ABSTRACT With this research the author examines "Consumer Legal Protection for Using JNE Expedition Services (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) Head Office in Pekanbaru City", the author's reason for researching and raising the title of this research is because when the author made field observations first the author found so many consumers who suffered losses due to goods delivery services carried out by the Pekanbaru city JNE Expedition company, the things that were meant were goods that were damaged during operation, goods that were destroyed in the shipping package, goods that were late to the sender's address, and also goods that were lost when delivery or when in operation or in the storage warehouse of the business actor of the Pekanbaru City JNE Expeditionary Company. And is there any compensation provided by the Pekanbaru City JNE Expedition company to consumers who are harmed. The problem in this research is how is the legal protection for consumers who suffer losses by the JNE expedition company and what is the compensation provided by the JNE expedition company in Pekanbaru city to consumers. This thesis research uses observational research and the nature of the research used is analytical descriptive. The data was obtained using a tool in the form of interviews. The results of research and data analysis carried out by the author of consumer legal protection for the use of JNE expedition services (Jalur nugraha ekakurir) head office in Pekabaru city are generally carried out by law enforcement of statutory regulations no. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. In accordance with what is regulated in Article 4 paragraph 1 that consumers have the right to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods and/or services. And also in Article 7 (f) and (g) of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, namely providing compensation, compensation and/or compensation for losses due to the use, use and utilization of traded goods and/or services. And provide compensation, compensation and/or replacement if the goods and/or services received or utilized are not in accordance with the agreement. The suggestion in this study is that business actors should be more diligent in guiding what has been regulated in the consumer protection law, so that consumers can receive their rights. And also with that it can have a good impact if there is a loss experienced by consumers, and consumers are more careful in choosing services, especially goods delivery services

of people's strong purchasing power and the reasonable cost of electric bicycles. Purposive sampling was employed in questionnaire sampling. Because this study has forty indikator items, it requires a sample size of 200 respondents. The TAM3 model, which has 17 variables, is used in the research model. Only three variables—Subjective Norm, work relevance, and Output Quality—are known to be partially significant and to positively impact Perceived Usefulness . Five factors are identified as partially significant determinants of Perceived Ease of Use; three factors are positively correlated: Self-efficacy, Playfulness, and enjoyment; the other two are negatively correlated: Anxiety and Objective Usability. Perceived Usefulness  and Perceived Ease of Use are partially known to have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention. Then it is known that Behavioral Intention has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention

The Aceh earthquake suffering Indonesia in 2004, and some big ground motions afterward led the earthquake-resistant building standard provisions to be updated. The rise of ground motions increases the lateral forces, so reevaluating existing buildings is needed, especially for Irregular buildings, which are more vulnerable than the regular ones. This study investigates the increase of earthquake loads and the building response in the high seismicity region due to the updated Indonesian code from SNI 1726:2002 to SNI 1726:2012. Building A in DI Yogyakarta with vertical irregularity on a certain floor is chosen as the object to be studied. There are two types of seismic loads to be simulated, response spectrum and time history analysis. The building is simulated using the numerical program, and four ground motion histories are selected for the dynamic exiting forces. The analysis result shows an increase in the story force either in the response spectrum or the time history. By taking the building\u27s top floor as the reference point, the increase in lateral displacement is also detected in both response spectrum and time history analysis. From the interstory drift ratio examinations, it is also found that there is a weak point located on the setback part that is not identified just by observing the total displacement. This paper compiles the comparison of two versions of the Indonesian seismic code, two types of seismic force, and two points of view in analyzing the building response. Furthermore, the result presented in this paper also beneficial for mitigating the building

Education is an agenda for designing the country's development. Implementation in the field of education is a joint responsibility of both the government and the community, educational institutions are one that plays an important role in the ongoing learning process activities one of which is the examination activities. The test is an evaluation of the learning process to obtain learning outcomes as a form of achievement recognition or completion in an educational unit. The test is still cheating, it is triggered by the lack of confidence in working on the exam questions and the same type of exam questions will provide an opportunity to chat and work together. The author aims to provide a solution in the form of the application of online-based online test applications using question weight classification techniques, grouping and randomization. This mobile-based online exam application was developed using the waterfall model. The results obtained from research on this mobile-based exam application has features to prevent screen capture or screenshots, prevent video recording or video recorder and prevent switching applications that can run multiplatform on Android and iOS. This application has been through the process of testing the user and distributing questionnaires to determine the feasibility of using the weight classification technique with a percentage of 80% so it is suitable for use in examination activities
