the Middle Cis-Ural region by formation of seed yield
Studying the reaction to the abiotic conditions of the Middle Urals in 16 varieties of oil flax will allow to adapt the culture: increase its productivity and product quality. As a standard, the variety ‘VNIIMK 620’ was sown. The experiments were laid on sod-podzolic medium loamy soil in the grain-grass rotation after winter crops during 2012-2015. During the years of research, the plow layer of the experimental plots had different humus contents - medium and high, mobile phosphorus and exchange potassium - medium and very high, exchange soil acidity - slightly acidic and close to neutral. To a greater extent, by 91.5%, the change in the seed yield of the studied oil flax varieties depended on the abiotic conditions of the growing season; the share of the influence of the genotype of the variety in the formation of seed yield was 3.0%. Meteorological conditions during the years of the experiments were characterized by large fluctuations in the average daily air temperature and the amount of precipitation that fell over the months, in consequence of this the seed yield of flax oil varied in wide range over both varieties and years of study. The most favorable abiotic conditions for the formation of oil flax seeds were formed in 2014, when, during the ripening period of the seeds optimal meteorological conditions have developed with hydro thermic factor of 1.0. This contributed to obtaining the highest seed yield in 2014 - 218 g/m2. On average, over four years of research, the same response to abiotic conditions with seed yield was formed in ‘VNIIMK 620’ varieties from Russia, ‘Clark’ varieties from Holland and ‘Barbara’ from Hungary. The most plastic grade is ‘Clark’ with a plasticity coefficient bi = 1.33. The most stable seed yield is the ‘Norlin’ variety with a stability coefficient of 32.2. Russian varieties ‘LM-96’, ‘N 3829’ and foreign varieties ‘Norlin’, ‘Atalante’ proved to be the most adaptable to cultivation conditions in the agroecological conditions of the Cis-Ural region and can be considered promising in terms used as starting material in the breeding process
The Processes of Informatization and Digitalization in the Linguistic Education
The article considers the main processes in modern education – informatization and digitalization as one of the directions of modern education modernization. Digitalization, as one of the dominant areas of development of the modern economy, has also been reflected in the field of higher education. Being one of the most important part of society, the digital environment of higher education leads to significant changes in the educational process organization as well as in its content. The description of information resources of the digital system of foreign language education (computer training programs, electronic educational resources, Internet capabilities) is given. The main digitalized instruments for linguists are identified: databases, archives, Internet resources, dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc. Their main feature is full plainness and free of use. The information is being constantly updated in all electronic resources as well as the main information communication technologies (ICT) are being updated. The practical significance of the article consists in the ability of ICT and Internet resources can speed up and simplify the research work of linguists
Rediscovery of Social Reality of the City and the Village: Methodological Novations of the Study of Life Space Dynamics
The world sociological thought pays more attention to the dynamics of urban-rural relations within the modernization of the living space. Their achievements are highlighted in the paper. Social problems of rural society that is changing and is being changed under the influence of development of network relations with the city are suggested to be analyzed in the context of living space of a new quality that is forming in the modern world. Sociological vision of the concept is presented on the base of international urban-rural theoretical constructs, explaining formation of a new establishing space by specifics of social capital, influence of living environment on space configuration, and historical retrospective of rural society institualization under the conditions of globalization and development of network relations. The difference between concepts 'living environment' and 'living space' is explained in the broader context of the second one. Unlike subjects it includes actors with their various ties like internet, new types of mobility of people, goods and capitals towards the city that go far and far outside local of inhabiting and are not restricted just by subjective world of place of inhabiting. Social space localization in definite living environment, according to the author's viewpoint, possesses important social and cultural value. Living space analysis is structured by differentiation of social groups based on social and cultural causality. The author brings value and cultural basis of changes in social actions of citizens of a modern village and traces the role of social and cultural environment on development of network processes in a rural territory. It is underlined how demographic resources of a rural society lead to the lost of relations that are formed on a community type rather than on a society type. Processes of urbanization of a rural area and rurbanization of the society are given in an axiological perspective. Three dimensions of sustainability of urban-rural relations are described: including economic, social and environmental spheres. The author supposes that evaluation of social capital of each of spatial communities study of social norms, values and behavioral standards will promote prognosis of the potential of modern rural-urban space as a base for institualization of new urban-rural relations. Attention has been drawn to the necessity to develop new urban-rural dichotomy and oppose not rural/urban spaces but areas, both urban and rural, that change and are being changed under the influence of introspection
Effect of Tillage and Crop Rotation on Cereal Crops Yield in the Urals of the Nonblack Earth Zone of Russia
Proper selection of tillage system is important to increase yields. The work purpose is to assess the effectiveness of three different crop rotation and tillage systems combined with the chemistries use and repetitive sowing methods on spring wheat productive capacity and technology properties of its grains under natural conditions of the Urals in the nonblack earth zone of Russia. The study's objectives included studying the effectiveness of tillage systems in the region's conditions, evaluating the need for the use of chemicals, assessing the impact of each of the factors: meteorological conditions, soil fertility, agrotechnology, and intensification methods on wheat yield indicators. A comprehensive approach is used throughout this work. The study was carried out in 2006-2019 in the forest-steppe region of the Southern Urals (Ural Federal District of the Russian Federation). An experiment involving three influencing factors was performed: Factor 1 – the tillage system in crop rotation; Factor 2 – the chemical methods use; Factor 3 – the preceding crop presence. An inverse relationship was found between spring wheat productivity and weed share (Pearson correlation -0.83). There was a negative correlation between the distance from fallow to the plants' proportion affected by fungal rot. Their number has multiplied by more than 1.7. Depending on the preceding crop, the average yield for fallow wheat was 2.94 t per 1 ha, and for the third wheat after fallow, 1.44 t per 1 ha. The study bridged the lack of knowledge in the established task of increasing wheat yields in the Urals steppe forest territories. The three most important factors influencing wheat grain yield and quality are: 1) combined use of chemicals and fertilizers (45% contribution), availability of the forecrop, meteorological and climatic conditions, and tillage system. Consequently, the yield of spring wheat is related to the level of modern agricultural technologies development, particularly on the level of intensification required. Future similar studies should create a unified spring wheat database and allow the ability to adjust performance indicators depending on areas with different climatic conditions
