ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS STRATEGIES ON THE BOCAH JAJAN ANGKRINGAN (BOJAN) IN KOJA, NORTH JAKARTA
This study was made based on observations for three months at Angkringan Bojan, the purpose of the observation was to find out the marketing strategies carried out by Angkringan Bojan to achieve its sales targets. From the observations, Angkringan Bojan has never reached the target set. This is because in the implementation of the Angkringan Bojan strategy, the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis has not been carried out by comparing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats with existing theories. Angkringan Bojan needs to find a more strategic sales location than the previous location which is close to the market waste disposal. In its development, the author also recommends Angkringan Bojan to improve the quality, design, promotion and bonus of culinary products available on the menu, strengthen the security system with complex passwords and back up data to minimize the possibility of hackers.Key words: Marketing Strategy, Sales Target, SWOT Analysis, Culinary Products

Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić might not be the first name you think of when you think of fairy tales, unless, of course, you had a magical Croatian childhood like photographer and researcher Bojan Fürst. Bojan is the Manager of Knowledge Mobilization at the Leslie Harris Centre of Regional Policy and Development, Memorial University of Newfoundland. Bojan leads the Harris Centre's knowledge brokering team, connecting community needs with the resources available at the university. Recently, Bojan has been working to translate some of the literary fairy tales of Croatian author, poet, and essayist Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić, who has been praised as one of Croatia’s best writers for children, and whose work utilizing traditional Slavic names and motifs been compared to Hans Christian Andersen and JRR Tolkien, though her work is not widely known by English-speaking audiences. RECORDING CONVERSATIONS FOR ENABLING LEGAL INTERCEPTION IN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS
Diplomska naloga opisuje storitev za snemanje pogovorov lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale pri podjetju Iskratel, d. o. o.
Storitev za snemanje pogovorov lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale naj bi bila sposobna narediti telefonski klic na poljubno snemalno napravo, administracija storitve pa naj bi potekala izključno preko upravljalnega vozlišča telefonske centrale — storitev spada med dopolnilne storitve lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale. Razvoj storitve za snemanje pogovorov lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale je pomenil implementacijo dodatne funkcionalnosti v obstoječi produkt SI2000 iCS proizvajalca Iskratel. Delo je vključevalo vse faze razvoja storitve za snemanje pogovorov lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale, tj. od ideje do končne izvedbe. Storitev za snemanje pogovorov lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale sem razvijal v programskem jeziku SDL. Posebna pozornost je bila namenjena preverjanju delovanja celotnega produkta SI2000 iCS oziroma potrjevanju, da implementacija nove funkcionalnosti za snemanje pogovorov lokalnega naročnika nima negativnih stranskih učinkov na delovanje ostalih funkcionalnosti produkta SI2000 iCS. Rezultat naloge je delujoča rešitev, ki omogoča snemanje klicev lokalnega naročnika na poljubno snemalno napravo, ki je zmožna sprejeti telefonski klic po eni izmed signalizacij, podprtih v telefonski centrali (npr. analogni, H.323, ISDN, SIP ...). Pogovori nadzorovanega lokalnega naročnika se snemajo stalno ali na zahtevo lokalnega naročnika telefonske centrale. Nadzor lokalnega naročnika aktivira administrativno osebje telefonske centrale, v primeru snemanja na zahtevo pa lokalni naročnik telefonske centrale med zvezo.Diploma thesis describes the development of the service for recording conversation of local subscriber of telephone exchange manufactured by Iskratel d.o.o. .
