The purpose of this study is to analyze: First, the effect of amyl loyalty on the productivity of institutions on Laznas-BMH. Second, The influence of amyl discipline on institutional productivity in Laznas-BMH.
Third. The influence of loyalty and discipline on institutional productivity on Laznas-BMH. To sharpen the analysis of the problems discussed in this study, the author explains the meaning of Zakat, Productivity, loyalty, and discipline according to the review of several experts. The discussion of the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah National Amil Zakat Institute (Laznas-BMH) describes the history of its establishment, BMH, and the programs that have been carried out so far and the development of BMH from its establishment to the present.
The data was collected from the library of researt and observation in the field and used a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. The data contained will then be analyzed with descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The variables in this study consisted of two free variables, namely loyalty (X1), discipline (X2).
The results of this study are first, there is a sinifikan influence between the loyalty of amyl BMH (X1) on the productivity of amyl zakat BMH (Y) with a ttable value of 1.985 and a count of 7.327 meaning thitung 7.325 > of 1.985 with a significance of 0.000<0.025. Secondly, there is a significant influence between the discipline of amyl BMH (X2) on the productivity of amyl BMH (Y) with a ttabel value of 1.985 and a counting value of 2.424, meaning a count of 2.424 > of 1.985 with significance 0.002<0.025. Third, there is a significant influence between the loyalty of amyl BMH (X1) and the discipline of amyl BMH (X2) on the productivity of amyl BMH (Y) with a calculated value of 101.280. Meaning that the calculated value is 101.280>ftabel 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05

Full text linkMobile banks are generally very helpful for the community because those who are in need of money really need money for their needs, for example for additional trading capital, school needs, to the needs of their daily life. At first the Mobile Bank helped but in the end they made it difficult for the community, because they provided loans with large interest, so that the interest given could exceed the principal loan that we borrowed from the Mobile Bank. This is known as Riba, namely the development of modernization. Which has hit sharia signs and even forms of disobedience, transaction patterns that exist in mobile banks. Adzkia Charity is one of the social institutions that provides solutions to the problems above, so this journal examines the Implementation of the Pro Ibu Adzkia Charity Program in eradicating Riba on mobile banks. The approach used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The type of research used is field research. Based on the research that the author has done, and after analyzing the existing data, regarding the Implementation of the Pro Mother Happy Adzkia Charity Program, it is divided into several stages including the socialization stage, the screening stage, the disbursement stage and the coaching stage.Bank keliling umumnya sangat membantu masyarakat karena mereka yang sedang membutuhkan uang sangat membutuhkan uang untuk kebutuhannya, misalnya untuk tambahan modal dagang, kebutuhan sekolah, hingga kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Awalnya pihak Bank Keliling membantu namun pada akhirnya justru mempersulit masyarakat, karena memberikan pinjaman dengan bunga yang besar, sehingga bunga yang diberikan bisa melebihi pinjaman pokok yang kami pinjam dari Bank Keliling. Hal ini dikenal dengan Riba, yaitu perkembangan modernisasi, yang telah melanda rambu-rambu syariah bahkan bentuk-bentuk kemaksiatan, pola transaksi yang ada di mobile bank. Adzkia Charity merupakan salah satu lembaga sosial yang memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan diatas, maka jurnal ini mengkaji Implementasi Program Amal Pro Ibu Adzkia dalam pemberantasan Riba pada bank keliling. Full text linkIn this day and age, da'wah is not only done in the mosque by ustadz from mimbar to mimbar. With the availability of highly advanced media in the 4.0 era, da'wah can be delivered in various ways, one of which is through social media. This research was conducted to find out whether the da'wah-da'wah carried out through social media really contains da'wah messages or not. In this thesis will discuss the da'wah messages in the video project "Singlelilah" uploaded on the YouTube channel Teladan Cinema and what da'wah methods were used by the Teladan Cinema team in making this video.The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative, that is, research that produces descriptive data in the form of written words from the person being observed. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct interview techniques to sources, and documentation. From the research that has been done, the video project "Singlelillah" contains all categories of da'wah messages that are related to the propositions of the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith. This research used is the method of da'wah bi al hikmah.AbstrakPada zaman sekarang, dakwah tidak hanya dilakukan di Masjid oleh seorang pencermah dari mimbar ke mimbar. Dengan ketersediaan media yang sudah sangat maju di era 4.0 ini dakwah bisa dilakukan dengan berbagai cara salah satunya melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah dakwah-dakwah yang dilakukan melalui sosial media benar-benar mengandung pesan dakwah atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada pada video project "Singlelilah” yang diunggah di channel youtube Teladan Cinema serta metode dakwah apa yang digunakan oleh team Teladan Cinema dalam membuat video ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa tulisan kata-kata dari orang yang diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni dengan observasi, teknik wawancara secara langsung pada narasumber, dan dokumentasi. Full text linkPalestine is located in the Southwest Asia region. Diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Palestine have been established since the early days of Indonesia's independence. Palestine is one of the holiest places in Islam. On the other hand, Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This situation creates a strong emotional bond between Indonesia and Palestine. Since the Jews declared the establishment of the state of Israel in the Palestinian territories in 1948, Indonesia has been part of the party opposing the Israeli occupation and supporting the Palestinian people's efforts to gain their right to independence. The support of the Indonesian people for Palestine continues. In terms of humanitarian assistance, zakat, infaq and alms management institutions (ZIS) are increasingly aggressively promoting various humanitarian aids, one of which is the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS).
This study aims to analyze the value of the contribution and distribution of the allocation of zakat, infaq and alms funds by BAZNAS for humanitarian aid in Palestine. In addition, this study also wants to measure the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS funds at BAZNAS. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistical calculations and the zakat core principles (ZCP) approach. While qualitative data is described using descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of the contribution to the distribution of ZIS funds for Palestinian humanitarian assistance carried out by BAZNAS in 2018-2021 is volatile