Service for recording conversation of local subscriber of telepohone exchange should be capable of making telephone call to various recording device, while administration of service should be done exclusively over using the managment node of telephone exchange. The service implemented is one of supplementary services of local subscriber of telephone exchange. Development of the service for recording conversations local subscriber of telephone exchange actually meant implementation of additional functionality to existing product SI2000 iCS producer Iskratel. The work included all phases of development of the service for recording coversation of local subscriber of telephone exchange from the idea to final implementation. I was developing the service for recording conversations of local subscriber of telepohone exchange in programming language SDL. Special attention payed at verification activities of entire product SI2000 iCS functionality and confirmation that implementation of new functionality for recording conversation of local subscriber of telephone exchange did not have negative side effects on performance of others functionality of product SI2000 iCS. The result of work is a working solution, that allows recording conversation of local subscriber on any recording device, that is capable of accept telephone call over one of suported signalling protocols in telephone exchange (e.g. analog, H.323, ISDN, SIP, ....). Conversations of monitored local subscriber are recordered permanently or occasionally upon the request of local subscriber. The monitoring of local subscriber is activated by the administrative personnel of telephone exchange while in case of an occasional recording the local subscriber of telephone exchange can issue a corresponding request
USER-CENTRED DESIGN FOR MULTISCREEN E-HEALTH APPLICATIONS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE
This work identifies the weaknesses of the conventional UCD methods and presents a conceptual model for modifying standard UCD research procedures in such a way that they will be appropriate and supportive for the design and development of multiscreen e-health applications for elderly people. The suggested model would be used for adapting selected UCD methods for the targeted population and e-health applications’ usage contexts. A multiscreen e-health application named Med-Reminder was used in order to evaluate the modifications of the UCD methods and compare the efficiency of the modified UCD methods with the efficiency of the standard UCD methods. The user-centred design efficiency scale (UCD_ES) and heuristic observation were used to compare the efficiencies of the standard and modified UCD methods and to determine which UCD methods would be more appropriate when doing research with elderly people within the e-health domain.Doktorsko delo predstavlja pomanjkljivosti konvencionalnih metod za uporabniško-orientirano oblikovanje in načrtovanje ter predstavlja konceptualni model za spreminjanje standardnih postopkov raziskave na način, da bodo ti postopki primerni za oblikovanje, načrtovanje in razvoj več-zaslonskih aplikacij na področju e-zdravja za starejše ljudi. Predlagani model smo uporabili za prilagoditev izbranih metod za uporabniško-orientirano oblikovanje in načrtovanje za ciljno populacijo ter za ciljni kontekst uporabe. Da bi ocenili spremembe in naredili primerjavo učinkovitosti spremenjenih metod z učinkovitostjo standardnih metod za uporabniško-orientirano oblikovanje in načrtovanje, je bila uporabljena več-zaslonska e-zdravstvena aplikacija, poimenovana Med-Reminder. Da bi ugotovili katere metode, standardne ali spremenjene, so bolj učinkovite pri opravljanju uporabniško-usmerjenih aktivnosti s starejših na področju e-zdravja, smo uporabili lestvico za ocenjevanje učinkovitosti metodam za uporabniško-orientirano oblikovanje in načrtovanje (UCD_ES) ter hevristično opazovanje
SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES BASED ON IVR
Diplomska naloga opisuje dopolnilne storitve na klicnih strežnikih in razvoj novega načina aktiviranja slednjih s pomočjo interaktivnega govornega strežnika.
Čeprav dopolnilne storitve uporabnikom lajšajo uporabo telefonskega aparata in izvajanje osnovnih klicev ter jim omogočajo nadzor nad dostopnostjo in varčevanje s časom, jih večina uporabnikov ne uporablja ali pa le redko. Uporaba dopolnilnih storitev s pomočjo tipkanja različnih kod v telefonski aparat in dolgotrajno iskanje po menijih grafičnega vmesnika je preveč zapletena. Dopolnilne storitve na osnovi IVR v primeru, ko je klicani zaseden ali se v določenem času ne odzove na klic, preusmerijo kličočega na interaktivni govorni strežnik, ki mu predvaja meni z možnimi dopolnilnimi storitvami v danem trenutku. Na takšen način je uporaba dopolnilnih storitev bistveno enostavnejša kot prej.
Razvoj dopolnilnih storitev na osnovi IVR pomeni implementacijo dodatne funkcionalnosti v obstoječi produkt SI2000 iCS in VoiceXML interpreter. Delo je vključevalo vse faze razvoja dopolnilnih storitev na osnovi IVR, tj. od ideje do končne izvedbe oziroma prototipa. Izvedba je vključevala razvoj s programskim jezikom SDL, spremembe na VoiceXML interpreterju v programskem jeziku C in pisanje scenarijev v programskem jeziku VoiceXML.Diploma thesis describes the supplementary services of call servers and their activation over interactive voice response system.
Although supplementary services facilitate handling and basic calls, enable control over access and save of redundant time, many subscribers do not or very rarely use them, because they find typing different codes into the terminal or searching through the menus too complex. In case when the called subscriber is busy or doesn’t respond the call, the activated supplementary services based on IVR transfer the calling user to the IVR. IVR introduces a menu with possible supplementary services in that moment to the calling user. Such way of activating supplementary services is much easier for the subscribers.
The development of supplementary services based on IVR required implementation of additional functionality to existing product SI2000 iCS and its component VoiceXML interpreter of the producer Iskratel. The work included all phases of development of the supplementary services based on IVR from the idea to final implementation.
I was developing the call control part of supplementary services based on IVR in the programming language SDL while the interpreting part demanded some changes in the programming language C. When the calling user is transferred to IVR he is actually transferred to a VoiceXML script which the VoiceXML interpreter starts to play. For this reason various VoiceXML scripts for different VoiceXML interpreter responses in different call phases were created

TRAFFIC TESTING OF ASYNCHRONOUS WEB INTERFACE IN TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES
Diplomska naloga opisuje reševanje problema prometnega testiranja spletnega portala »WebCommunicator«, produkta podjetja Iskratel d.o.o., ki za svoje delovanje uporablja protokol HTTP/S in asinhrono komunikacijo s tehnologijami Comet. Cilj naloge je bil prometno testirati spletni portal in ugotoviti, ali dosega zahtevane zmogljivosti. Glavni izziv pri nalogi je bil, kako sestaviti okolje za samodejno prometno testiranje, ki bi podpiralo tudi asinhron način komunikacije odjemalec – strežnik. Potrebno je bilo podrobno analizirati delovanje portala »Web Communicator« in zasnovati ustrezno testno okolje, pri čemer je bila ključna izbira testnega orodja, s katerim bi bilo možno opraviti testiranje ter analizirati vse aspekte delovanja portala. Orodje Qtest, ki podpira vse potrebne tehnologije in protokole, potrebne za izvedbo želenih testov, in testno okolje sta se izkazala kot zelo učinkovita tudi pri testiranju spletnega portala z asinhrono komunikacijo odjemalec/strežnik, saj sta omogočila testiranje v enakih okoliščinah, kot se pojavljajo v produkcijskih postavitvah. Zato je bilo možno odkriti vse napake, ki bi se sicer pojavile med produkcijskim obratovanjem.The thesis focuses at the problem of traffic load testing of an internet portal "WebCommunicator", a product of Iskratel Ltd., which uses a protocol HTTP/S and asynchronous communication based on Comet technologies. The purpose of the work was to carry out the traffic test of an internet portal and to find out if the portal has achieved the required performance. The main challenge was how to make an environment for automatic traffic load testing which would also support the asynchronous communication mode client/server. A detailed analysis of the portal "WebCommunicator" was needed in order to devise an appropriate test environment where the key issue was the choice of the test tool for performing the testing and analysis of all aspects of the internet portal operation. Qtest has proved as suitable tool that supports all the necessary technologies and protocols needed for performing desired tests. Test environment and in particular Qtest tool has proved to be very effective in testing of an Internet portal with asynchronous communication client/server because it has allowed the implementation of tests under identical conditions as in production locations and has helped to identify all errors that would otherwise arise during the production operation
VALIDATION OF SOAPUI TESTING TOOL AND APPLICATION FOR THE TESTING OF TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
Diplomska naloga opisuje uporabo testnega orodja SoapUI na produktih podjetja
Iskratel d.o.o., ki za svoje delovanje uporabljajo protokol SOAP. Cilj naloge je bil
ugotoviti, ali je orodje SoapUI bolj uporabno za testranje SOAP vmesnikov, kot orodja, ki
so bila v podjetju v uporabi do sedaj. Dodobra se je bilo potrebno seznaniti s testnim
orodjem. Raziskati in ugotoviti je bilo potrebno kako na najenostavnejši način orodje
SoapUI predstaviti testerjem in verifikatorjem, ki se z njim še niso srečali. Da bi lahko
vsak čim hitreje začel uporabljati program je bilo potrebno napisati obširno in pregledno
dokumentacijo in navodila za uporabo programa. Na koncu je bilo izvedeno še enodnevno
izobraževanje iz uporabe progragama SoapUI na sedežu podjetja Iskratel d.o.o. v Kranju.Diploma describes the use of SoapUI testing tool on Iskratel d.o.o. products, which are
using SOAP protocol. The goal was to find out whetrher the SoapUI is more efficient for
testing the SOAP interfaces than the tools used so far. It was necessary to get familiar with
a testing tool. Then it was needed to find out how to present SoapUI to other testers and
verificatiors on easiest way possible. New methodology of testing has had to be written.
Easy to use and step by step user guide has had to be written as well, so that others could
actively start using SoapUI without spending too much time. At the end a one day training