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to find out how parents were coaching activities in Raudatul Atfal (RA). Darul Muttaqien and RA. Ibn Sina. The research method used in this study is qualitative field research”data collection tool through observation, interviews and documentation. The Parenting Meeting (KPO) coaching module has been tested for validity through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with four experts: religious experts, linguists, psychologists and education experts. The results of this study are coaching parents in RA. Darul Muttaqien Parung has not been systematically planning on an activity program sheet. 80% of parents state that the child's development at home is the same as the school. While fostering parents in RA. Ibnu Sina Pamijahan has been going well, planned and systematic; 50% of parents statements is that the development of morals at home is not the same as the school.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana orang tua pembinaan kegiatan di Raudatul Atfal (RA). No full textThis study aims to develop a Flip Book-based E-Module as an interactive learning medium for the subject of Chassis and Power Transmission Brake Systems for Grade XI students majoring in Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Sagaranten, Sukabumi Regency. The development addresses the challenges of vocational education, which is still dominated by conventional methods and lacks instructional media capable of presenting technical content visually and engagingly. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method by combining the ADDIE and Dick & Carey instructional design models. The development stages included needs analysis, design, prototype development, expert validation, and limited trials with students.
The validation results from subject matter experts, media experts, and instructional design experts showed that the developed E-Module is highly feasible for use, with respective validation scores of 92%, 93%, and 94%. Small- and medium-group trials also demonstrated positive student responses, with feasibility scores of 89% and 91%, respectively. Furthermore, the effectiveness test using pre-test and post-test methods indicated a significant increase of 55% in students' learning outcomes after using the Flip Book-based E-Module.
These findings confirm that the Flip Book-based E-Module is not only feasible but also effective in enhancing the quality of vocational learning. The product is expected to serve as an alternative digital learning medium that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Additionally, this digital module has the potential to strengthen students’ digital literacy and independent learning in the era of Education 4.0.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul berbasis Flip Book sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Chassis dan Pemindah Tenaga Sistem Rem bagi peserta didik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Negeri 1 Sagaranten, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk menjawab tantangan dalam pendidikan vokasi yang masih didominasi oleh metode pembelajaran konvensional dan kurangnya media pembelajaran yang mampu menyajikan konten teknis secara visual dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggabungkan model desain pembelajaran ADDIE dan Dick & Carey. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan prototipe, validasi oleh para ahli, serta uji coba terbatas kepada peserta didik.
Hasil validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan skor masing-masing sebesar 92%, 93%, dan 94%. Uji coba kelompok kecil dan sedang juga menunjukkan respons positif dari peserta didik, dengan skor kelayakan sebesar 89% dan 91%. Selain itu, uji efektivitas menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55% setelah menggunakan E-Modul berbasis Flip Book.
Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa E-Modul berbasis Flip Book tidak hanya layak, tetapi juga efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran vokasi. Produk ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran digital yang mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, modul digital ini berpotensi memperkuat literasi digital dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik di era Pendidikan 4.0.

Among them, Imam Albany is a figure who is very famous and influential in offering solutions Muslims slump. He offers the concept of Islamic education are motivated by the foundation tashfiyah and tarbiyah as the solution of the problems of the people. Starting from the above reasons, the authors tried to explore the concept of Islamic education according to Imam Albany to examine the subject matter related to how the concept of tashfiyah and tarbiyah according to Imam Muhammad Al Nashiruddin Albany. And how about a favor, criticized the concept. And what about the influence of Imam Albany concepts in the concept of Islamic education. Tashfiyah as a differentiator in the concept of Islamic education Imam Albany so crucial. Education or tarbiyah without preceded by tashfiyah according to Imam Al Albany does not provide a solution to the people. Lack of Muslims in the eyes of his enemies can not be completed. Tashfiyah is a purification of Islam from other element. Tarbiyah is guidance to generations of Muslims today who are growing on a purified Islam. Concept tashfiyah and tarbiyah was not a new concept and has been championed by previous scholars. Nevertheless, the concepts tashfiyah and tarbiyah Imam Albany still causing the pros and cons. Not a few scholars and leaders at the time supported the concept tashfiyah and tarbiyah Albany. And not a few who oppose both scientifically and in a violent manner. The emergence of various problems that threaten the destruction of family ties as in the majority of today's families, such as divorce, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and drug abuse. The focus of the problem in this research is the extent to which the idea of family guidance and counseling following Hasan Langgulung complete with contributive solutions in order to establish guidance and counseling families with quality in the country. This type of research is the library research, which took the research material from several books that support research.The approach used is the approach of the literature.The main data source or object libraries are materials in the form of writings Hasan Langgulung, while secondary data are books or research results that are related to the issues studied. Based on the research results, the conclusion of thought and the concept of guidance and counseling of Hasan Langgulung family are based on the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, Peace Be Upon Him, where counseling is one part of the activities of da’wah and tarbiyah. Therefore, it must al-ways be oriented to direct towards the values of kindness.
